A Time Gear in Danger
In a cave (Steam Cave), a big and green monster walked into the cave that he called "home". The tiny rocks and pebbles were jumping up and down as if they were excited for him to come home, with every step he took with his 1-ton body. He had a bunch of Pokemon on his back: a Pikachu, a Blastoise, a Slowpoke, a Blazekin, and a Aggron that were in a "deep sleep". The expression on their faces looked so peacefully and soothing, looking like they would never want to wake up. He laid the Pokemon on the ground by a nearby fire he made so that he can keep them warm and toasty so that he can have them for dinner later tonight. He sat down on the rocky floor and looked at the fire for a moment and then he turned his head towards the wall of the cave. His emerald-colored eyes were so glossy that it looked like it was a mirror, reflecting off what he was seeing on the wall. The wall had these giant scratch marks and had deep depressions that looked like 1-inch deep, but if someone were to ignore the scratch marks, dirt, filth, and the amount of chaotic emotion that was written on the wall, there were eligible words that had names written on it:
REED RICHARDS
ANTHONY EDWARD "TONY" STARK
BLACKAGAR BOLTAGON
STEPHEON VINCENT STRANGE
The Hulk gets angrier every day. The names on the wall made his eyes turn slowly redder, creating blood vessels in his sclera every time he looks at it. Next thing that happened, nothing but fury and retaliation destroyed the wall that had the names in it and turned it into nothing but rubble, a small amount of green blood, and little pieces of his green skin. After his body "gave" him back his skin on his knuckles, he went farther into the cave and went on a rampage, destroying more of the cave until he came across a funny looking object that was floating. Like the rest of the worthless things he destroyed, he grabbed the Time Gear with his two hands, lift it over his head, and slammed it onto the ground. He brought it back over his head and did it again, and again, and again, and again....
A gunshot rang out through the cave. A bullet had struck the ground right near where the Hulk was standing. The source of the shot was a young looking catgirl in a school uniform. She seemed about middle school age, but she held her handgun like an experienced fighter. She looked serious.
Stop it... You can't do that, nya! If you do, you'll kill everyone!
*Hat Girl was walking by the cave when she heard a gunshot coming from the cave, Hat Kid goes into the cave her umbrella out*
*she got deeper into the cave until she saw a green monster (hulk) and a familiar catgirl*
"Noe-Chan"
The Hulk kept on smashing the Time Gear until the ricochet of the gun shot echoed his ears. The Hulk froze still for a moment, having the Time Gear over his head. He dropped the Time gear like it was another worthless piece of rock. He slowly turned around and saw Noe. His eyes met hers, his face went from anger into pure amusement.
Hahaha.....
The Hulk started to jog slowly towards Noe at first, but his speed increased when his jog turn into a sprint, looking like he was ready to charge into a train, except he was going after Noe.
Following Noe and the child into the building, a small, humanoid machine, almost like a toy, clinks its way along the cave ceiling. Though Hulk might have seen and destroyed similar devices before, this one;s, shortly after entering sight range, would start glowing a faint red, allowing two dots to be made out along the dark cave ceiling, where normally the device would blend in almost seamlessly, the device simply watches from its rooftop perch for the moment
"Huh... This seems... Familiar..."
The green-haired boy frowns, his "wings" flapping once.
"Wait, is that a- it couldn't be... but it matches what Officer Ren described..."
He flaps his "wings" again and swoops down to pick up the gear.
Noe saw the Hat Kid, recognizing her immediately. But her her playful expression wasn't there.
Merlin-chan... Be careful. This guy seems really dangerous.
Seeing the Hulk coming, Noe decides that the Hulk may be too big to fight with simple gunfire. She puts her gun away and jumps up once, raising her fist.
Mochizuki Chiyome~!
A playful looking woman with a cat tail, dressed like a kunoichi appears in front of Noe as if shielding her. She snaps her fingers and shoots an Agidyne at the fast approaching Hulk.
The Hulk was about to do a devastating shoulder bash towards Noe when he was stopped at his tracks and was sent back flying from the Agidyne. He got slammed against the cave walls. He was slumped down on the wall for a moment, but he rubbed the filth from his face and got back up. He see's the burn marks left on his shoulder that came from the Agidyne but he saw the burn marks disappear in a flash due to his fast regeneration.
Stupid human. Hulk smash you!
The Hulk ignored the attention of Noe and focused on Mochizuki Chiyome. He ran towards the woman and tackled her against the wall. While this is happening, the Hulk didn't notice Skymin, Hat Kid, or the Marionette.
*Hat Kid watches the fight while soon sitting down*
Shaymin picks up the Time Gear, staring at it for a while. It was used to save the world many years ago... He feels strange, as if something's tugging at his heart, but this isn't enough to pull him out of his dazed trance.
*Hat Kid looks at Skymin, gets up, walks to him and hits him with her umbrella to snap him out of his trance, soon walks back to where she was and sits down*
The Persona was slim and no match for the Hulk on a physical level. She makes out a loud shriek of pain. It seemed like her presence faded for a bit. Noe herself fell to her knees, her Personas pain feeling like her own.
Mochizuki Chiyome smiled soon after, however, putting her hands on the Hulks shoulders as they began to emit a grotesque purple aura. This was a Poisma attack.
after watching for a time, the device turns its attention to the flying being and the gear, it is apparent that they are of some import, and so, after the marionette maneuvers along the ceiling, a faint clinking heard as it positions itself above Skymin
The Hulk looked up at Mochizuki Chiyome and saw nothing but purple. He covered his face and started to scream in agony. He never felt this kind of pain before. His body was so use to physical attacks, but he cannot resist any magic attacks of whatsover. After a while he regained his control. The Hulk saw a nearby stalagmite, rips it off the floor like it was a carrot, and throws it at Mochizuki Chiyome.
"...Ow."
Shaymin rubs his head, then holds the Time Gear close to his chest. It's trying to tell him something, right? He needs it. So he'll keep it safe. That's what a hero does.
He begins dashing for the exit.
As soon as Skymin makes his move, the machine does as well, finally dropping from the ceiling in front of him, standing at roughly the size of a child, its dark-plated form merely crouches for the moment, as though preparing to pounce. a similarly childish voice plays from where the being's mouth would be
"Please relinquish possession of the device, for the convenience of all involved."
Johnathon was in the area just trying to find his way back home after getting himself lost, again. As he walks past the cave he hears what is undeniably the sounds of a fight. He draws his sword are carefully enters the cave trying to not make a sound. Upon noticing the Shaymin running for the exit he readies himself in case it wants to attack him.
Seeing the projectile coming, Mochizuki Chiyome seems to disappear as mysteriously as she appeared. As this happens, Noe rises back to her feet, pulling out an assault rifle that was almost as big as she was.
Oi! Don't beat up my other self you big brute!
Noe begins to unload rounds at the Hulk.
Star runs into the cave, waving to Shaymin.
Pass it here! Pass it here! Toss the gear over here!
No. It's supposed to be protected. Not exactly sure what's going on, he tosses the gear to Star.
"...But give it back later!"
Gotcha!
Star catches the gear and runs out of the cave, screaming random noises that would make it easy for her to be tracked.
After he thrown the rock, he see's Mochizuki disappear and reappear in front of his eyes. He looked puzzled and started to scratch his head. He then started to hit his own head with his fists, trying to comprehend what he saw with his very low intelligence. He then started to feel the force of the bullets that are coming from Noe's big gun. All of the bullets were deflecting off of him, he wasn't getting angry, but laughing. The Hulk then started to laugh as the bullets "tickled" him.
Shaymin takes flight, noting the setting sun. He flees as best as he can to follow Star.
Rather than bother even trying to go after the gear, the device simply sits down, almost like a dog, though its hardened black exterior is somewhat intimidating, the marionette makes no aggressive movements
Query: What was the purpose of attaining the device if you were merely going to give it away to another anyways?
Johnathon doesn’t really know what’s getting tossed around but, if they’re going to such great lengths to protect it it might be important. Besides, he knows he has no chance of surviving what’s happening in the cave, he starts sprinting after Star, albeit a bit carefully since it seems she wants to be tracked.
Noe kept firing, despite the attacks doing nothing. She just needed to protect Mochizuki Chiyome for now and distract him. Out of the corner of her eye, she sees Star escape with the Time Gear and smiles. Noe sighs deeply in relief. The future was safe for now... She lowers her rifle and looks at the Hulk, smiling again. Her regular self was back.
Oi! Big guy! You aren't destroying the future anymore so we can stop fighting now, nya! Unless you think you can catch me~!
Okay me, let's think here. This year has time properties. I have a toaster that doubles as a time machine. What would happen if I put them together? Well... hopefully I don't explode the laws of everything.
Star pulls her toaster out and sticks the gear in it, causing it to overload and create a wormhole into who knows where.
...nope.
Star takes the gear out, causing the wormhole to disappear, and keeps running.
Johnathon is too shocked by the wormhole and ends up staring at where it used to be for too long. He stomps his foot on the ground in anger as he realizes that he lost Star and a lucky payday. Exasperated he just walks away, without bothering to return to the cave he just attempts to find his way home and cut his losses.
"I'll get it back eventually!"
Shaymin yells back at the robot before gliding down towards Star.
"I don't think that was a good idea... whatever you did. But I think that gear will still be useful."
He kept on laughing until his laughs turned into chuckles and then it went to a smile. Then, the Hulk tried to understand what she meant by "destroying the future".
Future? Hulk no see future here. Cat lady want to be "catch"? All meet Hulk runs away , but cat lady likes to run from Hulk?
Cat lady braver then everyone. Hahaha
The Hulk looks at Noe with a smile. This is rare for him to ever smile towards anyone.
You're telling me!? I'll keep it in my lab for a few days, then I'll come back once this whole thing has blown over to put it back. Besides, it's a gear that manipulates time! I can't pass up a chance to study something like this!
"Well, since you're going to test it... Can you use it to help me?"
He lands near Star, speeding up to match her pace.
"I felt like I kinda remembered something when I held it. Maybe it's digging up something I forgot?"
*Hat Kid wakes up after accidentally falling asleep*
Sure! I'll just have to get to my lab! Come by tomorrow, I should have something ready by then!
With that, Star tosses a small ball down that releases a bunch of smoke. When it clears, Star has disappeared. Seems she took a ninja approach to disappearing this time.
Shaymin decides to leave as well...
He doesn't feel as grateful as usual, but that might just be nerves...
Mn! I've ran from big demons before back home and it's fun! I made a game of it, nya~!
Noe wagged her tail, enjoying the praise that Hulk was giving her. It was then she realized that she should probably tell him what that was so this doesn't happen again, though...
Oh yeah, the future! ummm, that thingy you destroyed was called a Time Gear... If you destroy those, then history will be frozen forever! literally! and that would be bad for me, since I live there, nyahaha... That's why I came in to stop you!

The device doesn't get any further before Shaymin is well away. Though they don't seem bothered by this development, instead it goes to the nearest wall, climbing up to an observation position on the ceiling, blending back into the shadows of the cave roof
*Hat Kid gets up and walks to Noe, while looking at her and hulk*
The Hulk heard what Noe said. There was a part of him that can understand exactly what Noe would be saying, but he is "gone" now.
Hulk sorry for smashing you. Hulk gives this.
Hulk went to the nearby fire that he made where he had all of the pokemon. He grabbed the "sleeping" Pikachu and gave it to Noe, as a way of saying "sorry".
Hulk lost "friends". Tried to find them but can't find them. Hulk gave up and lived here.
Hulk then saw the Hat Kid walking towards him. The Hulk knew that the Hat Kid would be no threat towards him so he just smiled at her.
*Hat Kid looks at Hulk, hearing he lost his friends made her upset, but then she gets a idea*
"Maybe we can help you find your friends. What's their names?"
*Hat Kid said*
OOC: This is a open thread, so I don't mind.
The Hulk looks at Hat Kid for a moment. He wanted to find them for a long time since he got separated from them, but he now realized that there was no way for him to find them now.
Hulk can't find them. Look everywhere. Not here. Never here. Thanks tiny kid, but Hulk is fine alone.
The Hulk didn't want to tell Hat Kid that his "war clan" were savage aliens from another world. He only wanted to not get anyone involved in finding them.
Noe waves at the Hat Kid happily.
Osu, Merlin-chan! I came back to save the present, nya~!
Noe takes the Pikachu, which is hopefully, actually sleeping, smiling awkwardly...
U-Umm... You lost friends, nya? what did they look like? what were their names? the Nexus' number one, most purrfect heroine, Noe-chan can help~!
The Hulk then looked at Noe. He was not sure if he wanted to say their names to them. He had flashbacks from when his "friends" saved him from Skaar, the place that almost killed him. The Hulk looked at Noe, reminding himself of one particular person...
Korg. Korg was made of rock. Very tough.
He tried the best he could to describe Korg to her, but he was too stupid to even accomplish the most simplest of things.
"Ok Mr. big green"
*Hat Kid said a bit upset but he mood gets more cheerful ones she looks at Noe*
"Really. maybe we can hang out later Noe-Chan?"
Hmmm... I think I would know if I met someone made of rock, nya. I'll definitely keep an eye out, because that's hard to miss! Leave it to Noe-chan!
Noe stood confidently, pounding her own chest as a fang stuck out of her mouth arrogantly.
She nodded to the Hat Kid as she wagged her tail.
Sounds fun, nya~! where will we go!?
"hmmm..."
*Hat Kid seems to have a hard time thinking of a place that she and Noe could go to*
Hulk looks at Noe. She doesn't know what trouble she'll be in, but she looks capable.

The Hulk reached out his hand towards Noe so that he can be trusted.
