Well the bullet would already have to be shot so the first one would not work and the second one would be the answer but it's almost like you stabbed a bit of the bullet into you and yeah

The answer is I'd use the Forces Arcana to shut down the velocity of the bullet, followed by holding it up with Telekinesis so I am "moving faster than a bullet". Nothing happens, because I ran into a small stationary object.
