In a controls booth at the end of the room, Mayu sits, looking over some screens. She looks up and waves at the group as they enter. Looming overhead is a giant, mechanical puppet. Sam walks to the back of the room.* I'm going to set up. Mayu, explain it. Mayu (Comms): On it Boss. Time for Mayu Explains All!!! See, the Boss is trying to weaponize the portal network past opening it up for Marion to attack. So, he's going to drag things from other worlds into fight you guys. Your opponent will be the Boss and anything else he brings in. Due to a shieldy thing he has on his arm, you'll have to kill the things summoned first, I think it was. I'll keep track of your vitals to make sure none of you drops dead. So. Any questions?

alright, I don´t know anything about this monster, for now I´ll be carefull. Leo surround the enemy with sharp roots, the roots twists around the pirate.

"Nice." Eito dashes forward, Tyrfing setting itself on fire while Murgleis is enveloped in Curse. At the last second, he jumps up and slashes the Space Pirate twice.

--Enemy Phase-- *The space pirate is spiked and dragged of its jetpack. It lands on the ground with a thud as its jetpack explodes. The space pirate is then knocked back by Eito's slashes* Eito- 100% Leo- 100% Sam- 100% Space Pirate- 35% Sam: My turn, yes? Activating Keraunos System. I'm sure you remember what my field does, right Bookworm? *The space pirate opens fire at Leo with its laser rifle. Sam unleashes a field from his metal arm, which extends through the room. Eito and Leo's limbs feel numb as the field of sparks passes through them.* Actions Space pirate shoots Leo (Light gun damage X5) Sam activates Keraunos System: Field (All allies attack and evasion down. All Enemies attack and Evasion up. All enemies pierce all allies defences. 3 turns) --Player Phase--

"Rah, that wasn't very nice!" Eito extends his right hand and curls it around the floating blue card that appears over it. A large man, holding a spear with his body aside from his head hidden under a large red cloak. "Odysseus, Matarukaja!" The Persona raises his spear as the party regains their strength. Eito then dashes at the Space Pirate again, stabbing him with Tyrfing and slashing him with Murgleis.

of course I remember, also, you do something like Rom does, when you notice a strong skill you use it in each battle, be carefull because sometimes is easy to see what you will do. Leo used his brynhildr to redirect the bullets to the pirate.

--Enemy Phase-- *Eito's slashes cut clean through the space pirate, making it vanish back into the portal and closing it. Sam's shield fades.* Sam: Oh? Is that so? *The bullets past through the pirates remains and collides with Sam.* Eito: 100% (Evasion Down) Leo: 100% (Evasion Down) Sam: 90% (Attack/ Evasion up. Piercing) Space Pirate: Defeated. Sam: So. Time for me to play, hmm? *Sam swings his metal arm, sending a current of electricity across the ground. The current travels quickly towards Eito and Leo.* Action Sam uses Keraunos System: Wave (Heavy Electric Damage to all allies)

Leo uses his fortify stick (mediarama). be carefull Eito, Sam is very smart, don´t let your guard down.

"I won't!" Eito jumps into the air, dodging the shock by a split second. "Whooh..." Summoning Odysseus once again, Eito points him towards Sam. "Brave Blade!" The Persona dashes towards Sam, aiming to pierce him with it's spear while Eito steps back.

--Enemy Phase-- *Sam tries doesn't try to dodge Odysseus, but is caught by the end of the spear. He blocks the blow with his metal arm, being sent back wards.* Eito- 100% Leo- 100% Sam 75% Y'know, I think I'm done going easy on you. *Sam opens up two more portals. From one, a metal man with a crank-handled machine gun and a George Washington mask, complete with American Flag, walks stiffly out. From the other leaps a big, snarling bipedal wolfman The Mechanized Patriot open fires on the two whilst the beast charges Eito.* Sam: I hope you like my new company *Sam's shield reforms, powered by the portals. Sam fires a piercing beam at Leo* Actions Mechanized Patriot opens fire (Heavy gun damage to all allies) Yharnam Werewolf charges Eito, slashing with it's claws (Heavy physical Damage X3 to Eito.) Sam fires Keraunos System: Beam at Leo (HEavy Electric damage. Pierce resistances. May stun)

Leo managed to withstood the stun, he quckly shaked his head. Eito, cover me. Leo begins to charge... ... ... ... Leo's gronnblade begins to shine.

Bioshock references are great. Eito drops to the ground, avoiding the bullets of the Patriot, though he doesn't save himself from the werewolf's many attacks. He eventually kicks it away and backs off, summoning Odysseus once again. "HEAT WAVE!" Raising his spear again, Odysseus causes all enemies large amounts of damage before dissapearing. Eito seems rather exhausted. "Hah, you're good!"

--Enemy Phase-- *The Patriot has its mask blown off by Heat wave, revealing a metal skull and the Wolfman is knocked back. Sam's shield, however, protects him from Eito's attack* Eito- 70% Leo- 70% Sam- 75% Mechanized Patriot- 75% Yharnam Werewolf- 75% *The Mechanized Patriot continues its assault. The Werewolf is attracted to the shine from Leo's tome and strikes. Sam resets Keraunos System: Field, sending a field of sparks through the field once more* Action Mechanized Patriot repeats the last turn The Werewolf charges at Leo (Heavy Physical to one ally) Sam resets Keraunos System: Field. --Player Phase--

Leo got knocked back, he stood up and took out a little light from his brynhildr. Begone! Leo pushed the little light to the Mechaniced Patriot, the Werewolf and Sam, the light exploded covering them with a pillar of light.

"Jesus Christ!" Eito stands awkwardly for a second before dropping prone to avoid the bullets. He only avoids most of them, unfortunately. Ignoring the pain, He gets up and stares at his enemies. "Hm." Eito dashes at the Werewolf, throwing his burning Tyrfing at the monster before leaping into a stab with Murgleis. "Come on then, show me how tough you are!"

--Enemy Phase-- *The Wolfman takes the attack full force and its arm is blown off before being eviscerated by Eito's attack, it's portal closing with its defeat. The patriot is blasted by Leo's attack and starts sparking, it's head falling off. Sam is shielded.* Eito- 65% Leo- 55% Sam- 75% Mechanized Patriot- 25% Yharnam Werewolf- Defeated *The Mechanized Patriot swings it gun at Eito. Sam swings his arm, sending a wave of sparks at Eito and Leo.* Actions The Mechanized Patriot attacks Eito (Heavy physical damage) Sam uses Keraunos System: Wave --Player Phase--

Alright, round 2! Leo used Elise's stick (salvation + heat riser).

Eito gets hit by the Patriot's gun and steps back, holding a bloody nose before turning back to face the robotic creature with a sneer on his face. "Bastard." The teenager draws his gun and empties it's 15 bullet clip on the Patriot. "How do you like that, huh?"

--Enemy Phase-- *The Patriot is filled with bullets and explodes. It's portal closes and Sam's shield drops. Sam can now be hurt again.* Eito- 90% Leo- 100% Sam- 75% Mechanized Patriot- Defeated Now then. Round 2? *Sam Pulls his bow out of his metal arm. He fires an arrow at Leo which, when it reaches Leo, it explodes into shrapnel, flying out across the room, towards Eito* Action Sam Fires a special Arrow (Heavy Gun damage to all allies. Additional Heavy Gun damage to Leo) --Player Phase--

Eito takes the damage, biting his lip to focus as he summons Odysseus and points at Sam once again. "Why don't you reenact the scene for us? Cyclops' Demise!" Odysseus leaps towards Sam, aiming for his eyes.

the arrow opened a few wounds, some of them with a bit of blood. Is our chance to hurt Sam! Leo attacks with gronnblade.

--Enemy Phase-- *Sam deflects the attack, sending the spear down his metal arm and stabs the ground behind him.* You should rename that attack Polyphemus' Demise since that was the name of the Cyclops. Though he does show up in the Aeneid as an unnamed cyclops. Perhaps that where it comes from. *However, with Sam distracted by talking, he gets caught by Leo's Gronnblade.* Sam: What the- You sly dog. You caught me monologuing. Eito: 70% Leo: 80% Sam: 60% *With a smirk, Sam throws his bow into the air before jumping up to meet it and firing an electrified arrow at Leo..* Lightning Nova. Action Sam uses Lightning Nova (Severe Electric attack to Leo. Chance of Sleep.) --Player Phase--

"Don't lecture me, I know my ancient greek mythology, it's just that nobody cares who Polyphemus is!" Sighing, Eito reloads and starts shooting Sam as he runs towards him in a zig-zag pattern. "Come on..."

--Enemy Phase-- *Sam tries to dodge the bullets, but his field drops and he's struck.* Eito: 70% Leo: 60% Sam: 50% Why you little... I'l show you. *Sam tears open a large portal. A Red Dragon steps out, the ground shaking under it's footsteps. It's eyes are filled with madness. Sam's shield reactivates and Sam activates the Keraunos System: Field. The Dragon launches a beam across the room.* Action Feral One Dragon breathes flames (Heavy Fire Damage to all allies) Sam activates Keraunos System: Field --Player Phase--

"OH, COME ON!" Eito twists his body to narrowly escape most of the flames, though still bwing singed. Shaking his head an putting himself out, he rushes back to get his thrown sword before sprinting at the Red Dragon and sliding under it, slashing it from behind as he moves through it's entire torso.

What!? Oh... I took a few photos while you were sleeping, if you lose I'll show them to everyone. WHAT!? Eito! We have to win! Leo uses his brynhildr to open a way to the dragon's head, Leo used the way to jump and stab the dragon's head with his ice sword.

--Enemy Phase-- *The Dragon roars as it is attacked from two differant sides. it sumbles back in pain before it's eyes glow with rage.* I think you pissed it off. Eito: 65% Leo: 45% Sam: 50% Feral One: 60% *The dragon flies into the air and breathes fire into the ground, making a crater in the floor.* Oh god dammit. I thought I everything proofed this room. *Sam fires an arrow at Eito. It explodes into shrapnel* Actions Feral One fires at the ground, making an explosion (Severe Nuclear Damage to all) Sam launches a special arrow at Eito --Players Phase--

As his eyes turn Crimson, Eito runs away, very, very fast, nearly getting hit by the Dragon's breath as he rolls away, only to Summon Odysseus one more time, pointing at Leo before getting hit by the arrow. "AGH, YOU BASTARD! Forget that, Rebellion!" Odysseus raises his spear, making Leo feel as if he could do incredible damage in his next few attacks.

oh god! I'm glad I'm in the casttle, eatin popcorns and trying my new 4D glasses. 4-4D? What is the meaning of that? nothing nothing, just keep fighting. We are fighting seriously here you know... Leo used fortify again.

--Enemy Phase-- Eito: 75% Leo: 55% Sam: 50% Feral One: 60% *The Dragon charges into Eito, slashing at it with his claws. Sam fires Keraunos Beam at Leo.* I do hope we're not overwhelming you kids. HAte for you to feel outmatched. Actions Feral Dragon charges Eito (Heavy Physical to Eito) Sam uses System Keraunos: Beam on Leo. --Player Phase--

"You really are!" Eito is too slow to dodge the slash, so he instead slashes at the Dragon's wrist in an attempt to cut it off. "Come on, now! Just a little more!"

Leo is knocked back again. Damnit... Leo's clothes have a few bloodstains, he hardly managed to stand up. Things are getting interesting! Go Leo! GOOOO! you... ... ... ???:poor guy... let me help you, just a bit Chuckle. Leo's swors turned to a crimson on, but... looks lile Leo didn't noticed it. I can still fight! Leo quckly ran and slashed the dragon with a crimsom slash, Leo is faster and stronger now... but looks like he can't notice it.

--Enemy Phase-- *The dragon has its claw blown off by Eito's attack before being slashed across the side. It roars in pain but refuses to die.* What the hell... Mayu are you seeing this? Mayu (Comms); I'm getting weird readings from Lee. Scanning now with Thoth's Eye. Well, at least we're testing this thing as well. Eito: 60% Leo: 40% Sam: 50% Feral One: 25% *The dragon fires a beam at the ground as the other two are closeby after their attacks. Sam spins an arrow around, charging it with electricity. He seems to be preparing an attack.* Actions Feral Dragon attacks point blank with its fire breath Sam charges up. --Player Phase--

???: that's it! Kill it! Make him suffer. Leo, are you there? What's wrong? I sensed what you were lost in thought... Just a bit tired... this fight is long. Leo used his brynhildr to created multiple roots under the dragon, the roots stabed him and raised him, carrying the dragon in front of Sam who is charging an attack

Eito, instead of attacking, Eito summons Odysseus once again. "Marakunda!" With a raise of Odysseus' spear, all enemies start feeling more vulnerable as their defense is lowered.

--Enemy Phase-- *The dragon is thrown at Sam, dying as it hits his shield from it's wounds.* Eito- 45% Leo- 25% Sam: 50% Mayu (Comms): Boss. Problem. What? Mayu (Comms): The Attack Matrix is causing your arm to overload. So... It's gonna... Shit! --Battle Over-- *Sam stops attacking, takes his metal arm off and throws it into the air. The Marionette activates, grabbing the arm. Shortly after, the arm explodes, causing the robot's hands to get blown off.* Well, that sucks. Guess that's the end of the experiment.

Leo remains in his previous spot. ???: oh... just when the fun was starting... S-sam! Leo ran towards Sam, still holding the crimsom sword. Are you alright?

"Goddamn, that was tough!" Eito falls to his knees and starts breathing deeply from exhaustion. "Where'd you get all of those things?"

Well, I'm missing an arm, but what else is new. *Sam laughs.* As for my toys, I just know where to find some interesting things. Hell, I had something bigger than the dragon set up if you got me that despearate, but my arm exploded. Again. Mayu (Comms): I have your spare ready for when you do repairs. Thanks, Mayu. Well, thank you guys for the help. Sorry, it was a little rough, but I knew you could handle it. *The portal the three came in from glows.* If you wanna leave, the portal should take you back to where we entered.
