The new Levi squad
As you might or not know the old elite team that Levi handpicked to fight the titans perished by the hands of the female titan. Now that some time passed and humanity grows closer to extinction the only hope it has is to find a new elite team. That's why today Levi is in the training facility, to test the power of the cadets there by submitting them to 3 trials. Only 4 will be chosen, or less if they die in the process. If you want to partecipate, walk infront of me and yell "i will give my body and heart to the battlefield Captain Levi." he now stands tall, waiting for people to join.

He moves a little his head over to FM_Pilot, giving him a cold look. For now, i'm waiting for more cadets to join, then the trials can begin.

*he loads up a cable cartridge on his Grapple/Jump kit* Nice.

Zero walks to Levi and salutes, with Right hand to the chest "I will give my body and heart to the battlefield Captain Levi."

*He holsters his Ronin Broadsword onto his back* Seems that everyone is here.

Tsk, it seems like 4 of you brats joined, now start with the first trial and be fast with it. If you fail this one you won't be able to even begin dreaming about fighting a titan and the only choice you have is to get eaten. After having said that he points to the nearby field which had been equipped with many vertical manouver equipment, one for each person present. You see those? He yells. You need to get used to the ODM gear and be able to work with it flawlessly, otherwise you're good only as meat for the titans. Well then... time to swap out. *he takes off the Grapple kit and puts on the ODM gear* This is basically the Grapple kit but more complex.

*Mysterion puts on the ODM and begins to balance back and forth for a few seconds before balancing perfectly*

Eito runs in breathing heavily. *Huff*Huff* "I'm late aren't I?"

he looks over at the newcomer and yells Ah, you ARE late but you can still try, be fast with it or you won't be able to access the second trial, if you understood yell "yes Captain Levi!"

*he stays balanced on the ODM and waves to Eito* Nope, we're just starting.

Eito stands at attention. "YES CAPTAIN LEVI!" "MAY I START THE TRIAL CAPTAIN LEVI?"

Yeah, go on and be sure to be efficent, titans won't stop to look at people who cant's use the ODM gear. He nods and points the newcomer to the equipment, then he turns to the 3 that finished nadthe says For everyone else, if you're sure you fully understood how the basics of the 3D gear work, try to work with it on the nearby walls and move around a little. Let's see if you are worthly of wearing it.

Eito eagerly runs over to the ODM gear and straps it on,only to immediatly swing upside down. *Grunt* "Come on.." Eito still seemingly cannot move to the correct position. "Godamnit!"

*he starts using the ODM which propels him to the wall* Yup, this is very familiar. Like Pilot training all over again. *he starts his basic Titan Pilot movements like wall running and sliding* Wooo! This is so fun!

*Mysterion goes up to the wall and uses the 3D gear to climb the wall by shoot halfway than jumping off and using the 3d gear to get the rest of the way up*

? He looks a bit confused, upgrades? It seems a odd thing for an equipment entirely designed to fight titans. What kind of things would you try to implement? I will approve only if that can help humanity. I'm the best at using this these things and i feel it's alright as it is. Hea then glares at the guy in the red hoodie, as it seems he has some problems trying to adapt to the gear. Do you need any tips? Try asking the others that finished. We're moving to the second trial in some minutes, be ready for there.

First I think the hook shooting from the hips thing is needless. Something like the wrist may do. *he reconfigures the ODM with a hint of Frontier Militia tech*

"NO!I can still do this!" Eito continues to fail at it.He seems to be extremely angry. "AAAH!You bastard thing!How do you even work?!" Surprisingly,Eito starts improving,slowly moving to the correct position. It is clear that none of it is technique. "FUCK YOU!" Eito continues to hold the position,fueled by spite,anger ,frustration and pure determination.

You got it kiddo, just gotta need some practice. *he finishes the augments on his ODM now the hook launches on his forearms, and the remaining on his middle and upper back*

"Hmm, maybe if I can mix my equipment with this..." Zero pulls on the 3-D manuvering equipment, and somehow stays in position without falling

Levi looks over to Eito, he seems a bit surprised and relieved that he managed to complete the trial. Oh, it seems like you managed to do it. Now we're moving to the second trial, this it's more of a simulation of the real thing and it requires both technique and skill. He would move to the woods near the training facility which are full of titans training dummies, the bigger ones have a cushion on both the arm, leg and nape, whilst the most tiny only on the nape they look like this. https://static2.gamespot.com/uploads/original/43/434805/2960958-3.jpg Now, you'll try to take down 4 of those each you can decide to go to the big ones or the small ones. Once you're done come near me and wait for the last trial, now go.

*Mysterion quickly takes out 2 big titan training dummies and two small titan training dummies the then goes to Levi for the last trial*

*he readies his Grapple Kit MK. II while drawing out his heavy duty grade combat sword* Ready for this. Just need to focus. *he does a running start and jumps, shoots out his two grapple wrists and propels him to start swinging at the nape of the targets*

Eito takes a few deep breaths,calming down and preparing himself. "I can do this." With a pump of his fist,Eito smiles and moves over to the trial area,using the manoeuvring gear on some trees,getting the hang of it. "Alright,let's do this!" He aims for one of the larger dummies and,still somewhat not used to th gear,almost just goes behind it. "No!" Eito manages to shift himself closer to the dummy,barely slashing it in the back of the neck. "WOO!That totally counted Captain!"

*he slices off the nape of the final practice dummy and lands* YES! Nailed it!

As long as the nape is cut and the titans dies it counts, but remember make any stupid error and your life will be at risk and if you get eaten there i can't run in and save you. There is a bonus challenge in this trial too, you can try it if you wish. A giant titan dummy was in the middle of the woods, it strangely looked a bit like the titan that ate Eren in more distant days, the only thing different that it would do is rotate so making it more difficult to slain. Let's see if any of you weaklings can get a "moving" target down.

Eito decides to try his luck at the challenge. "AHA!Gotchu!" He swings around a tree and goes for where he predicts the titan's neck will be and... "Yeah!" Misses completely and eats shit on the forest floor. "Crap."
FM_Pilot
So track the nape and nail it. Okay. *he shoots the right harpoon on to a tree and begins to calculate on the right time jump and hit the nape* Okay... in three, two... one... NOW! *he propels himself while drawing out his broadsword with his left hand and cuts the nape with pin point accuracy* Bingo! Nape decimated! *he lands on a tree and drops down*

Eito picks himself up and goes after another target,this time calculating better and getting it perfectly. "Yay." "Captain,are there any more of those moving dummies?" "Cause I wanna try again."

As he sees FM_Pilot moved his eyes light up a little before returning to his cold and normal look. That was actually interesting, but next time try to be more precise and efficent, the skill is there but work on it. he quickly uses ODM to get near the entrance of the training facility and stands on the edge of the wall. Everyone the last trial is canceled, now instead you get to kill these filthy beasts the one who kills the most of them will surely be chosen. Have an example on how it's done! Levi takes out one of the titans with his spinning attack then returns on the wall looking at the other, he would help them only on a emergency.

Eito's eyes widen as he sees the titan. "Oh crap!" He hears the captain and takes a deep breath. "Alright then.Let's do this." He aims for one of the bigger,slower titans and latches onto one of the trees next to it,swinging around to it's neck and slashing it. "Aha!One down!"

Duty calls boys! Get moving! *he grapples up to a tree and is launched into the air and starts targets the closets titan he sees* Found you giant freak! *he shoots his other grapple onto the nape of his target and flies in cutting it and leaves be hind a small payload*
Attacking
Titans report. 7 titans remain and are still trying to eat everyone present.
Eito
Eito spots another titan and attempts the same tactic. "I got you!" Eito got careless.So careless and confident that he didn't see the giant hand that was about to grab him. "Huh?" Eito starts freaking out as he realises he can't move.And that the hand is slowly moving him to the titan's mouth... "No!Let me go you giant monster!" Eito continued to struggle to no avail as he got closer and closer to death,unable to do anything about it. "No..." But suddenly,a spark ignited within him.His earlier anger manifested itself again,though this time focused on a more important task. "NO!I won't die here!" Eito seemed to gain new strength,pushing the Titan's fingers apart as he freed himself! "Screw you and your eating habits!"
Levi
As Eito freed himself from certain death Levi killed the titan by first cutting all of it's limbs then the nape. He then turns to him over to him and begins yelling. I thought i told you to not get too confident! This time you survive but what about the next one? If we get separated on the battlefield i won't be able to do miracles, now try again and don't get eaten! Go. He then leaves for a bit to see the hole they used to come in being closed and after he returns nearby to look over them.

*he witness Eito break a titan's finger as he detonates a satchel charge on one of open cuts of the titan's nape* That's the fighting spirit! *he zips to another tree to take out more of the flesh craving giants*
Eito
Eito barely nodded at the Captain as he jumped away towards another Titan. "You bastards!I'll kill all of you!" Eito's Battle Frenzy carries him through the air as he manages to kill two Titans quickly. "GET SOME!"
Attacking
Titan report. 3 titans remain, give it you all!

*he gives the captain a thumbs up and sees the other titan* I got you in my line of slaughter! *he zip to his titan target and slices off a chunk of the nape and rams another satchel charge into it* Hey titan! Wanna know hear to noise of freedom?! *he grapples onto two separate trees and catapults himself and as the dead titan falls detonates it*
Attacking
OOC: going to sleep in a bit, if you want i can continue tomorrow or make the closing post.

Eito smiles psychotically as he grapples onto multiples trees one after the other,launching himself into the air and dropping on a Titan's nape,slashing it in the process then grappling away as the titan falls dead. "Ahahaha!Who's next?"

As he sees Eito slashin an another titan he launches with the ODM and kills the last one quickly, it seems like the hole has been closed and for today, no more titans will come around. As he reaches ground and begins to clean his equipment, he yells at them. You did alright, be sure to do better next time you'll encounter any other titans. If you don't get careless one day you might even surpass in skill people like Eren or his friends for example. Now it's time to clean the mess they caused. He changes to his cleaning outfit and begins to clean some windows, he would use that time to think about the performance of the 2 who survived the trials and get to a decision by the end of it.

Levi return from his cleaning session, now ready to announce the results, he walks over to his original position and from there he begins to talk. To the ones that passed and survived all the 3 trials, you can join my elite squad however i will give you some precious advice on how to improve, feel free not to follow and you will get eaten. You in the red jacket, you have potential but if you get too careless you won't survive more longer; work on this aspect and on your technique too. For the one in green, you have good skills and techniques, if you were to work more on your speed you could be almost flawless. For the other ones that skipped 2 of the trials i could set up 4 titan dummies and the only one that kill more will be chosen. Levi then waits, to see if the other ones actually want to try into the challenge or close this selections.

Eito jumps up and down excitedly. "WOO!"

*he lands infront of Levi and gives him a salute* All Titans eradicated. Apologies if you thought I was dead.
