Oh no. Flynn did the thing. He gave Grimnir a chance to talk about himself. With one simple statement, "I know not of your deeds", Grimnir dodges his way out of the fight, allowing Eito and Zane to handle the beast and instead turns to Flynn with a dramatic flourish
So you've never heard of me before, understandable, considering how new I am to this realm. Allow me to enlighten you.
Grimnir clears his throat before beginning to speak, throughout his talk Grimnir seems to dance along to the rhythym of his own speaking, to emphasize certain points
My name is Grimnir, the Mad Cyclone, a title I once earned as a young warrior for my reckless, whirling fighting style. I earned several other names in this time as well, such as "The whirling Dervish of Devastation" to less flattering ones such as "friendly fire", weird that last one, seeing as I don't even use fire magic. As a young warrior I performed several impressive feats, such as slaying a monsterous boar with nothing more than my bare hands and one time I even managed to best a Frost Giant warrior in single combat. Soon afterwards I began my real career as a hero, often saving villages from raids. One time the great wolf Fenrir was loosed, so I challenged him to single combat while new bonds were being forged for him. It took three days for them to make the fetters, by which time both of us warriors were so worn out he hardly resisted as he was once again bound, thus I single-handedly prevented Ragnarok. Most recently I have taken to teaching a few of the young children here what I know about the wind and how to use it, an art that seems to have been lost a good bit ago.
Of course, I could keep talking for ages, as is inevitable when your life is as illustrious as mine, but I am far more interested in what deeds you can claim oh fearsome Samurai!!!
