Persona Q. While I have yet to play it (It's in my plans), I love this opening because of it's style (I love Yuji Himukai's art style), amazing music, and because it was this primarily Nintendo console owner's first exposure to Persona, at least from what I can remember.

P5 followed by P3 FES. FES would likely be my favorite if it wasn't just reused footage.

I really do have a soft spot for Persona 4's opening animation. It always elicits a bit of a sentimental feeling whenever I see or hear it.
