Rumors might not be the most reliable of things, yet something about this one reminds the young, blue-haired schoolgirl of her job. Figuring it was worth investigating, just in case, Sayaka walks into the scene where she notices Sam You here too blondie? I asssune you know all ‘bout the rumors, got anything on it? Sayaka grins and leans a little closer to Sam Or are ya too scared to check it out?

Rex was a bit too curious to let this opportunity go by. Maybe it's a ghost... it would be nice to meet a ghost. His mind is full of possibilities as the suit of armor walks up to the other two. His sword is held loosely in his right hand, although ethereal chains bind it to his arm. Its blue light intensifies slightly now that his destination is just a few steps away. So you're here to look around, too?

Hmm? *Sam is snapped out of his thoughts by Sayaka* Not too scared. And yeah, I'm here for a wander. I'm just waiting for something.

Eito didn't think much of this construction site, perhaps because of a life time of exploring such places in search of rumors but out of nostalgia, he went anyway. "Well, at least it's going to be interesting..." And as such, a motorcycle came down the street, parking in a nearby alley. Eito soon walks from that alley towards the construction site, waving to Sam, Sayaka and Rex. "Hmm, guess i'm not the only curious one, am I?"

Waiting on something? Sayaka looks down to the gem over her navel, of course there’s no reaction so far, Eito manages to snap her out of her thought, Sayaka glances back to him with a frown I just mistook it for...... Something. Is all. With a grin, Sayaka tries to push past Sam to enter the construction site You have fun waiting, I can’t accomplish anything from out here, that much is sure.

Oh, wait for me! The suit of armor clanks after Sayaka. Apparently, he's eager to explore as well.

H-hey! *Sam is surprised as he shoved inside the site. He uses his cane to keep upright as he regains his composure. As everyone enters the site, laughter can be heard in the distance.* That was what I was waiting for. To see if the rumours were true.

So it's true? Excitement is easily noticeable in Rex's voice. He picks up the pace, rushing ahead in an attempt to locate the source. Let's see...

Leo walks towards the build, wondering abiut what the rumours could be, he is curious to see what he could find here. Maybe there is a survivor... While looking around Leo noticed Sam, he went to see him. You are also here Sam?

"Well, getting right into the thick of it, I see!" Eito runs in after the group, grinning only to stop upon hearing the laughter. "If that isn't welcoming and friendly, I don't know what is..." The teenager scowls and moves forward, his hand in his jacket. "We'll be fine though, we're more than capable..."

I wonder... *Sam thinks as he starts walking forward.* No, it's probably nothing. So, what do you guys think is causing all of this? Monster? Alien? Rogue Persona user? Something stupid? Mayu (Comms): Something stupid is always good. It is, isn't it?

Sayaka looks back at the armor, not every day you see that. Reminds her of a monster more than anything, but hey, stranger things here. You’ll have to keep up with me, if you can of course. After briefly stopping to listen to the laughter, Sayaka is off, heedless of the others as she dashes in the direction she heard the sound, occasionally glancing down at the gem over her navel, just in case

Leo heard the laughter, he thought what is a creepy laugh, from who? And why is he laughing? It was better to follow the others. Let me go with you. Leo follows Sam.

"Hey, wait!" Eito, very aggravated, starts sprinting after Sayaka, his eyes glowing Crimson as his speed increases. "Don't you dare go ahead without us!"

Eito! Don't run like that, you don't know what could be around us! Maybe right now a powerfull monster is watching us. Leo looked at Eito while he ran, he couldn't understand how he could be that calm and relaxed right now. Well... as long as anything bad happens...

*The laughter gets louder. Suddenly, a wrecking ball swings at Sayaka in an attempt to squash her flat* Look out! ???: Ya Ha Ha! Look out below! YA HA HA HA!!! *At the sound of the voice, Sam tense up and looks terrified. It seems he knows this entity.* Wait... It can't be... Guys, we have to run!

Look out for.... Sayaka's eyes go wide, hesitating for the briefest of moments before dodging to the side. She's too slow to completely avoid it, so, rather than getting squashed, the wrecking ball strikes her side, sending the girl flying into one of the steel beams dotting the site with a rather loud *clang*. Sayaka doesn't move for a few moments, a faint, blue light glowing around her as she slowly begins to recover Run? Y... You can't be serious. [i]If nothing else it serves as confirmation that the laughter isn't what Sayaka was worried about, but that doesn't necessarily make it any better[i]

Leo quickly took out his brynhildr and blocked the wrecking ball with roots. W-what is that? Leo tryed to see what was that misterious creature, but all he saw it was just smoke from the dust. Dammit.

"Ah shit!" Having returned to normal, Eito's eyes widen upon seeing the wrecking ball, making him stop in his tracks. "What the hell?" Seeing Sayak being struck sends him running in her direction, his eyes yellow. "A-Are you okay?"

Got distracted. Oops. Wha- Rex begins to back away, fully aware of the dangers of rogue construction equipment. Careful where you're aiming that!

*As Sam starts to back away to the entrance, the gates to the site slam shut. Soon, two girders fly down from the wireframe construct int the centre of the area, making an X in front of the gates. After another wild fit of laughter, a shadowy figure leaps on top of the wrecking ball. It seems to be wolf-like creature. Except for the two long scorpion-like tails coming from it. Apart from that, the figure can't be made out.* ???: Where ya going, Sammy? The fun hasn't started yet. And I haven't even met the new blood you led to their doom. Keh Ha. Tch ha. Ya ha ha. YA HA HA HA HA HA!!! *Sam just stares at the creature with hatred in his eyes, his breathing shaky.*

What... IS that thing?! Rex draws his sword and points it at the creature. The blade's light flickers wildly, along with the trembling in his arms. I'll be fine, I can't... The rest is too soft to be heard.

Sayaka slowly starts getting to her feet, her blue light shining a little brighter? Sayaka spits up a little blood before looking at Eito out the corner of her eye I'm fine, I've had worse. You don't have to worry about me idiot. Finally, Sayaka stands up, still a little shaky and draws her sword, pointing it at the creature. It kinda looks like some of the monster's she's used to fighting, but gives off an entirely different feel. She takes a defiant tone and stance, making her distaste for the monster clear I dunno who or what you are, but we're definitely goin' to be walking away from this. I'd be more concerned about yourself if I was you

Leo looked the strange monster, but he quickly turned to Sayaka, Leo took out his fortify stick to heal everyone from there. After that Leo looked again to the creature. So funny, but you tryed to hurt my friends, I won't let you do that. He noticed Sam's breathing and he turned to him giving him a calm look. Is alright Sam, we've fought worse things.

"You don't have to be so mad, you know." Shaking his head, Eito looks up at the monster with anger. "I don't know hwo the hell you are, but this is going a tad too bloody far for comfort!" He draws his gun and takes aim, though doesn't yet shoot, appare tly focusing on something different.

another shadowy figure appears before the group but it seemed it always was there "Perfect" Ignis Whispers Then Ignis enlighted his daggers and charges it

He jumps down from the Wrecking ball, revealing it's grey fur, black armour around the tails and a steel mask over its eyes. It smiles wildly in a white-toothed grin. It also holds a black bladed twin blade in his left hand* Galio: Say my name again, Sammy boy. *Sam seems to hesitate.* Galio. Why are you here? Galio: Yes! Ha ha ha ha! Well, to answer your question, you opened the door. It seemed rude not to follow, eh? Hee hee hee. Enough about that though. Who's gonna move first? Hee hee hee hee!

Leo quckly turned back, aiming his frozen sword to ignis. Who are you? Are you with that monster?

"Does it count if I don't move?" Eito shoots Galio, aiming for any unarmored part. Regardless of the result, he keeps shooting again and again. He's trying to distract the wolf man so that someone else may get the advantage.

Better now than never. He's got the greatest chance of living, after all. T-take this! Rex charges and swings his sword, with more adrenaline than skill. Actually, does he even know how to use a sword?

And this is the part where the headstrong idiot doesn't learn their lesson from 2 minutes ago and instead finishes healing to charge the Galio, dashing around its left side and slashing, not at the creature, but at the blade in its hand, in hopes of knocking it aside and shouting at Galio I'll make the first and the last then, if you insist. You seriously find some kinda enjoyment out of this? Come on, you're not some mindless thing, obviously, you should know better.

Leo lowers his weapon and looks at Galio. Understood, let's go everyone! Leo charges his rexbolt and unleash a wave of thunders going violently to Galio, the thunder will spread and hit him all the parts of Galio's body, hopping it will paralyze him.

Wait. Don't- *Sam's warning comes a little late. Galio looks like he is struck by the bullet. However, as he puts a hand on Rex's armour, it reveals the bullet is spinning harmlessly against his finger. He grins, flicking the bullet at high speeds back at Eito before turning to Rex.* Galio: Nice Knife. Your armour ain't bad either. Now, obey. *A faint light flashes from Galio's palm, immobolizing Rex in his armour. With a motion of his hand, Galio forces Rex's blade to collide with Sayaka's own weapon before leaping away from Leo's lightning back into the shadow's. Wild laughter seems to come from every shadow.* Galio: I'll give you an ultimatum, Sammy. I'll let you leave, but your friends are mine to devour whole. Or ya can stay and die with them. I'd love to give ole Snake eyes his pleasure, but your in my hunting grounds now. And getting out is a lot harder without my offer. What do you say, pal? Like hell, I will, Galio. Galio: Well, don't beg later. I gave you a chance. Ya ha ha ha!

Wha- Rex stumbles forward, notably dazed as the blade rings from the forced clash. It takes a moment for him to recover from that and whatever Galio did. That felt... weird... The blade flickers before returning to its normal glow.

Leo surprised saw how his attack disappeared into the shadows, he then looked how Rex's blade collided with Sayaka's. He has a good control of our magic and weapons... maybe is because we are in his territory... if we were outside with more light he could be weaker. Anyways, that thing is obsessed with Sam, it is a old enemy? I won't let you threaten my friend, Sam ignore him, we only have to find a way to damage him.

In a flash of green eyes, Eito moves his head to the side near instantly, the buller grazing his cheeck. As soon as he returns to normal, he falls back, sighing. "Bastard, that's going to leave a scar!" Running backwards, Eito exchanges clips for his pistol, the new one leaving a red light in a slot on the gun's side. "Now we find you..." Eito scans the battleground, staring intensely at every shadow.

Sayaka steps back a little, to avoid any significant clashing, no need to hurt the armored guy's sword after all, she keeps her eyes on Galio until he vanishes into the shadow Hey, don't just run away from me!! Sayaka immediately spins around, pulling a blade from beneath her cape to throw into the shadows where Galio entered, just in case he hadn't moved, with that, Sayaka would begin looking all around the area If you're so strong why don't ya just come on out here and fight me yourself, coward!! Its apparent her abilities aren't particularly useful in this situation, so she turns towards Sam for a moment and shouts Alright Blondie, you're the one who knows this guy, do something already!!

*Sam steps forward and places a hand on one of the girders, sending an electrical current through the structure, lighting the area up in the process. Galio falls back to the floor, uninjured, but with slight burns on his feet. He chuckles as he shakes a paw in mock pain* Galio can control your attacks, just so long as they have a physical form. Bullet and swords have no effect on him, but pure magic does. It won't be that easy though. He jumps around a lot, I hear Galio: Spoilers! Oh, and I'm not obsessed with him. I'm gonna kill him to get back at his sniper bitch of a friend. I have a score to settle with that one. Now then. Shall we? (Battle Begin) *Scans of Galio show nothing. Almost as if he's blocking it somehow.* Galio: 100% Sam: 100% Eito: 100% Sayaka: 100% Rex: 100% Leo: 100% Ignis: 100% *Galio spins his twin-blade around, before motioning for his opponents to come at him.* Actions Galio taunts (Player Phase)

Someone give me your hands ignis then pulls out a magic flask

He wants us to attack him, that won't work that easily, but I'm more concerned for Sayaka and Rex, they could be usseles in this battle, I'll find a way to make him vulnerable to physical attacks. Leo opens his brynhildr, he surrounds Galio with sharp roots, the roots twist around Galio to finally explode with a strong light burst.

Only magic... Rex vaguely remembers that rage he felt once. His sword had... basically exploded then. Could he do something like that again...? It's worth a shot. He looks down at the blade, which glows brighter... ++Action++ Charge... something. Even Rex isn't sure what it will be.

Eito, while somewhat sceptical, pockets his gun and jogs over to Ignis, offering his arms, palms upwards. "Ya got a plan, pal?"

Sayaka looks down at her sword, then over to Eito's gun, finally, she looks to Rex's sword. Fantastic. A creature she can't fight. Overhearing Ignis, Sayaka decides it might be best to try support. Give me a moment. Sayaka runs over to stand in front of Ignis, aiming to block any attacks aimed their way with her sword as she extends her left hand towards him What do you need glasses guy?

*Sam launches a beam of lightning from his metal arm.* Leo. Let's distract this guy while the others charge up. ++Action++ Keraunos System: Beam (High electric damage to one foe that pierces electric resistance except repel) (Enemy Phase) *Galio tanks the explosion and the beam. He emerges from the smoke, cracking his neck, chuckling to himself* That all you got. Heh heh heh. Good luck beating me with that. Galio: 90% All Allies 100% *Galio splits his blade into two and leaps at Leo with a spin attack of blades and feral fury.* Action Galio slashes at Leo (Medium physical attack X4) (Player Phase)

Come on, come on... Finally, Rex points his sword at Galio, sending out a ball of blue fire from the blade. The blade itself has a dimmer glow. (Light Curse damage. Nothing too spectacular.)

Galio's slash was to fast yo even block it, it cut Leo leaving a few wounds in his skin and breaking his clothes. Y-you are right, I won't let him hurt them. For an Instant Leo's blade reacted to something... but it is hard to tell to what because Leo didn't noticed it, he was focused on creating a barrier with his brynhildr around the others to protect them.

With little else to do, Sayaka keeps an eye on the battle, she can't hurt the thing directly, at least according to BLondie, so she does what little she can do, and rushes to Leo's side You should be more careful your Highness, I'd rather not have to drag you home afterwards Sayaka's hands begin glowing with a faint blue light as she tries to grab Leo's arm and begin healing his wounds, her attacks had little effect earlier, so for now she's best off healing Anyone having trouble, just tell me. I'd like to take a more direct approach, but that's obviously not gonna work OOC: I think Ignis vanished

OOC: While Ignis is dead, I'll update *Sam fires a steel bolt and a multitude of lightning beams at Galio.* Get away from him. ++Action++ Keraunos System: Seeker (2-5 medium electric damage to one foe. All electric based attacks will hit that target, friend or foe, next turn) (Enemy Phase) *Galio is struck in the side by the blue ball of flames and looks unimpressed. He stopped the bolt much like he stopped the bullet, but is struck by the lightning bolts before he can send it back, causing the bolt to fall harmlessly to the floor.* Galio: 80% Leo: 80% Rest: 100% *Galio leaps at Sam, his tails poised to strike. They launch, dripping mysterious liquid, threatening to skewer the metal-armed scientist.* Action Galio attacks Sam with his tails (X2 Heavy Physical damage. Chance to Poison) (Allied Phase)

Rex backs away, focusing on the blade again. L-let's try again... It becomes surrounded in blue flames more easily this time.

Turning back to face Galio, Eito grinned and shot towards the monster's feet, any bullets reaching the ground exploding. "Let's see how you like this!"

When Sayaka came to heal Leo his frozen sword began to shine with a blue light. W-what? The sword is reacting to Sayaka's swords. (Support rank between Leo and Sayaka is now A+). This could be something interesting, shall we Sayaka? Leo takes out his sword.

Sayaka initially looks over to Sam, seeing the creature lunge at him, just then, Sayaka notices her own swords beginning to glow with a faint, blue light, not unlike when she put energy into them herself. Sayaka raises an eyebrow, before looking up to Leo, fiercely determined, and nodding. Alright, lets do this, whatever this is. With that, Sayaka raises her weapon, ready to follow Leo's lead

"Come on you stupid thing!" Eito continues shooting at Galio, all his Dust infused bullets exploding upon hitting their target. "Die already!"

Leo focus for a moment. Only pure magic? Then we will slash you with pure magic in our swords. Sayaka's and Leo's swords got covered by some kind of magic, it is a mix of Leo's and Sayaka's magic it is strongly shining. Now! Coordinated, Leo and Sayaka dashed to Galio and they quickly slashed him, Leo from the left and Sayaka from the right (like an X), after that, the swords managed to keep part of the energy strengenth them. Leo and Sayaka: Sword Dance: colossal phys damage (X2), also they are charged now.

Wha- no- er- In his last bit of control, Rex... tosses his sword away. His armor drops to the ground like a puppet with its strings cut.

Alright so i scanned the enemy and he is basically immune to physical attacks but is not immune to magic so here give me your hands Ignis then pulls out a Magic Flask Ooc: doing this scene again because of my bad luck lol

Sayaka goes with Leo, her sword glowing a bright blue from the pair of their magics, unsure how effective this will be, but its the best idea they've got Alright, Lets see what you're made of, Swords Dance!! Sayaka and Leo cross over to form an X as they try to slice their enhanced blades through Galio, once they pass, the swords glow dulls a little, but remains shining As described, Leo and Sayaka: Swords Dance, colossal phys x2, + a charge

How Lame. *Galio kicks the armour before holding a hand out, stopping Eito's bullets, but they blow up in his face. He then lazily puts both hands out to catch Leo and Sayaka's swords. However, due to the efforts of System Keraunos: Field from Sam, the blades pierce right through him, sending him flying backwards, through the fence at the back of the construction site.* Galio: 30% (Battle Stop) I think that might have got him. *Through the hole in the fence, a hole in the next building can be seen. Through that hole and past a lot of scared and shocked onlookers, Galio can be seen getting up, dazed and laughing* Galio: NOW THAT WAS AWESOME! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I didn't think this through. Rex's armor is still face-down on the ground. It doesn't move. Uh... before he attacks again, can someone give me my sword? Please?

Sayaka grins and waves at Galio from waaaaay over yonder before raising her hand to high-five Leo Nice one, looking forward to trying it again sometime. Sayaka overhears Rex's shouting, and turns back to face the armor.... Not sure why he needs the sword, but for now she doesn't have time to ask Just a second Rex. Sayaka dashes over to pick Rex's sword off the ground and toss it by his armor, near its arm Is that good enough for ya?

Leo gave a high-five to Sayaka and he began to walk with his charged sword towards Galio, he stops a few steps away and he aims his sword to him. Keep laughing, but your laugh turned to stupid from creepy. Leo kept an eye on Galio, to make sure he doesn't try anything.

The etheral chains sprout out from the sword upon contact and wrap around his arm, letting him grab it. He picks himself up. Thanks. He then points his sword at Galio, and it flickers in anticipation.

So then we Ready for all of us to Attack? Ignis asks while he uses fire magic to enlight his daggers

*Gelio starts walking back through the hole, cutting a bunch of innocents down with his twin blade, laughing all the way.* Galio: Sammy! You didn't tell me that damn field stops my Command skill. That is absolutely hilarious. Ya ha ha ha ha! Man, oh man. That's just... HA HA HA HA!!! Surrender now Galio. Maybe I'll even give you a comfortable cell instead of killing you now. Galio: Oh. Scary scary. No, I think I'll not retreat. How about you surrender yourself to me. Our new scientist needs some test subjects, after all. Hee hee hee. How about it? I'll give the option to all of ya individually. Never.

Rex's hands tremble, and he swings the blade in a wide arc. Just... STOP! A crescent-shaped slash of blue fire is shot at Galio, much stronger than Rex's first attempt.

Is the worst idea I've ever heard and I have been surrounded by idiots in nohr. Sam, I think we should finish him now, before he leaves, things like him are dangerous.

Sayaka watches for a moment, dumbfounded at the... Carelessness of the creature. She takes a deep breath, heedless of the others Oh, I'll go with you alright She then immediately charges Galio, just to the side of Rex's fire, pouring more energy into her sword in an attempt to slice Galio's blade clean through I'll chase you to the ends of the Earth if I have to, as a Magical Girl its my job to destroy monsters, and worse. If you're going to just run around, killing for the sake of it, that makes you my enemy, got it?

Well it looks like that answered my question Ignis now with his fire daggers charges at Galio

Of course. *Sam fires a beam of lightning from the palm of his hand straight at Galio. The combined attacks create a smoke cloud around Galio, but Sayaka connects with something hard. As the smoke clears, Galio is shrouded by metallic, butterfly-like wings. As the wings open, a strong gust of wind forces her back, knocking her across the ground to Leo's feet. A slender, feminine figure wearing a metal mask seems to glare down at Galio.* ???: Have you had enough fun toying with them, Galio? Galio: Here to spoil my fun, Shinami? You're so cold. Ya ha ha ha ha! Shinami?! If you're here then- Shinami: You opened the gateway to us, Scientist. So we came. That is all you need to know. W-what... No. When I fell into Nohr, this place was close enough to... Shinami: Lead us right to it. That's right. *Sam and Shinami glare at each other from across the Construction site.*

Sayaka gets knocked back a significant way, falling back onto the dirt rather hard. The girl scrambles to her feet and picks her weapon back up as she glares at Shinami So you're with this maniac? Then you'd better prepare yourself too. I won't give up until I've stopped both of you for good. Sayaka is nothing if not determined. As any minor injuries repair themselves, the girl charges again, spinning mid dash to throw a sword at both Shinami and Galio

Galio: Ciao, weaklings. I'll be sure to play with you all some more next time. Ya ha ha ha! *Both of the two hostile forces start glowing before vanishing in a flash of blue. Sayaka's swords Galio took over fall to the ground. Sam punches a wall.* Not them again... Damn it.

Yeah, I think we all saw that coming. The girl slowly picks herself up off the ground, throwing a rock in the direction the two were in well after they left Come on back here and face me... You.... Sayaka sighs and, for the moment, gives up. There's not much she can do against Galio, no matter how much he may disgust her. She knew she was far from the strongest, but still.... Dammit.... How am I supposed to.... The girl remains in a sitting position for a moment, thinking to herself as she stares in the direction her two "opponents", if it could be called a fight, were in.

We managed to drive them off, but they mastered portal technology and escaped from our universe. We've been trying to track them down, but we've had little luck as of yet.
