*Jeff watches the crime scene from a roof*

*Hibki walks up to the two officers outside the crime scene and tries to look past them* Whoa, what happened here?

*The officers outside look at Hibki before speaking* Sorry kid. This place is closed off. You'll have to go somewhere else. *Inside the alley Mark is oblivious as to the person on the roof* You take those pictures? Good! Let me see the scene. *All Jeff can see is the basics of a male corpse but can't make out any of the specific details. There is a knife wound in his chest and his eyes have been removed* Is the killer following me? Why else would he kill here as well? These details were never released to the public.

Hahaha! Too bad it wasn't me..

*Hibki laughs for a second having heard Mark speak quite loudly* What if I said I had information on the murder that happened here the other day. I happened to see someone go down this alley around midnight.

*The two officers hand Hibki a sheet of paper* Leave your name number and place of residence and we'll contact you and schedule a time to meet. *Mark is looking around the alley however he's not finding anything other than the corpse* No witnesses, no evidence, he stabs them, cuts out their eyes, their "Lights" and leaves. How do we catch this guy?

*Hibki fills out the form and hands it back to the officers* Here you go. *He walks off and walks around the corner disappearing. However he stands right out of view and watches the entrance*

*An ambulance drives around and as the officers move, backs into the alley. Inside the alley the paramedics put the descended individual into the back before driving away* Hopefully we get an autopsy soon. *After taking one last look at the scene Mark walks away, most likely heading to get breakfast*

*Disappears from the roof,going to his next target*

*Hibki walks away with all the excitement over* I can't believe it! they actually believed me.
