Well, something in this trailer that foreshadowed Hazama (maybe adachi too, and the villain in Under Night in rebirth) in 1:20 so maybe they will foreshadow Adachi too?

i searched about it, they wanted to make Wiess in, but Wiess's voice actor is busy recording lines for Volume 5.

Correct, which in that context means Hazama. Perhaps Kazuma and or Terumi as well. Certainly nothing to do with espionage agents whom fight giant robots.

actually, Cross tag battle works so perfect than P5A, so it is better than P5A although i wanted P5A too.

This game is basically ArkSys' Mahvel 2, so nobody should really be expecting anything actually new outside of the RWBY characters.
