(Walks down the street wondering about something)

*Ryu notices Blue but dose not do anything only just watches him*

A bird-like demon glides down to the roof Ryu is on. A headphones-wearing person hops off its back and stares at the ninja. Either I ran into an obsessed cosplayer, or there's ninjas in the Nexus. Eh, doesn't matter much either way.

*Ryu turns around to look at the bird-like demon and at the person. He took out his Dragon Sword and begins to run at the demon*

Looking for a fight? Good thing I equipped that... Take it away, Ko! "Ko" flaps his wings and flies into the air. He forms a spear of ice in his clawed hands and throws it down at the ninja.

*Ryu slashes the spear using his Dragon sword then waits for the demon to attack*

Hmph. Not really a match for us. He isn't a demon tamer, nor a Persona-user. Let's go. Ko nods at its master's words, then grabs him and flies off.

*Ryu throws a kunai at the demon's wing*

*Ryu knew that the battle was over before it could really begin. He begins to walk back to watching the streets*

A young woman wanders the streets below, serpent coiled around her head. The pair look around, oblivious to the conflict happening above them. Two voices can be clearly heard from below S: Why aren't I allowed out more again? L: Well milady, people might... Freak out if they saw your current state, so its usually best for us to go out at night. S: But it seems like nothing ever happens around then. L: Well, fortunately milady, it seems there is a solution tomorrow is Halloween, I've overheard a little on the subject. Apparently people dress up as all sorts of creatures that day, I can't imagine people would give you a second glance. S: Oh wonderful!! Are there any parties or such associated with this day? Its been so long since I've gotten to socialize. I do hope there's karaoke. L: I'm sure we can find somewhere willing to let you join in, its a mostly open holiday after all.

The man would whisper to the small droid in his hand. "Looks like one potential ally is gone, Kisaragi. Worry not. I'll see what I can do." The man nods once more to the droid before returning his attention to the ninja.

*Ryu looked down at the two while listening to what they are saying*

The pair round a corner, taking a short trip through an alleyway while continuing to converse amongst themselves S: I do hope so. While the subject is up, what all does this Halloween entail anyways? L: it’s really quite simple milady, children of all ages go around houses in costumes for the sake of earning candy for their family. It’s also a competition of sorts. They call it trick-or treating. S: It sounds wonderful, can I go trick or treating too? L: Well, I don’t see why not. But unfortunately I don’t think you’ll be able to enjoy the rewards. The girl looks down for a moment, though it’s hard to tell what they’re looking for S: You’re right again Leviathan. I don’t know how I forgot that L: it’s quite alright milady, no need to worry about it

Startled by the man suddenly jumping off the roof, Ryusei gives chase and leaps off the building too. Upon landing and taking a knee, he notices that the ninja dispatched some sort of monster in order to save the woman. Confused as to what just happened, he would approach the ninja. "Hey there. Those are some nice moves." He'd peek around the ninja and affirm the well being of the woman. "You okay, miss?"

The pair exit the alleyway, oblivious to the potential attacker S: You know, I’m quite glad we haven’t had to fight yet L: of course milady, it’s all thanks to my caution. I couldn’t bear it if something happened to you on my watch. S: Why thank you Leviathan, you’re such a helpful little dragon monster aren’t you? Oh yes you are. The girl begins tickling the serpent as though he were a prized pet, The serpent smiles and lets out a short laugh L: I do my best milady the pair turn around to face Ryusei, the girl smiles at him, while the serpent gives him a wary glare S: Of course we are sir, thank you for asking. Whatever brings you out so late? L: Indeed, it’s rather late, most people are asleep.

*Ryu looks around to see if there were any other demons around*

The man brings a hand to his chin for a moment as he steps closer to the woman. "I guess you could say I'm on a scavenger hunt of sorts. It's a bit more complex than that, but it boils down to me looking for people who can handle themselves in a fight." The small droid in his posession would begin to beep and whir. "What now Burgermeal? I'm talking, just wait a moment."

*Ryu takes out a bow and arrow then comes out of cover to shoot a Lesser Shadow Demon that was going to attack Squiggly from the air*

The woman puts one hand to her mouth in surprise, while the serpent maintains his gaze. He begins to switch between looking at the droid and the man S: fighting? Whatever for? The serpent breaks off from looking at Ryusei to turn to the girl L: I beg your pardon milady, but whatever they’re wanting sounds like something we should stay out of. Perhaps it would be best if we left S: At the very least we ought to introduce ourselves, they seem friendly enough. L: *sigh* very well. The girl curtsies to the man, bowing her head rather low. The serpent performs a similar gesture, though considering its current position in the girl’s head it’s harder to decipher S: my name is Sienna Contiello, but please, call me Squiggly. It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance L: and I am Leviathan, the lady’s constant companion and guard. I do hope we can get along.

*A dark shadowy figure strolls across the street his movement was stiff, was soaked and dripping of a strange liquid, and in general had a bulky figure. This thing is looking around its surroundings intentively oblivious to the people gathered near him and mumbling away.* “It’s the one day of the year where I must do every little thing baaah...And why the hell does this place have to be so damn big.”

The man bows to the pair of them before standing back up. "The name is Ryusei Sakuta, Kamen Rider Meteor. Pleased to make your acquaintance too. As for the fighting I was talking about...well, my friend found a mysterious signal coming from a cave pretty far from town. However the readings were too big for me to handle alone, so he suggested I go out and make friends to aid me in my mission." He brings a hand to his mask and sighs. "I'm not the most charismatic person, so I don't see why I have to go make friends. However I can't let him down." Taking his hand away from his mask, the man would then cross his arms. "So that's why I'm out here at this hour."

*Ryu looked at that figure but does not do anything*

*As if he felt it the figure turned right around and stared down Ryu with a instense glare, this all came like a instinct to him but regardless he did not appreciate anyone disrupting him not today at least.*

*Ryu did not fear the person... nor did he not do anything yet*

S: So you need assistance then? Leviathan looks back at Squiggly concerned L: I’m afraid not milady, it sounds far too dangerous, and doesn’t involve us. Squiggly smiles back at Leviathan S: To the contrary, it sounds like we wouldn’t be alone, it’s a good chance to socialize. L: V.. Very well milady. I disagree, but if you insist you can always rely on me.

*Ryu just stays quite and watched them three*

The masked man nods at the response and the droid would respond in kind. "It's great to have you aboard! I'll protect her alongside you Leviathan. You needn't worry." The man reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small device. "This will let me contact you when the time arrives, until then I must be off!" He would walk towards the woman and places the device in her palm. Turning with a wave, the man would kneel and be encased in energy once more before flying off.

*Realsizing how time he’s wasting the figure just approaches Ryu maybe to get something out of him* “Silent type huh? this is getting overdone at this point.” *His words drag on from his raspy voice but tries to keep himself in check and strolls until he’s face to face with the ninja* “But it’s expected with this place. So i’ll get straight where is this...even someone like me can’t keep track of this shifting dimension it’s a special kind of hell.”

The pair watch Ryusei off before continuing on their way L: I have a terrible feeling about this milady S: There There Leviathan, it’ll be fine. I’m sure there’s nothing for us to worry about. L: I hope you’re right. The girl giggles and runs off, back towards a largely abandoned district S: now come on, Halloween is soon, I need to be ready for it. L: Very well milady, I’m sure you’ll really impress.

*Ryu says nothing... but does not know as well since he just got here 1 hour ago*

Hm. The guy's still here? I even had time to get a quick snack. Kade pats his Garuda's shoulder. The bird demon sits down at the edge of a nearby roof. Kade sits down beside him, cheerfully waving to Ryu. Looks like you finally made a friend!

*Snarling at Kade’s comment he went back to the ever silent Ryu and kept running his mouth* “Your silence most likely means you don’t so you are just another straggler left here to rot like the countless other. Man it almost makes me pity you all...almost.” *The figure then pulls out a open glass bottle and starts chugging down on it to quench himself as well as kill some time*

*Ryu takes out his Dragon Sword and slashes at @Fear_Freak* It's not wise to talk to an enemy your about to fight

*Zero teleports into the area* There is some crime that is being quelled by a ninja here...I need to investigate a bit... *He walks into the area Ryu is in*

Whoa, this guy's pretty aggressive, eh, Ko? The bird demon nods in response. At least we have a show now~

*Fear Freak steps out of the way but the sword makes contact with the bottle glass shattering along with the contents pour out and paints the ground in a murky green. He stares at the bottle for a bit before he releases his grip overtime plumiting and shattering but he only gives a devilish grin to what just happened* “Take it you don’t enjoy eloquent drinks or did I push the wrong button again.” *A small chuckle comes out from his cold breath. Yes this is going somewhere*

No and no. I sense that you are about to go and kill some innocent people and tip the balance of the world, I am going to stop you before you can do that *Ryu then dashes forward and tries to slash @Fear_Freak*

"Tip the balance of the world..." Such a... What's the word... Law-centric person? I think that's right. Well, you gotta have some people like that in the world I guess. Kade shrugs, and absentmindedly takes out his COMP.

*The slashe make its mark creating a visible wound but Fear Freak didn’t seem to react all to much to it he kept rambling instead with little care* “Kill people nah it’s the scariest of the year I need them dammit it’s the most fear inducing time of the year I can’t kill anyone now! ...also it states on the contract that I can’t kill today cause the higher ups love making up wacky rules to satisfy them but screw them. Oh sorry you must not believe me well carry on with your chopping peasant must put the kitchen knife to some use am I right?”

*Ryu Hayabusa puts his sword away and climbed up to the top of the building*

...Oh right, Halloween! Nearly forgot! He grabs Ko's arm, and the two fly off to get ready for treats...

*Fear Freak just watches as Ryu climbs up the building and just bushes the wound with his hand* “Off the hook again? Yesh this is to familiar what a shame maybe if I kill to push the balance of the world you could kill me next time I guess? But even a freak needs to obey his laws so I’ll lay off the dirty work. Not that you even care I suppose. *He pulls out another bottle and begins to chug it down while eyeing Ryu. That was the most exciting and disappointing experience he had in a while, it’s something for him to keep in mind at the very least.*

*It was now morning and the rumor about the modern day ninja was spreading around* *Ryu was eating some food while watching the people of the city*

Zero investigates the city for a bit before stopping by at a local bar for some E-tanks

*Ryu looks at Zero for a moment before looking away knowing he does not pose a threat to the balance of the world*

*It was now night time. Ryu jumped down from the building and begin to search around for any demons or criminals to stop*

Zero walks out to continue the investigation of strange circumstances.
