Okay, let's get something clear
Everyone keeps coming to me, telling me to use an alt because I have multiple characters, but chances are I would go crazy using an alt, I don't have all the time in the world, I might have a bunch of different characters but I am used to using only one account, and having to switch between MaskedTwilight and however many others for each character would make me rip my hair out, please understand why I only use one account,
Gin
I think I've already tried to explain this, but let me do it once again. If I may, just because you can keep up with one account using 100 alts doesn't mean everyone else can. Alts exist for the sake of transparency. I don't RP as Sam when using my Gin account, or at least not if Gin isn't present. If he is, I label who's talking like: Hi Sam: Hi With the unlabled sentances being who the account is (Gin) and the labelled ones, obviously, being the person who isn't named by the account. Alts exist for the sake of clarity. Not many people enjoy having to scry through a wall of text for all the people who are supposed to be a part of one persons actions, especially since you tend to use like three or more characters with a single account at times. And if that's too hard for you, Light, Just use one character per RP instead of five. You don't need to have a gang. You can go solo. That would solve your problem with alts as well.
Have you considered not using 12 characters at a time in every thread? As you might have noticed most people use one, maybe two
Yeah but I like having a lot of characters, Kali, because I would want to have one of my other characters say something to another one and if I couldn't I would be a bit upset, good grief I killed one of my characters off in a roleplay because they would only allow two...
Gin
You don't have to kill them off. Just use one or two at the same time. That way, you can make alts and make everything better for everyone. Maybe you could get away with this on Amino, but here it just gives everyone a headache. I know the catalyst to this was become someone called you out you using only one account for multiple characters being annoying. Have you ever stopped to think maybe there's a reason people think that? That they may not just be nitpicking? That maybe you should evolve how you do things away from how you did things on Amino?
I tried giving you all the advice i could but you ignored most of it.... I was trying to help you get better at this since roleplay on Phansite has some standards and without them there isn't much you can do. I'll think twice before spending time doing something like this next time i guess....
No one else finds it interesting to watch you talk to yourself, which is part of why they don't tend to stick around your threads. If what you're looking for is writing interactions between your own characters, I'd suggest picking up fanfiction. Roleplay is more for writing free-form interaction with others. Think of it as a play as opposed to a book or video game.
What Kali said exactly, in so far as I can tell you seem to want everything to follow your script so to speak. Which is fine when writing fiction, but role playing isn't that. It's very nature requires one to be capable of adjusting to unexpected things, and ya know, to actually interact with the other characters IC. But you'll probably write me off, so that's all I'm saying.
When I try using one I keep getting left out and ignored, or the roleplay dies very quickly... I do make fanfics but I like roleplaying... I used to be able to roleplay with a lot of people as a lot of people... maybe I should have stuck with amino... no one really likes me here all that much... the ones that do disappear a lot...
Gin
If you don't like waiting "forever" for replies, switching alts or even interacting with others, then take Kali's advice and drop RPing immediately. If you can't be bothered to change in anyway to suit the place you've decided to try in RP in, go back to Amino. It's gotten to a point where so many people have tried to give you advice and help you, like myself and Astro, but you've done absolutely nothing to try and change. You're a lost cause, Twilight. This may be harsh and you probably will ignore it like you do with every other piece of criticism anyone has sent your way, but you need to learn to improve or you need to stop. Edit: Response to a deleted post. I still think it's valid though.

Maybe I should roleplay in chats? I could probably do the alts if I did that, but I am the only one who creates rp chats aren't I?
Gin
Or you could try and change. Like everyone is trying to help you do.

you are, most people don't use PMs anymore. Also the alts aren't really an issue if you're using a dozen characters anyways, because that'd become spam. The main issue people have is that you tend to focus on your dozen characters anyways, and define anything you dislike as not happening. As far as "vanishing goes," its because most of us have schedules so we often don't get to do more than two or three posts a day, and its pretty rude not to give people the chance to reply, especially if you're responding to something the GM does. OOC: This is Kali btw, working on typing up another thread so I'm on a different account

I can try and do alts... but I don't want to get rid of any of my characters... and I'm trying to get better on ignoring things I don't like... like the octopus in that one roleplay, I didn't like that but worked with it, aren't I getting a little better?
doing alts doesn't really help unless you tone down the number of characters you bring so half of your posts aren't you talking to yourself. If nothing else you can go ahead and give them names and descriptions so we know who's actually talking when, like Gin's suggestion above.
Good points, good points, but from what I know, she does explain what they look like, mostly,
Gin
1) You don't have to get rid of any of your characters, just try to use less of them. Limit yourself to two at a time, three at the most. 2) While you do address them now, but you often declare things you don't like as "shitposting" even when they often aren't. For example, the warriors RP. People came in and RP'd in that as you would in a warriors game but, because you didn't like it, you branded it all as shitposting and thus not valid. 3) You haven't really gotten much better, I'm afraid to say. Perhaps if you'd listened when others were giving you advice on how to improve, you would have. But as it stands, with you ignoring that advice you haven't.
Wow, you actually fell for it! *laughs*
no one fell for it Twilight, he was just slower in posting than I was because he typed way more
Oh... heh... got a little cocky didn't I? Well I have an alt, I'm improving, right?
Gin
Just having an alt doesn't mean anything. We'll see if you're improving by seeing if you've taken any of this on board with your writing. And no, I didn't fall for anything. Stop getting ahead of yourself.
We... Really should not be here telling you to make an alt in the first place.... They're not evil or something
I said I got a little cocky...
Gin
Thanks for ignoring the main point in order to respond to the correction. As per usual, you are focusing on the correct places.
Okay, point me to a roleplay where I can show you that I can improve!
Gin
Make one. All the others you have going on are either abandoned or in shambles atm anyway,
Sorry that took so long, my show was on and my phone needed to charge
