Strange Spoiler Filters?

I noticed a lot of things being marked as spoilers that shouldn't be???

Any one else notice that? Words like "Persona 5" or "Teddie" in the chat phan-site area.

Teddie is considered a spoiler word because it contains "die". Dunno why Persona 5 though.
Can you give me more examples? I don't check all of these comments, the spoiler system is automatic so it's not perfect.

There was a comment that said "1 kiss won" that is considered a spoiler. I felt that was highly strange.
