Rider of Truth - Search for the Culprit

The sound of an engine roars in the night. A young man in a dark school uniform with silver hair is on a metal plated bike, looking for someone. He stops his vehicle in a narrow street, and starts looking around. "Naoto told me to meet her here, but where is she?" Suddenly, he hears a sound. "Who's there?!" He says, as he takes something from his bike and puts it on his belt. "Is that you, Shirogane?" As he heard no answer, he decided to act. [W-W-WILD CARD!] The belt screams, while the young man takes a blue card out of a pouch on his right side, before inserting it in the contraption. [ARCANA: FOOL! FACE OUT, HOLD OUT, REACH OUT TO THE TRUTH!] The card was then projected in a larger size in front of the young man, and it broke into fragments that turned into armor on his body. Then, a long, black coat dropped from the sky and directly on the now armored man. [KAMEN RIDER! IZANAGIII!] "This is the last warning you'll get! Show yourself!" OOC: Obviously, this thread is going to have P4 spoilers. Don't join this thread if you don't know who the culprit in P4 is.

A boy walks in with his persona, a lich. The boy is armed with an odd pistol and has a creepy death aura around him

"Who are you? Are you in league with the killer?! Answer me!" As he says that, he inserts another card into his Driver- this time, one depicting a blade on a long staff. [Cleave!], the Driver said as the spear depicted on the card fell from the sky. The young man then took the spear, and pointed it towards the boy. "Don't come any closer! Otherwise, you won't get to say I didn't warn you!" OOC: I... Well, the mystery's going to be ruined for you, but whatever floats your boat I guess.

A person with a mask on wearing a cloak that hid their figure walked out into the open behind the Kamen Rider. The mask didn't show any emotion and the cloak and clothing under it didn't do much to show wether this individual was male or female. He simply stared at the boy without saying anything. Waiting to see what his reaction would be.

The boy shoots the spear. "Don't play games with me, bitch." His empty hand now has a sword made of blood

"... What the hell? Alright, you asked for it!" The man said, as he threw his spear away and took another card, this one depicting a lightning bolt. [ZIO!] After the Driver was done announcing, the man snapped his fingers and lightning bolts started to come down near the boy. "Drop that weapon and we can clear this up nice and easy. If you don't, I'll have to fry you."

The boy sees that he means business. "Ok.. Soul strike!!" ( 16d12 damage to their soul.) 16d12 is alot and a 9th level spell in d&d

Seeing that things were going swimmingly he simply readied himself in case he was attacked. He showed no hostile intentions but if he was attacked he would either escape or eliminate the threat. For now he would simply stand here silently and watch as things unfold.

The young man drops to his knee after sensing immense pain. "What... Are you? What do you even want?!" He said, as he snapped his fingers once more, hoping to hit the boy with his lightning bolts.

The boy is hit and he pulls out a silver cage with a flame inside it. He then pull life energy out of the cage to heal. "Bitches get stitches and get beat by arch-liches."

OOC: But if you're a Lich, you wouldn't be healed by life energy. If we're talking D&D then that would actually harm a Lich.

"So it wasn't enough, huh? In that case... I'm borrowing your power, Yosuke!" As the man finished his sentence, he took yet another card out of his pouch, this one being similar to the first one, but depicting hands, eyes, and a single flame. He inserted it into his Driver. [ARCANA: MAGICIAN! BURN! BURN! BURN TO THE GROUND! PYRO JACK!] As the man's coat turned purple, he gained a wizard hat and white gloves. "Now then. Where were we? Oh, right." He said as he snapped his fingers again, this time producing explosions, although none of them hit the boy. "This is your last warning shot! I have no reason to fight you, so stop this!"

It ain't nice to point Spears at others. The first shot was to disarm you. And the killer? I don't know.

"Damnit... Then where's Naoto?" After a short silence, he took off his Driver, taking him out of his transformed state. He then got back on his motorcycle. "... This place... Was it a trap? I'll have to get in touch with Shirogane..." And then, he rode away from the street. OOC: Well, turns out there was no real spoiler. Oops.

"So some of my information was wrong." he mumbles as he watched the two talk. He was following up on a lead that involved a murderer and it lead him here. Was this kid somehow connected? he would slowly walk up to the two while keeping his guard up as he asks. "What is your involvement with this 'killer'?" he asked towards Kamen-Rider with a voice that made it difficult to tell his gender.
