BB code improvement (edit: another one) and a bug fix

BB code buttons will now insert the code at the cursor's position, so you can do something like this https://i.imgur.com/i8jBdjN.gif https://i.imgur.com/e878iVf.gif much easier. Also, editing posts will no longer delete the [i] tags.

Hahaha! With this, I shall soon rule the world or something! Kidding aside, this is pretty damn nifty for those of us who use a good deal of BB code so yeah, quite pleased to see this stuff done.
