Oh, i can already answer your question on this particular topic. Mishima tried to make a desktop app for PMs but was quickly discarded as it had many problems and the Mac OS version didn't even work. As for a phone app he told us that it would be very unlikely, unless someone with knowledge on how to make them decides to cooperate.

To be fair it's probably really hard to do. I have a p5 messenger app but the creator is having some issues getting the mms function to work so there's no group chat or picture messaging. And that's just for a text app. I could only imagine the work it would involve to pour this whole site into app form

I feel an app would be interesting though. I would help with making an app, but I don’t know how. I think an app would be a great idea.

I feel like learning how to program iOS apps now just for doing this (and making a Phantom Thieves keyboard).

No a fan of this because of the Apple bias. I would never own an Iphone.

During the early days of the forums, there were actually plans for a Phansite App. I have no idea what came of it, but I guess it's scrapped.

Mishima won't. He has tried to with the Desktop app, but it didn't work. I tested the Mac and Linux version and I couldn't even get it to work on both. Unless he makes a breakthrough, I highly doubt we will ever get one.
