An Abandoned Park on the Outskirts of the city
*An old and decrepit park sits in ruin. The grass if overgrown and dying and the trees grow in twisted and unnatural ways. A faint feeling of being watched is looming in the air.*

*Wanders into the park, weapons on hand....*

Huh.. *Turns around with sword in hand* Who's there?

*Suddenly Migrant can feel a presence a few feet behind her.* Hey, thought you'd come by. You're Migrant, right? Been a while since I've seen a Migrant.
Migrant
So.... why the letter? *doesn't even turn around* This about a leg? Or do you have something more in mind?
Shadow_Yu
*Yu? laughs to himself.* Oh, you're funny, aren't you? I think you should turn around. You might be surprised...
Migrant
*Turns around......* *Gasp!* You're not Yu!
Minato_Yuki
*Walks towards the voices* I just want to go back home...

*The figure looks exactly like Yu except wearing a white coat and with a black sword on his side. His eyes glow yellow.* Yes and no, I'm not the Yu you know at very least, but I am a Yu. Anyway, that's not what I called you here for... I have a small proposition.

*The other Yu sighs.* Well, with a face like this, could you blame anyone who might get the wrong idea. The Yu in this world is a pretty bad guy from what I've heard. He stabbed you in the leg, right? Then tried to trap you in a prison. Honestly, I never did something like that to the Migrant from my own world.

*Comes out of nowhere* Hey nerds whatcha doin?

*The other Yu smiles at Migrant.* No, I want you to help me bring them to justice. I'm not sure if I can beat my other self. They've gotten much too strong with that rift device of theirs, so I figured that maybe with both of us together we could beat them.

*Whispering* We have to do something before that shadow does anything.

Well, I happen to know some other people with a score to settle with their entire group.... I think combined we could take them on, Nexite or no.

*A glimmer of excitement shows on the other Yu's face.* So... We have a deal then?

Deal. If only to maybe put this behind us once and for all. Who knows, maybe the Nexus can still be saved from war after all....

*A sad look appear on the other Yu's face.* Truth be told, my Nexus never even got that far. It was destroyed and there was nothing I could do to stop it. I regret such a tragedy immensely.

*Whispering* What's the Nexus?

Your Nexus....? Wait, are you from one of those strange prior Nexuses that Buff Boy was talking about?

*whispers* The nexus is where we are right now. It's pretty much a universal hub, a place where anyone can meet anyone.

*Whispering* I don't remember crossing into this "Nexus"

Nothing as convoluted as that. I don't exactly remember how I ended up here, that last thing I do remember is the Nexus being destroyed... *The other Yu looks down for a moment and water wells up in his eyes.* With everyone in it... I want to make sure the me of this world doesn't make the same mistake.
Migrant
I... don't want it to happen, either. Though I worry there's no way to ever see peace here... that maybe somewhere else would be better... someplace fresh, that we can make our own.... Someplace not made for us by a guy I've never seen before. Though, even then, I'm going to help you stop Yu.

*Whispering* Hey Bona, I need to get back to Iwatodai.

*Whispering* But first..

*The other Yu looks up with a smile as he wipes away the tears.* Thank you, Migrant. That's all I really want.

*Walks away from tree making loud sounds*

So, how and when do you plan to put this into motion?

That part hasn't been quite worked out yet. I need a way into the rift first but I'm not sure where this rift even is located or if there's an easy entrance of some kind.
Migrant
Well... we'll have to be quick, before they decide to strike at the core.... Shaigis... again. We could use the KDT, or maybe Ai could help with his Nexite Weapon... or I could try doing it myself....
Minato_Yuki
*Writes down notes, then quickly leaves*

*The other Yu smiles weakly.* I have to go for now... But I'll meet up with you again after a while. By then hopefully, we'll have a plan of action for this. *The other Yu begins walking away.* See you again in the near future.

(The falcon sits in a tree looking pleased with the events taking place.) Kyaaaah! (The bird takes flight back into town.)

Hmm... seems I'll need to postpone that vacation. Maybe, just maybe, I should consider setting my home aspirations a bit higher soon. I'm thinking fixing up that Old Mansion high. *Heh hehs* Maybe I'll be staying in the Nexus after all... *walks the other way out of the park.*
