Catto is woke now and will answer some questions! OCs are allowed, as well as canon characters from everywhere. There's even a few meme rp accounts! An odd feature of this site: each character tends to be a separate account, or "alt." You don't have to adhere to that, though! The overall setting is the "Nexus," which is basically "an amalgamation of different worlds to explain why so many different characters and locations are in one place." It's more of an "excuse device" than anything.

Unrelated to your questions though, I just want to encourage you in this and tell you that our general RP is rather casual in requirements at times, but is quite diverse too. We've got threads where you just chill out, threads where you fight, threads with a GM to dictate the story, threads where it's basically a free for all. Lot of stuff to do, lots of people to meet and generally a lot of fun to be had, in my opinion. Welcome to Hell.

Heh. Many people, including myself, started by lurking for a while before making an account. Your questions have been answered already so I'm just here to say welcome. Welcome.

Hi an OC here. There's also non-OCs, like Yu and Tatsuya and Kazuya. There's also non-Atlus characters like some KH characters, a half-dozen Kamen Riders... Really we accept basically anything character-wise, only main no-no is don't godmod, don't be an ass, and try to write more than one sentence per post. As for the setting, TECHNICALLY it's called the Nexus, but nobody really uses that. Main thing to know is most stuff happens in a version of P5's Tokyo. Oh, there's also a few RP-related discords if you're interested. Just hit up Yu.... er, Persona.

Actually, Izumi, Tatsuya is just an OC loosely inspired by P2 at this point. He's long gone beyond that land of being anything like canon. Kidding aside, welcome to this madhouse.
