Futaba’s palace collapsed once she got her persona. Persona users can’t have a Palace because Palaces are just the darkness within people that they hide behind. Personas are coming to terms with your whole being, and accepting it. Once Futaba realized everything with her mom was a lie, she awakened her persona and her Palace collapsed.
