Optimal protein consumption rates?
MY new years resolution was to lose weight so I figured I'd need to know some better ways to diet. Protein seems to be something essential to muscle growth so... title?
A lot.
But muscle weighs more than fat.
Do you have any specifics? Metric values preferred!
Protein should account for 10-35% of your daily caloric intake. Many nutrition experts also recommend an intake of 1 gram of protein per 1 kilogram of body weight (0.4 g per pound). Consuming too much protein may be harmful to the body. High amounts of protein in the diet put stress on the kidneys and liver as they try to dismantle and dispose of the extra protein. However, I believe you can never eat too much protein!
I suggest a healthy dosage of meat every hour

But muscle weighs more than fat. That just means you don't have enough protein in your diet.
Are there any protein flavored crayons?
Fat is more physically unappealing than muscle, plus there's a certain point where exercising for muscle growth will decrease total body fat percentage. Don't try and feed me misinformation!
I prefer fruit. Have you tried any? Its very nutritious! I feel like something more then man after just one!
Would bananas do? That potassium would build up enough strength to take on the world I bet!
I have heard that avocados contain supple amounts of protein!
Any cheaper methods? Avocados cost a pretty penny in my location.

You'll make yourself sick and die or something
I'll live however I want to live, Shinji! How else am I gonna stay in top condition?
Hate to break it to ya but Dead isn't top condition, Aki. And carbs are just as important as protein for health, why don't you go carb-load instead
