SMT 1 is the best Pokemon ROM hak.

....ok seriously. So far, my fave Pokemon Rom hak is probably a tie between Dark Violet and Liquid Crystal. Dark Violet is an amazing take on fire red and leaf green with amazing remixes and new features. Liquid Crystal is a very solid remake of Pokemon crystal. I like it alot.

I'd say Pokémon Reborn or Pokemon Insurgence, but I don't think they count.

Mine has to be SMT IV Apocalypse, obviously. Seriously, mine might be Pokemon Glazed, mainly because you can pick Riolu as a starter.
