Ohya without a doubt. Uninteresting, annoying, and the confidant benefits aren't worth your time.

Even if you don't like shogi girl Hifumi, you have to admit the benefits are very much worth your time.

It's obvious Akechi is the worst

Gotta be a tie between Ohya and Chihaya. At least with Ohya you can level up your charm and unlock working at the Crossroads.

Chihaya is useful for boosting Confidant relationships on your first playthrough. And Charm is the least problematic Social Stat to increase imo, so I still find Ohya useless unless you REALLY need to talk to Makoto.

Don't remind me that time on the beach

I never really used Chihaya so looking back, maybe her. But I didn't ever really try to max Ann's confidant, and always prioritized other texts over hers.

Don't get me wrong, dekaja and matarunda were useful skills, and her wanting to "strengthen her heart" made me give her a little more credit, but something about the borderline "forced shipping" in the beginning and her in battle overall just told me to avoid her.

Chihaya for me, I really liked Ohya's actually, it was a bit annoying but still cute

Gun kid is voiced by Laharl. Plus, his skills are useful. He's fine.
Hifumi is cute and gives fantastic skills. Yoshida is a good man and his skills are near essential in some cases. I'd say Ohya is worst. Her skills are ehh, and she's just kind of irrelevant. Not bad, just worse than everyone else.
