Actually, you do know what you're talking about, but DDos attacks usually only happen to major companies because why would you waste your time attacking a site that maybe 100 people visit? Plus, DDos attacks are usually more consistent and last longer. If someone wanted to attack a website, they keep it down for a while. Its simply some server issues that come with being Polish.
