I my be wrong, but there is a talk of making another persona q with the addition of Persona 5 characters in the future. Just don't know when that will be.

@ Sovereign: Theodore is 100% canon. He's in not only PQ but also Ultimax. FeMC isn't canon; Theodore is.

To answer OP's question, they... technically count, but it's Lavenza who is the "true" Velvet Room sibling
