A day in the city (2)
Wakui would wake up in the middle of the alleyway, he would get up, put away his blanket and pillow before using some spray to make him smell not like he was sleeping in a alleyway Soon wakui putted his backpack on and walks out of the alleyway and down the street. Not really worrying about anything, he soon walked to the park since it seems like the only peaceful place to be He soon walked to the park's bench and sat down, he soon took out a sandwich and started eatting

Once Wakui was done eating, he got up and walked to the tree he was at yesterday and sat down under it and started to think what his new power would be, if he was going to get a new power

A girl checked the park to make sure too people weren't there. She sat down at a bench reading her manga, though it was hard to focus since she didn't feel quite comfortable being alone with another person at the other side.

Wakui would notice the girl who was sitting on the bench that he was on a few minutes ago

She could tell that he saw her, so she dug deeper into her seat, with her manga up to her face, hiding her blush. But for some reason, she could feel this strange connection to him...well, it's probably nothing. She kept reading.

Wakui just shrugs as his hands glow for a moment as he heals the tree to make sure it had it's green leafs Soon Wakui hand's stop glowing as he soon took out a book and started reading

Because it was so hard to concentrate, she found her self silently staring in awe at the man, healing the tree. Healing...healing...healing... Once he stopped, she stared at the ground thinking. Healing...healing...healing...she thought she was in a weird dream. She was thinking about the metaverse....healing...healing...healing...

The boy would keep reading his book, his eyes turn yellow for a moment as he scans the girl to see what her current feelings, hp, weakness, ect. Once he was done scaning, his eyes turn back to normal

Wakui would think (Wow she has a a interesting, and her skills look good as well. It also has a fighting skill to it. Fits with her persona's story. Ok, so shes curently timid and anxious, throught awe. Wait why is she in awe? is she looking at me?). Wakui looks up and notice the girl was looking at her. (yep shes looking at me) Wakui would look back down at his book

Alex was walking by. Luckily the police didn't notice any skeletons here so that was a plus. If Wakui looked, he would notice some spirits around him. He never saw the girl before and it would be weird saying hi to a full on teen, but whatever! He would come from behind and say: "Hi! Watcha reading?"

A girl with long black hair in a school uniform you've never seen before was sitting in the park at a table with some textbooks in front of her and a teddy bear backpack sitting next to her. She seemed to be struggling with what seemed to be homework. This girl was Mirei Ebonhart. She groaned as she continued to scan over her work.

Mirei's attention would be taken by Alex after hearing her name being called. She looked up to Alex with a wry smile then waved. "Hi Alex. You seem pretty cheerful today. Are those friends of yours?" she said as she turned her gaze to the other two before realizing she met the boy at the gym the other day. Well, she says that but she can't remember them ever exchanging names.

Alex gets struck by a black lightning bolt. He's still fine, but he was surprised. "It's ok. I probably did something that shouldn't have happened, but that was a warning shot from the chaos god I know so I'm ok"

She jumped. She has no idea how these people know she uses magic, how they are related, and how that bolt of lightning got there. This weird dream has turned into a nightmare. "..!"

She takes out her phone, with the Nav app on the front screen. She clutches it tightly. Though she is in complete shock and has no idea what she's doing, inside she wishes to go on an adventure with these people.

Alex sees that she is in shock and tries to comfort her "Everything is fine. You aren't starving, dying of thirst and the lightning was just a flash. Everything is ok, just calm down" He was also ready for an adventure

I'm shock again, she grabs the stuffed bunny and makes a slightly more fierce expression. She almost wants to scream, "I'm not a kid." "W-wow! Th-thank you so much!" She checks her Nav app, hoping for something.

"Im just giving you the stuff animal so that later in life you can give to a kid... also I really need to give out alot of these stuffed animals since I need the room for food and such"

"Yeah" The 8 year old moves away from her and just goes back to looking around

Mirei would wave back to Wakui but upon the falling lightning she would practically dive onto the homework. She then glared at Alex. "No! None of that! If you're going to do stuff where lightning strikes don't do it around my homework!" She would yell at him in desperation.

Alex starts tinkering with an old watch, though if someone used some sort of special vision, they would find something peculiar about it "The lightning was just a flash, see no scorch zone." *Alex points to his feet*

Mirei was still panting from being startled from the lightning and took a few seconds to calm her breathing. She would look up at Alex with a bit of frustration. "That's besides the point! What if someone had a panic attack or something! What would you do then!? Please try to be a little more careful with your....whatever that was." she said with a sigh hoping he would reflect on his actions. Was this how her mom felt every time she did something stupid? She secretly began to reflect on her own actions while apologizing to her parents deep in her heart.

"Alright." she said with tired expression before looking over at Wakui. "How have you been. Also, my name is Mirei." she said with yet another wry smile. First impressions were everything and she was sure she probably looked like a screaming banshee.

Wakui finishes and puts his mask back on as he does not know what to do

"Well, Mirei," Alex pauses to look for the flash and finds none, "I remember that we never finished sparring, though you already have something more important right now, so it's okay if you don't want to continue." Alex looks side-to-side and then looks back right at Mirei.

First impressions were everything to her too, and she knew she appeared as a depressed cliche dandere. "Hey, I'm Kasumi." She tried to smile, but it was hard because she rarely does.

"Well it's nice to meet you Kasumi... just saying your name again" Wakui rubs the back of his head, coughing for a bit but his mouth mask covers the cough

"W-huh?" How does this kid have a palace and know about it? And killing ground? Who is this guy? Suddenly, she doesn't want to go to a palace anymore. "H-have you been there?"

"well, no. That's what it would be though. I can also say that orcs taste good as well" Alex was starting to get nervous, a feeling he hasn't felt in a long time

She stays silent, feeling uncomfortable. She puts her phone away and picks up her manga to continue reading.
