Haunting Hotsprings
In perilous arches of barren land of dull feilds and atmosphere exist a small hot spring like land localized in between the barren area with crater like formations in the land pits of of water essentially making a hot spring for anyone to us. That is if anyone even wanted to step foot here...

There is one who would set foot here! A small girl with pink hair and a bright red mask struts into the area, looking for danger! Adventure! Treasure and glory! However all they find is a small pool, without a second thought they jump in and splash about in the water for a bit before finding a shallow area to stand in as dirt and grime leach off their clothes Ah! Brilliant! Didn't expect a place like this here!

A young man with dark brown hair and sharp red eyes by the name of Elm suddenly appears shouting to no one and taking off his clothes violently. Elm: Oh boy, a hot spring! Just what I needed after braving the perilous arches of barren land of dull feilds and atmosphere. After being completely freed of clothing, he jumps into the hot spring. Elm: Nice and warm. Really soothes my soul.

While jumping in the pool you would notice a few signs that say things ranging from do not disturb the spirits to trust passers stay away and in between. The water was rather enrichining though a sensation soothing feeling and the dirt was light and soft like you could barley feel anything you step on. This place rather ominous yet luring of it's strange traits. Further ahead is a larger crater then the rest it may seem like a central podeum to the area itself.

The girl sits there for a little while, pulling out a small jug and downing the entire thing, oddly the contents of the jug seem syrupy and sticky, after the small rest though the girl jumps up and begins to walk to the crater, yelling out to the other person Hello there! I don't believe we've met! The names PK!

As you walk to the larger crater you notice it's flourished with more plantation and geometry little isles of rocks and large lilly pad pertain all around a Gyser spout formed in the middle of it, cattails grow on the edges of the crater while coral and seeweed nest expand into the greater ends of the water. For a bit you feel what maybe be some vibrations....perhaps it was a false imaginations?

Hey, did you feel that? Elm dips his finger in the larger pool, only to find that it is more viscous than the other pool, closer to Aunt Jemima. He then licks his finger. Huh, it's sweet. I wonder what this is?

PK shakes the detective's hand as they nod to Elm, pulling out a laser saber and switching it on as they point to the larger crater with it, Mm! Nice to meet you two! I'm sure we'll figure out the mystery of these springs together! There has to be a reason for all these signs, and I'm here to figure out why! While the water is nice, a knight never rests! Away! PK quickly arrives at the crater with a geyer in the middle as he watches carefully, feeling the vibrations and smiling to himself, knowing a beast is going to appear Aha! The source! Something must be coming to protect it! Reveal yourself foul beast! For I! Pancake Knight is here to vanquish all evil!

Turns out using that rock was a pretty bad idea as it pops off almost instantly and the rumbling seems to have enraged the spirits of the hot springs. The entire area shakes as a beast approachs to head the call of the displeased spirits. Best prepare yourself

Told you so. Welp, looks like we best prepare ourself for a boss battle! Elm pulls an oversized axe out of a questionable location. It has an inscription on the blade, but it is not in any known language.

Heh! This knight doesn't back down! I hope your ready for a serving of Pancake Justice! Waffles! Fusion Style! Breakfast Swords! PK smiles as he crushes a card and two blue swords appear next to him, floating in mid air behind him as they ready to tackle anything in his path!

(Puts on sunglasses) Let’s rock (Pulls out duel magnum pistols)

These Warriors had to be light on their feet and ready to do battle at a notice. The atmosphere grows silent with only the swaying water to give noise. The beast was paitent and cunning it's clearly biding it's waiting to take it's swipe at the party in quick fash- Suddenly a giant vortex of water piledriver right through PK from behind on quick notice without word. It then dives into the water befote reamerging from the water and landing on the pedestal of the gyser sprout staring down it's opponents....it's prey. This creature was like a beatle yet it was tankd up looking to support a spiky shell and head cresent plus pincers on it's mouth. It's shell also seemed to act like a fountain of unlimited water as hot steams of it gushed into the crater spring truley with was a beast of different propeties then usual. Behold the Aqueous Dune Beatle!

Gah! PK raises his arms to defend himself as the water crashes into him, taking a fair amount of damage but luckily the flying blades help him in place by spiking down into the ground right behind his legs so he had support. After a quick second to recover his stamina he jumps into action! Quite literally jumping into the air as the blades move to carry him like a hover board to the back of the beetle as he presses a button on his laser blade to discharge all of its energy before slamming it into the back of the beatle to try and electrocute it from the inside! PK then if successful, tries to hang onto the back of the beatle by holding onto its horns and mount it!

Though an attempt was made to attack the beast it only presist on it's perch far out in the waters of the crater. Though the eletric shock does do some damage to the beatle it quickly uses it raw strength and cunning thick head to fling PK with the right momentum back onto land. It starts letting out a frizzled and 3 small gysers in the smaller craters start to sprout of the blue, from them watery spirits started to rise from the earth and into the air them being mad and all they decide to try and rain down on you like splashy missiles. Now i'm no expert but at least 3 of you can hurry and deal with 1 of the 3 gysers I don't think the beatle is moving anytime soon anyway.

Whoa! We did something! Elm starts running towards one of the three geyser spirits, brandishing his axe, which sets ablaze. I'll take this one!

PK gets shot away from the beatle as he hits the ground with a thud, tanking the blows with an off as he gets up and dusts himself off a little as he he looks around and spots an enemy, pocketing the drained laser saber for a crossbow as he smiles Heh! Going to take alot more then that to keep me down! Come on! Fusion Style! Waffles! Tetrakarn! With one hand he holds his crossbow and with the other he opens a blue vortex, pushing the two breakfast blades inside as electricity sparks before a giant golden suit of armour steps out with a giant spear, slamming it on the ground as a clear barrier forms around PK to protect him from any physical damage coming his way! Meanwhile he loads in an icy arrow and fires it at a geyser to try and freeze it! is cool

The Gysers and Spirits are quickly dealt with as each Gyser hole is dealt with in turn this means the water is redirected onto the main one the beatle was perhed on don't quote me on this if it's not factual. This forces it to fly off and onto mainland at a rather quick speed and goes for a risky body slam on the party as it rises to the air in rapid pace.

Not so fast! PK smiles as the Beetle comes towards him, using the Tetrakarn to stop it in its tracks, and then having Waffles fill the ground with electricity and direct it towards PK as the energy blade steals it and recharges, taking it out and hoping for a critical strike towards the exposed belly of the beatle when it gets hit by it's own force!

A short, silky furred feline was sitting down in the hot springs opposite from where everyone is at. She grabbed her martini with her right paw and took a big sip from it. Her face was nothing but sheer annoyance since she was her to have some peace and quite. Hmph, damn kids. When do i ever get some peace and quite for once? "Morgana" then put some ear plugs in her ears so that she can drown out the noise, hoping no one is going to disturb her...

The combination of gunshots and electricity seem to have given this creature a bit of shell shock as the power has knocked this beatle off it’s flight path and made it crash into the rocky shore of the crater and left it’s softer underbelly exposed for another beat down. Now’s your chance!

As she was about to take a small nap, she looked and saw Mr. Detective. She barely heard what he said but he seemed to understand what he was trying to say. The fighting? Hmph, you guys look like a bunch of amateurs. If you don't mind, I'm here to relax and sooth myself nya~

PK! Swap with me! Elm jumps up high into the air, and the flames around his axe turn to electric bolts. He then flips downwards, plunging the axe into the stomach of the beetle. As electricity courses through water easily, it is a critical hit.

Heh! Got it! Time for a little teamwork! Jack the Killer! Lend me your strength! PK jumps off of where he is to make room for the giant axe, switching his laser blade to heat mode as Waffles disappears for now, only to be replaced by a menacing man in a tophat with a knife, summoning forth agiant iceball before it gets melted to splash more water onto the beatle to try and help the electricity conduct!

Wouldn't the beetle just absorb the water? It is a water elemental. Switching back and forth between elec and fire, Elm grows tired.

Now I will help with my most deadly move (The duel pistols fuse and turn into a mystic revolver) COSMIC SHELL (Fires the gun sending out a special bullet that moved as fast as a comet)
Jiyu-Hatanaka
With his eyes closed and a smile on his face, Jiyu merrily strolls towards the hot spring, completely oblivious to the fact that there’s a fight literally happening there. “Huh, I guess the rumors were true! There really is a hot spring out here. I can’t wait to...” Upon opening his eyes, Jiyu’s happy expression shifts to a unsatisfied look upon laying his eyes on the fight. He doesn’t seem happy at all... “Jeez, just when I thought I could get away from all of those fights back in the city, they follow me here... Guess I’ll come back another time.” Groaning, Jiyu turns around and walks back to where he came from.

Alright! I'll go all in too! The axe starts glowing gold, and suddenly it is utilizing all of its elements. Let's dance!! Elm does another high jump and slams the axe down into the stomach of the beetle. Upon impact several different element attacks are seen, doing significant damage. 'Night. Elm collapses.

All this damage causes the Beatle to spiral out of control in pain and damage it’s begging chipped away to the last of it’s life force. To recovery time the beatle create a water pulse like aura to knock back any of the party and reform it’s balance. It lets out a horrifying shrivel and stomps in the ground. It’s shell begins to meld with the earth allowing it to create a more resisitant armour of dirt to defend against the electrical current and chipping damage of slashes and guns. It’s once water pouring shells ow is emitting electric goo substance which linger on the floor so it’s hard to get close to it. The Beatle has basically changed it’s properties from water to electrical and sluggish earthy beatle but perhaps us the environment you can use this to the beasts disadvantage.

I'll infuse it with fire for an even bigger explosion! Elm pulls out his axe and it glows again and erupts into flames.

Heh! Leave it to me! Without a second thought, PK runs into the fray and touches all of the goo, gathering the electricity through his body with nullify electricity and charging the battery on his sword with it, hopefully cleaning up the goo or at least make it non electrified for the rest of the party memebers!

Thanks! Elm runs in with the flame infused grenade and throws it into one of the cracks left by the dirt. It blows up with a huge explosion, knocking the beetle into the strange hot spring. It starts electrifying itself, and is clearly taking damage.

With the goo all cleaned up, PK begins to sprint towards the beatle before jumping and drop kicking it into the water!

I LIV- Oh sorry let’s just keep this going. With the collective force of attacks the Beatle was swatted into the water and as you theorize due to it’s property changes it was paralyzed as it entered the water not even being able to move. It’s underside was still exposed and glowing. Now I believe is what they would call the finishing blow being presented.

PK watches as an opportunity opens to finish the beast off! However instead of attacking, he puts away his laser blade and places the crossbow onto his back and casting salvation all over the general area, raining down green beams to heal every one, even the enemy before defusing Waffles into two Jack Frosts carrying pancakes on their head as PK sits down and begins to munch on fluffy goodness, speaking through clumps of food Mm! Now you know the might of justice! However there's no need to kill you! Doesn't seem like you did anything wrong! I bet you were just defending your home!

With a simple yet deadly effective maneuver the Beatle screechs out in pain and suddenly starts to glow before long it exploded in a tidal wave of water splattering around everywhere around it. From it a strange fragment is encased in a floating orb of water hanging over the remain of the dead beatle while it's body scumbs to the earth becoming geoized with it's landscape.

PK gets completely wet from the tidal wave of water, washing away his pancakes to his dismay as he gets up with a frown, losing it quickly though when he sees the treasure from the beast fall Ooh! At least your death will help someone! Even if it was unnecessary... PK then moves over to it and attempts to grab the thing and try to look it over, even if brains isn't his specialty!

The Orb of water reacts and floats away from PK's Grasp back to the sprout of the gyser in the middle of the hot spring. It seems even treasure is under the spirits of trickery and will not stop resisting.

Oof, maybe one day Dad can figure something out! Or perhaps it's what's powering the hot springs? Oh well! PK shrugs before jumping back into the hot springs and relaxing after a long battle!

hough the Water Orb is in no way threatening it was still rather alive? Or vicious? It tryied flinging a water pildirve in PK's direction only to splatter like a water ballon in PK's Face and bounce off of him. How Sad it's like it's a roaring soul cagged and now it was floating around in daze not able to regain balance.

Well I'm no exorcist so I don't think I can put these spirits to rest. But surprise treasure is always nice so I may as well try! Elm begins chasing around the orb, but fails to catch it.

The Orb instead tries to submerge itself into the hot spring which also reveals a small hole that you can maybe dive through. Otherwise that triply treasure artifact is gonna try and squirm its self away. Would be a great shame if it did.

I DIDN'T KILL THAT FbadING BEETLE FOR NOTHING! Elm dives after the orb, extremely curious as to why it's so eager to escape.

Following the hole you seem to have resubmerged in a new lower chamber of the hot spring. Rather then finding a piping hot chamber for the great geysers and craters you find a icy cold and semi submerged chamber. It seems a melting ice citidel and then hot air pockets are creating the effect of the hot springs and the watery orb makes no haste trying to Greco through the maze of icey spikes and terrain to try and flee from treasure pursuers.

It's pretty cold down h- Elm looks down only to realize he's butt naked, and has been for the whole battle. !! Oops! Sorry about that! Elm seems to pull out some clothes from a questionable location, and puts them on quickly. Elm then darts after the orb, moving double the speed from before due to some enchanted boots. He navigates the spike maze just as well and catches up with it.
