cmd.exe WANTED

So, basically, at school, they run Windows 7 Pro for the PCs. But they don't have cmd.exe so I can run MMD (MikuMikuDance) because of my side to side config. Also, they block all .exe downloads that didn't come from Google Drive. Please help by uploading your cmd.exe to Google Drive and share the link.
