Ueno Park Impact
Night was casted over Tokyo. The city was shining brilliantly as always. A typical Nexus evening. Atleast, until the sky was lit up by something not the city. In a flash, an object was falling down towards Tokyo wrapped in a bright light. It resembled a meteorite. On news stations all over Tokyo, reporters reported all over that some kind of meteorite had crashed in Ueno Park. What was this, Earthbound? Police were dispatched, but they were confused by what they found. It was not a meteorite, but some sort of alien craft, compact with an open hatch. Police had sealed off the area with tape for now and decided to investigate more in the morning, but that likely won't stop the Phanites cast from investigating themselves.
Ina
Ina, being the curious fox girl she is, goes to investigate.
Despite the quick impact, the ship didn't make much of an impact. It was round, about the size of the average couch in width. The hatch had been opened, and hangs open just barely. It looks futuristic, yet clunky at the same time, like something out of a cyberpunk film.
Agito had been watching the police investigate from the rooftops nearby. Now that those guys are out of the way, he's free to do whatever he wants with their precious evidence. In a flash, Agito appears in front of the hatch, peering inside Heeellooooo, anyone in here? Hope you don't mind if I see myself in. The boy grins cheerfully as he looks down into the place, ready to vanish if anything's needed

Ina
Ina looks into the hatch "Wonder what's in there...."
A young boy finds himself peering at the scene. Curious, the child sneaks past and inspects the hatch. Hm... He looks around for anything suspicious, hoping to find the reason for the weird encounter he's found himself upon.
When the others look inside, they find an empty seat and a control panel. Everything inside looked like it was out of some 80s sci fi. There was a submarine-like monitor, several buttons with a lever, and a screen that resembled an old Commodore 64. It was all pretty, but looked far from professional.

I call riding up front With that loud Proclaimation, Agito teleports into the seat, apparently too lazy to just move the 10 inches tops required to sit there himself, and begins pushing buttons This baby's gotta start somehow
Ina
".....Why is there a commodore 64 in there?"
During his inspection, the sight of Agito teleporting had scared him slightly. A small whimper had came out of his mouth. Slowly walking up to Agito, he pokes his arm. U-Uh... Maybe you shouldn't d-do that..? Nervous from what he saw only a moment ago, the child began sweating as he spoke.
As Agito presses all the buttons, the mainframe starts to go crazy. It powers on, opens several logs, opens a web browser that doesn't work, and opens a game of Pac-Man all at the same time. It all runs very slowly and seems like it will crash completely if he continues. Eventually, an unamused anime cat appears in the bottom left corner and text appears over its head in Japanese. "Please stop."
Ina
Ina chuckles at what happened.
Agito looks up at Eight, nice, already making some new friends, just needs to loosen up a bit, Agito reaches out to bring Eight close to him and ruffle Eight's hair Come on pal, you've gotta learn to live a little. Life's no fun if you don't take any chances. Agito looks back down at the... OOOOOH, Pac-Man, too bad it didn't take off. Looks like he opened too many things at once, so Agito tries his hardest to figure out how to close the web browser and logs. We're leaving Pac-Man I wonder if this thing can take off. Bet there are all sorts of cool things out in space. Wanna find out?
Kai
*Kai walks up to the group, a lit splint in his mouth. He takes his sunglasses off, putting them in his jacket pocket before looking around.* So, this you guys handiwork? Thought I heard something fun, but if it's just some kids playground, I can go. *Kai looks at the screen.* Pac-man, huh? Haven't played that in years.
E-Eh... Uh.. He seems to be unsure of what to say. However, the boy quickly makes something up in his mind and well, just talks./i] F-First, do you know how to work this... thing? Second.. you don't even know me and w-wanna bring me out into space? [i]It was ridiculous to this small boy what he can do on the alien-like ship. Go to space?
Pac-Man seems to run better without the extra things running in the background. But without any control, it quickly comes to a game over. The interface otherwise looks pretty retrofuture, but seemed pretty capable. There didn't seem to be any clear instructions on how to operate the ship, and with it lodged into the ground like it is, it may be difficult.
Agito grins and leans back in the seat, looking down at the console Nope. Not my fault, not the slightest idea how to operate the thing, aaaaand of course I'd take ya to space. We're friends after all. Since Agito has already hit most of the buttons, and the thing's on, he decides to tap the screen, to see if it has a touch function, before pulling the lever
Kai
*Kai looks over Agito with a smirk, taking his toothpick out of his mouth. As he does so, the flames on it extinguish, leaving the stick strangely uncharred.* Plannin on returning to Mars, huh buddy? Well, if it breaks the monotony, I might as well see where this is goin. Might even be fun. Not too sure the kids wanna fly though.
Friends..? I-I've only met you though? You don't even know me... He looks at the screen, where Agito has been messing around. Perhaps the best idea would just to try everything out. Giving up to understand the boy closest to him, he tries to find out how the ship works. Hmm...
The screen sadly has no touch-screen feature. When the lever is pulled, the ship makes a loud whirling noise and attempts to hover off the ground... It makes it about 8 feet in the air, before crashing right back down. The door is now damaged. A notice appears on screen: Insufficient Battery Power. Eight sees a notepad on the desktop reading "Log", as well as the other programs from before. Perhaps it contains hints.

Agito grins as the ship slowly begins to rise, only to sigh in disappointment as it crashes to the ground, Agito groans looking down at the screen What kinda spaceship runs on batteries? Don't they have like, some kinda super futuristic power supply? Or at least solar, there are a lot of stars up there. with little else to do, Agito leans closer to Eight, putting his arm around the kid The whole world's my friend pal. My name's Agito Yuki, freewheeling friend to all.
Kai
*Kai sighs, spinning his toothpick in his hand and mumbling to himself.* They can see me, right? *He shakes his head and clears his throat.* Batteries are a general term I think. Ships that don't run on fuel use giant power supplies. A friend of mine told me about 'em. Never thought I'd actually use the damn trivia, but here we are. Also, ya could just check the ships maintenance logs. I hear all sorts of aircraft have those, so I'm assuming this place does. Could tell ya need to get this thing air born.
Well.. Uh... my name's Eight, I guess... Nice to meet you, Agito. Eight smiles at Agito. He picks up the notebook, flipping through the pages to find anything about the ship. Let's see if we can learn anything first. Then, maybe we could get up into space! Something like that, I think you said. I wanna know about this thingy though, anything could help me out with my problems..
Agito grins and looks up to Kai, leaning back in the seat, both hands behind his head We already got the thing airborn, only problem is its out of power apparently. Gonna have to refuel it. Guess neither of you would happen to have brought a car so we can jump it off, huh? Agito gives Eight some space, taking a deep breath as he waits Hope you can find somethin' good there pal. Like what exactly this thing runs on. If it won't get off the ground for long then it looks like it might just be useless
The log reads as follows, in somewhat sloppily written Japanese: January 4th: Oh, I finally got this working! awesome! I don't know about programming but the manual seems to work fine enough. I'll be going places soon enough! I hope mom and dad won't be mad if I'm gone for awhile. February 15th: Managed to get it off the ground. I made a hole in the ground. Oops. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right? February 28th: All I need is the coordinates. Looks like I'm gonna be looking for awhile, lol! I've never did anything like this before. March 3rd: I'm stocked on ammo in case I run into trouble. I shall transcend yet! March 15th: Everything works!!! I just gotta find those damn coordinates! I managed to excuse myself from school. Thank goodness mom is cool about the whole thing. I have something to do after all! March 20th: I'm gonna do a few more tests before I actually go anywhere, worst case scenario I crash right into a dinosaurs mouth LOL! I wonder if I should bring anything on the trip? maybe some snacks? music? I'll bring anything that will fit atleast :3 March 29th: I'm finally gonna set off today! I hope this works. I'm gonna miss everyone here but this is gonna be a new adventure for me. I have everyone's blessing. If you're gonna do something, do it all the way~! I'll start it up tonight! hopefully I don't get shot when I come out the door! also if you read this please don't mess up my stuff I need it to get back home!!! ...It ends there. There's no instructions. But clearly the owner of this ship was an eccentric type.
Kai
Ya know what I mean, Blue Hair. We're tryin ta keep in air born, not just have it plummet back down, right? *Kai puts his toothpick back into his mouth, causing it to almost immediately start burning again.* We just gotta figure out how it's powered. Simple, right? I'm sure we're smart enough to do that, right?
..Huh. Something about a manual, ammo, and coordinates. I don't think any of this would help us out with figuring out how this thing works. No instructions or something like that. Maybe we need to look a bit more? The last entry-thing was about the ship setting off. Eight looks over to see Kai, waving to him. O-Oh, hi. I guess we could try to find out... But would we be able to power the ship?
Agito sighs, leaning back in the chair for a moment Well, looks like a bust then, at least I don't have any ideas where to look. Good luck pals. With that, Agito would seem to simply pop out of existence, teleporting off somewhere else in the city, ship might have been a disappointment, but there's probably something fun to find around
Kai
Tch. The bastard could at least try, *Kai shakes his head an leaves the ship.* Well, there ain't no fun in this. If this toy is broken, I can let someone else try ta fix it. Good luck to 'em, I say. Catch you around, Kid. *Kai waves at Eight with his backhand before putting his tinted sunglasses back on, stuffing his hands in his coat pocket and walking out of Ueno park, humming to himself.*
Aw.. Disappointment. There goes my chances of finding something fun. Still need to find somewhere good enough to sleep.. Eight leaves the ship, and wanders away from the scene. Wherever he has gone, it doesn't sound like home.
