Eito walks up to the sign, reading it intently while lowering his glasses. "Maybe I should have stayed away from those mushrooms..." Shrugging and walking in with his fancy cane in his hands, Eito shouts out. "Yo, is anyone there?"

Metal is flying around and is looking for that fake hedgehog until he sees Eito. Eito, What is this place?

*From the mist, a female voice calls out, young sounding but stern as an elder. Her glowing red eyes can be seen in the mist, but no more.* Which of the three are you here for? Disturbance, Self Discovery or for Pleasure?

I am looking for a large blue hedgehog. I don't plan on disturbing anyone but him, but if push comes to shove, I will.

"Uh..." "Can I be here for two of the three?"

A strange man with glasses, black hair, and a sweet-ass white coat comes into view. "Blue hedgehog you say? I heard it goes pretty fast..." "As for me, lady, I am just here for surveying my surroundings and finding potential 'allies'..."

*A slight groan can be heard from the mist* Yes, you can be here for more than two. I gave you three options. Work, Play or SLASH and Fight. Why are you here?

"Guess i'll 'Discover Myself', whatever that means along with just hanging out." The teenager shrugs as he moves further into the mist, his cane in front of him to make sure he doesn't trip.

*A young female teen appears what seems to out of nowhere, teen would sigh and opens her mouth to answer the question from the unknown voice* I wish to find myself. I have no clue if I am special in any way like if I'm going to get a power later on or what my fate is... or I'm just a normal person not important in life, not do anything important and will die as a nobody

*The mist parts, revealing a woman in a red cloak and a black dress holding a yellow staff, riddled with runes. She offers a hand* Professional casual then. I can do that. Come to me if you wish to see into your heart. If your here to hang out, don't touch the voodoo doll. Or the sword with the red handle. Actually, just don't touch anything.

"But it's all so cool that I want to touch all of it!" The teenager sighs and walks over to Morgana and puts his hand on hers. "Let's see what happens..."

*Despair goes to Morgana*

"Imma go with Slash and fight..." "Also, no need for the sword when I have this..." Gideon does 7 kuji-in signs and then summons his famed pixel katana.

*Morgana takes her hand from Eito's and begins walking into a darker part of the forest. She motions for the others to follow* Eito. Gideon. Mono. Despair. Huh, interesting group, I will say. Any questions about what's happening before I explain the process of seeing what's in your heart or would you rather I get on with it? It's a bit of a walk, so I have the time.

Do robots have hearts? Then, again. I am a soul in a robot body.

I have no questions *Despair just keeps following Morgana*

Excuse me, but I hope you don't mind if I join all of you. A man in a suit and top hat speaks, jogging to keep up with everyone. His red hair is ruffled by the wind as he runs. So, magic? I'm curious.

"No questions here, Magic Lady." Eito twirls his cane in his hand as he walks forward.

Depends if they're an AI or not. You have a conscience, you have a heart. Other people say "soul". I'm not other people. And yes, Damon. Magic. It's a thing. Now then. Allow me to explain what will happen here. *Morgana clears her throat. As she does, the group arrive in another clearing, darkened by the trees above. In the middle of the clearing is a giant crystal.* Tia Dalma's Crystal Mirror. It allows those who look into it to stare deep into themselves, seeing they're greatest desires, fears and what they are destined to become. Staring into it comes with a risk. You all have a sort of guardian of your soul. This guardian, if your heart is not at peace, will attack you. If you wish to see what you seek, you must defeat it. It can come in many forms. A familiar face. Your greatest fear. A monster of your imagination. A mirror image of yourself. If you wield a persona, it will be your shadow. Though, I don't anyone here will have to worry about that last one, to be honest. You can go one at a time or all at once. I don't mind. Go and gaze into the mirror and describe to me the figure that you see. OOC: Basically, describe what I'm going to be controlling in an upcoming battle phase. If no battle preferences are said, I will choose the moveset. Give me something good to work with, please.

Well. If I am battling myself, You are going to need a speedway. A fistfight will not do. A race will have to be done. I and "him" will be battling with electrical charge attacks, and spin-dashing at each other, but that is the only combat between us.

"Hmmm, that's an interesting thing to look at." Gideon says as he looks at the mirror. He seems undeterred at what he looks at, as it is a monstrous form he took a bit of a while ago... He just chuckles and steps aside.

The Guardian will take the form of a dark version of Eito with horns, sharp claws and teeth, red eyes and a sharp black tail used as a spear, ala Xenomorph. He'll mostly be moving around, attempting to use hit and run tactics to avoid damage but deal plenty back with his natural pointy weapons but he'll also be able to ignite small fires for attack. As Eito stares into the mirror, he smiles at his reflection, as if being reminded of something. "Damn, i'm handsome even in evil form!"

-Enemy Phase- *Tia Dalma's mirror shatters, calling forth the reflections seen forward. Shadows surround them as they glare at their light forms. The 4 get into a combat stance* Enemies Dark Despair Dark Demon Eito Dark Beast Gideon Dark Metal Sonic *Dark Demon Eito (DD Eito) quickly leaps back into the forest, preparing an ambush no doubt. Dark Despair pulls out their G22 pistol and wastes no time in firing a number of rounds at Eito. Dark Metal Sonic flies upwards before creating a forcefield around themselves. They seem to be preparing something. Dark Beast Gideon swings his sword at Gideon,* Oh right. I forgot to mention. These things won't just attack you. They also have no limits and can kill you if you're not careful. I'm also not helping you because this is your battle, but feel free to help each other. Actions: DD Eito vanishes and can't be hit Dark Despair fires 3 bullets at Eito (Medium Gun Damage) Dark Metal Sonic flies out of reach Dark Beast Gideon swings at Gideon (Heavy Physical Damage) -Player Phase- OOC: Statistic based battle or Description based battle? Description based. Metal chases his Dark form, ready to attack. He charges at him with electricity.

Uhh I think somehow Dark Corbin ended up attack and not Dark Despair XD *Despair would take out her saber and blinds Dark Despair using the light* -Action- *Despair blinds Dark Despair with light*

I'd like a statistics based one but i'll go with the flow and do description based if I have to. Eito immediately rolls to the right, dodging most of the bullets, though a couple of them still reach him, shredding his jacket and dealing a small amount as they graze him. "Why do they always immediately go for me?!" Sighing, Eito would take out his own pistol and dash back, shooting at Dark Gideon in an attempt to support his ally since he couldn't attack his own Dark Version or Metal Sonic's and that Despair could deal with her own enemy. - Action - Eito provides supporting fire to Gideon.

The narrator, who totally didn't get distracted playing Pokémon Showdown, returns to say that the fancily-dressed man is idly standing on the sidelines while all this is happening. Good thing I didn't participate, or else I would have to deal with combat. A tiring practice. What seems to be a patchwork, cream-and-blue plush wolf pops out from his back. It puts the man's top hat on its head and decides to watch as well.

OOC: I'll go statistic based since its a tie. Also, can someone throw something at Gideon to see if he's still around? -Enemy Phase- *The shield repels Mono's charge at Dark Metal Sonic, causing his dark form to laugh. Dark Beast Gideon growls in anger at being shot at. Dark Despair grabs their eyes, crying out in annoyance. The voices of the dark forms seem to be distorted.* DD Eito- 100% Dark Despair- 100% Dark Beast Gideon- 95% Dark Metal Sonic- 100% *Dark Beast Gideon slams his sword down in rage, sending a wave of black pixels at Eito. Dark Despair flails around in their blindness before firing in a random direction, missing completely and hitting a tree. Dark Metal Sonic fires an energy beam at Metal Sonic. From the forest, Dark Demon Eito leaps. He spins through the air before landing behind Despair and slashes at him from behind with his claws.* Actions DD Eito slashes at Despair (Heavy physical damage X2) Dark Despair fires and misses due to being blinded Dark Beast Gideon launches a wave of pixels at Eito (Heavy Physical Damage) Dark Metal Sonic fires a beam of light at Metal Sonic (Heavy Almighty Damage) -Player Phase-

"Aw, god damn it..." Gideon said as his more bigger version takes a swing at him. He dodges with ease, though, he decides to take the offensive and slash at him with a powerful cross slash. "Heh, thanks for the cover fire, dude." He says to Eito as he jumps back while Eito fires down on Dark Beast Gideon

*After getting slashed in the back by some claws, Despair would turn around to face DD Eito and would try to cut DD Eito's arms off well at least one of the arms off*

"SHIT!" Eito does what he's best at, stopping, dropping and rolling away. He manages to avoid the slash, ruining his jacket even further. He huffs in anger and draws his pistol once again, shooting at the Dark Gideon innacurately in order to distract him before putting his weapon back in his jacket and charging at him with his cane wielded like a bat. His eyes turn crimson as he accelerates. "Prepare yourself, pal!" - Action - Eito shoots at Dark Gideon without accuracy in order to distract him before charging him with his cane.

Also, should we be keeping track of our health like the enemies? I think so.

-Enemy Phase- * Dark Beast Gideon is pushed back slightly by Gideon's attack and prepares to attack but is further angered by Eito's attack, his attention drawn. Dark Demon Eito is struck by Despair's blade, but it is not enough to cut off an arm. Dark Metal Sonic is somewhat disoriented by Metal Sonic's attack * DD Eito- 90% Dark Despair- 100% Dark Beast Gideon- 75% Dark Metal Sonic- 90% *With a growl, Dark Beast Gideon raises his sword above his head, coating it with red pixels, before crashing it down at Eito as he charges. Dark Demon Eito shoots the ground with fire using his tail, creating a smokescreen as he vanishes back into the forest. Dark Metal Sonic attacks the area with rays of light, hitting all combatants in the clearing. Dark Despair, recovered from being blinded, pulls out their sword and swings at Despair.* Actions DD Eito creates a smokescreen and vanishes into the forest (Light fire damage to Despair) Dark Despair Swings their blade at Corbin (Heavy Physical Damage) Dark Beast Gideon swings with a pixel coated balde (Heavy Fire Damage) Dark Metal Sonic attacks the field (Medium Almighty Damage to everyone but DD Eito) -Player Phase- OOC: I can keep track of your health in my updates, if you'd like

Metal flies back with pain. It delt 7% of damage. 12% total damage done to Metal. You're one tough bot, aren't you? No matter. I'll make you dream of electric sheep forever. Metal aims a bolt of light right at Dark Metal's core. I am going to be gone for about an hour.

*Despair would Dodge the attack, soon taking out her M16 and shoots the Dark Despair's head* OOC: please do

Eito lets Dark Beast Gideon attack him, sacrificing some health in return for a good attack while the monster draws back his blade. He lowers his melee weapon and strikes upwards with bone shattering power as his crimson eyes glow. "GET SOME, YOU UGLY BASTA-" Eito is interrupted by himself as he lightly hits himself on the head, regaining some control before immediatelt being overtaken by the red eyes once again as he roars and starts attacking again and again, not bothering to guard himself from any of other attacks from Gideon's other or Dark Metal Sonic's beams. - Action - Eito enters a berserk rage where he will indeterminantly attack without protecting himself for another turn. Eito - 75%

-Enemy Phase- *Dark Metal Sonic, seeing the attack coming, dodges to the side, but is still scraped by the attack. Dark Despair is shot through the eye, taking massive damage, but still surviving, grasping her eye with one hand. Both Dark Beast Gideon and Dark Despair recoil from Dark Metal Sonic's attack.* DD Eito- 90% Eito- 75% Dark Despair- 50% Despair- 85% Dark Demon Gideon- 65% Gideon- 75% Dark Metal Sonic- 60% Metal Sonic- 88% *Dark Demon Eito leaps from the forest at Metal Sonic, trying to grab the robot with its tail and throw it to the ground. Dark Gideon plunges it sword into the ground, coating the ground with blue pixels. Dark Despair swings back at Despair with her sword, aiming for the head. Dark Metal Sonic flies higher before charging up.* Actions DD Eito attacks Metal Sonic, trying to throw it to the ground (Heavy physical Damage) Dark Despair slashes at Despair (Heavy Physical Damage) Dark Demon Gideon coats the ground in pixel (Heavy ice damage to all grounded fighters) Dark Metal Sonic charges up for an attack - Player Phase-

*Despair would dodge but it would hit her shoulder but does not care since it allowed her to Shoot Dark Despair in the head again with the M16*

Despite providing no resistance or will to dodge the pixels, Eito seems unaffected as he takes the damage and continues trying to murder Dark Beast Gideon. "Die already you dumb beast!" The teenager continues striking with the surprisingly resistant cane before slowing down and and lowering, stopping in the middle of an attack. "I need to get control of this..." Instead of staying around, Eito steals a strategy from his Other and bolts it into the woods to observe and prepare to attack at the right time. - Action - Eito gets back to controlling himself, dealing Medium Physical Damage to Dark Beast Gideon before jumping into the woods. I'll let you dictate our health.

"Don't worry, I got him..." Gideon jumps towards Dark Beast Gideon and does an aerial spinning slash, cutting multiple times, before attempting to bisect him with a downward slash. Afterwards, he jumps back just in case his attack didn't work

-Enemy Phase- *Dark Despair is shot in the other eye, effectively blinding the clone and is caught in Dark Beast Gideon's attack. Dark Beast Gideon is caught by both attacks and is angered even further. Dark Metal Sonic and Dark Demon Eito, being in the air, are unaffected by Dark Beast Gideon's attack* DD Eito- 90% Eito- 65% Dark Despair- 25% Despair- 60% Dark Beast Gideon- 35% Gideon- 60% Dark Metal Sonic- 60% Metal Sonic- 70% *Now blinded, Dark Despair roars in rage before swinging madly in front of her with her sword. Dark Beast Gideon looks around for Eito before roaring in rage and swinging at Gideon instead. Dark Metal Sonic laughs before spin dashing at a super speed directly down on Metal Sonic. Dark Demon Eito dives back into the forest.* Actions DD Eito leaps back into the forest. Dark Despair swings wildly while screaming (Severe physical damage. Low hit chance) Dark Beast Gideon attacks Gideon (Heavy Physical Damage) Dark Metal Sonic drops down in a spin dash at Metal Sonic (Severe Physical Damage) -Player Phase-

*Despair would dodge the attacks easily, soon she put away her M16 and takes out her G22 pistol, soon shooting the head off of Dark Despair*

Eito creeps along the woods, replacing his regular bullets with Ice Dust ones. "I've spent too long dealing with his problem, now it's time to get rid of mine." The teenager starts searching for Dark Demon Eito in an attempt to ambush him. - Action - Eito searches for his Dark counterpart in an attempt to surprise and ambush him.

-Enemy Phase- * Dark Despair would take the hits and fall to her knees. In a moment of clarity, the clone speaks in a distorted, monotone version of Despair's own voice* Dark Despair: I just want to be... accepted. In this despair-filled world, why... can't I have... happiness? *Dark Despair is absorbed back into the Crystal Mirror as black dust. Meanwhile, Dark Metal Sonic is knocked to the ground by Metal Sonics surprise kick.* DD Eito- 90% Eito- 65% Dark Despair- Defeated Despair- 60% Dark Beast Gideon- 35% Gideon- 65% Dark Metal Sonic- 40% Metal Sonic- 55% *Dark Demon Eito watches the fight from the trees. Dark Metal Sonic gets up and spin dashes towards Metal Sonic at high speeds. Dark Beast Gideon charges his blade with yellow Pixels and fires them as a beam at Despair* Actions Dark Eito stands by Dark Metal Sonic Charges at Metal Sonic (Heavy Physical Damage) Dark Beast Gideon fires a pixel Beam at Despair (Heavy Electric damage.) -Player Phase

Well, the action would have been wasted had I not found him so here comes a surprise attack. Finding his dark counterpart, Eito slowly moves behing him before emptying his 15 bullet clip on him, dealing Heavy Ice Damage. - Action - Eito sneaks up behind Dark Demon Eito and empties his pistol's clip, dealing Heavy Ice Damage before stepping back.

"Heh, might as well..." Gideon doesn't move but instead, parries Dark Beast Gideon's attack, only to Counter-Stab and send a wave of blue pixels to his Dark counter part's way

...You might know everything I'm gonna do... Mono charges right at Dark Metal with Electricity flowing all around him. But, I know everything you're gonna do! Mono, then kicks him back to the ground and aims for his core. STRANGE, ISN'T IT!? He fires a large bolt of light at his core.

-Enemy Phase- *Dark Demon Eito is caught off guard as he is filled with ice rounds. He falls back into the clearing looking up at his light self with a look that screams "Et Tu, Eito?". Dark Beast Gideon ran through by Gideon, falling to the ground. Dust comes off it as it turns into Dark Gideon. It talks with a monotone and distorted version of Gideon's own voice* Dark Gideon: I just wanted her back. I've never felt so... alone. I need her. Ra...mona... *Dark Gideon fades to dust and returns to the Crystal Mirror. Dark Metal Sonic is shocked by Metal Sonic's attack, stunning the robot clone with very little health remaining* DD Eito- 40% Eito- 65% Despair- 50% Dark Beast Gideon- Defeated Gideon- 65% Dark Metal Sonic- 10% Metal Sonic- 45% *Dark Eito smirks as his tail raise up behind Eito and tries to impale him. Dark Metal Sonic is stunned.* Actions DD Eito tries to impale Eito (Severe Physical Damage. Chance to Instant Kill) Dark Metal Sonic is stunned -Player Phase-

As the tail accelerates to run Eito through, his eyes flash yellows as they widen and a look of fear crosses his face, making him almost instantly drop to the ground unceremoniously. Red eyes overtake him as he drops both gun and cane and thrusts forward both of his honestly underused knives in an attempt to cut it off. - Action - Eito drops to the ground, dodging the attack but leaving himself in a vulnerable position as he thrusts forward both knives to cut off his Other's tail.

Metal grabs Dark Metal's head and is charging a huge light attack from his hands. I don't care if I can't defeat sonic, I don't care if I am weak, I don't care if I am forgotten. Not anymore... Even if all those things are true, at least I know one thing... I am better than myself! Metal fires the light attack point blank at Dark Metal's head.

-Enemy Phase- *Dark Demon Eito screeches in pain from its tail is cut off. Dark Metal Sonic is blasted, a hole through its head. It forms sparks black dust as it starts to fade. A voice comes from, the same monotone and distorted form as the others before it fades completely into the Crystal.* Dark Metal Sonic: Why can't I beat that hedgehog. I was made to be strong. Then why am I so... weak. DD Eito: 30% Eito: 65% Despair: 50% Gideon: 65% Metal Sonic 45% *In a fit of rage, Dark Demon Eito tries to cut Eito down with its claws.* -Action- DD Eito slashes at Eito (Heavy Physical Damage X2) -Player Phase-

Eito, laying on the ground and unable to defend himself, takes the hits freely, grabbing on of Dark Demon Eito's hands and pulling it while rolling to the side, hoping to unbalance him. - Action - Eito takes the slashes, the damage being diminished due to his resistance to Physical attacks. He rolls to the side with one of his counterpart's hands in his own so that he may be able to unbalance and weaken DD Eito.

-Enemy Phase- *Dark Demon Eito is ubbalanced and falls to the ground in a weakened state DD Eito: 30% Eito: 55% Despair: 50% Gideon: 65% Metal Sonic 45% *Dark Demon Eito is stunned due to being knocked to the ground* Actions DD Eito is stunned -Player Phase-

Eito, having dropped all his weapons, gets on top of his Dark Counterpart,his knees on Dark Demon Eito's arms to stop him from slashing Eito again, and starta beating DD Eito's face in with punch after punch. - Action - Eito traps DD Eito under him and deals Medium Physical Damage with continuous punches.

-Enemy Phase- *As Dark Demon Eito gets repidly punched, he slowly begins fading into dust, his demonic features fading first. As he fades, he talks in the usual distorted, deadpan version of the original Eito's voice* Dark Eito: I just want to be useful to everyone. Aki. Kalib. Jiyu. I want to repay them for their kindness, but I can't as I am. I need... power. I don't... want to be... no-one... anymore. *As Dark Eito fades back into the Crystal mirror, it begins to glow.* -Battle End-

And it's over. It's fortunate that nobody died. The man finally steps forward, with the large "plush wolf" still looking over his shoulder.

Eito sighs once again, this time in resignation as he thinks on his counterpart's final words. He finds them to be true. "God-Goddamnit..." He tears up but eventually calms down, gathers his dropped items and exits back into the clearing, waving at his fellows. "Well, we did it..."

*As the battle ends, Morgana clears her throat, reminding everyone she still exists.* Your quite the fighters. You have earned the right to see your hearts inner secrets. Reflected now in the mirror is the person you want to be the most. Your greatest desires in their purest form. Some of you may have forgotten your dreams and wishes and aspirations in your journeys. Maybe you forgot why you fight. I hope that this will clarify what you fight for. This, if you have not guessed, is what I classify as finding yourself. Enjoy your reward for your efforts. *She puts her staff in front of Damon* Unless you want to start another fight, don't look into the crystal. Just my advice OOC: This is where you describe the person your character most wants to be, their dreams made flesh in the person reflected in Tia Dalma's Crystal Mirror. I also get to see how close I was with my guesses of your character's wishes, as I showed with my dying quotes of the dark forms.

I....I want to be able to defeat Sonic and have a actual life. The doctor forced me to do this, and I have no other choice. I wish I was free.

Damon bows, and so does the wolf. Very well. The mirror shall remain unseen to me. He closes his eyes and leans against a tree. The wolf disappears, as if going into his body.

I wanted to be happy, be accepted in this world...

You were pretty close. Eito sees himself inside, a bright man in a waistcoat, tie and white shirt along with gloves. His eyes are hidden by a shining light on his glasses but his resemblance to Eito is obvious. He's surrounded by blue fire as a mysterious figure stands tall behind him. Eito chuckles in a somber way as he stares at his ideal version of himself. "That's me alright." "Finally able to stand above the crowd and truly help people..."

Are you all done? I do hope this experience was helpful for all of you. *As she speaks, a mysterious mist envelopes the area. As it fades, the group are back in Morgana's encampment.* If you don't wish to walk, I can teleport you back to where you came from. Or do you wish to ask me something else? "I don't have any questions. Send me back. I have some thinking to do."

*Morgana nods silently and sketches a glowing symbol. Soon, The ones who have not yet left are surrounded by a thick fog. When the fog clear, Eito and Despair find themselves outside the GYM's doors. The fog in the clearing Morgana was in would grow thicker to those watching her. When the fog cleared, Morgana and all clues of her presence would vanish and the clearing would fill with trees.*

"Well...That was fun..." Gideon huffs as he desummons his katana, "Well, it's been a while since Scott took me down, but I never thought I was going to take down myself..." Gideon fixes his glasses and starts to leave, "Well, at least now I know what it takes to defeat Scott now..." As he leaves, a flyer for the Chaos Theatre's opening in the Nexus flies by everyone.
