Anyone else feel like this game was rushed?
i mean aside from all the little nit picks like the introduction to Shadow Sae and the out of nowhwere (while epic) climax?
yes, the later parts of the game definitely stand out as being weaker, palace 5 is where it really starts to drag for me, and then there's stuff like goro being built up for the whole game then getting a really short and undercooked conclusion

it also shows in some of the localisation complaints, since there are instances of amateur mistakes that another run through QA testing would probably have sorted out
I agree, the ending totally just slaps you in the face. I always hate time skips too
it wasnt rushed it took like 6 years to make
It may have taken a long time to produce but the story clearly didn't get enough attention during that time
Eh,I admit the time skips were annoying but other than that and a few design complaints I think it was done right. Felt good to play a game that really had care put into it again, but that's just me
The story progression felt off in the middle it wasn't to bad but the middle felt like it was going to fast but has it ended it felt great
There were some parts that seemed to be shoved in just to fill time *cough cough Haru*, but it definitely wasn't rushed.
P5 had a lot of narrative flaws (looking at you Ann,) but I don't think rushed is really the right word.
I felt like the game wanted me to go through all the dungeons without taking a break to enjoy Tokyo for a bit.

It's probably the deadline countdown's fault or that I was too excited to see the ending on my first playthrough.
Yeah 8 years is far too long! Seriously, I thought it was perfectly paced and you guys act like the "true ending" coming out of nowhere is so weird, when 1) there was clearly foreshadowing to it (Especially Igor's voice playing a huge part in it) and 2) that happens in J-RPGs ALL the time.
Ooc: Have none of you played the other games in this series....
This sounds like a bunch of newbies to the persona series complaining about things that happen in persona all the time
Wasn't the fact everything started going fast kinda part of the story? Some of the team commented on how it was becoming scary and they should slow down.
Nothing rushed
All the Persona games slow down and then speed up. Though I also think most Persona games have been rushed. So... yes and no?
