Out of curiosity, what are some of the best and/or worst fics you've come across? The latter's a guilty pleasure of mine (heck, this account is based off a legendary trollfic) but the former's always nice to look at.
I mean, if you're fine with non-persona submissions, still gotta go with iSonic as the worst. As for persona related, that one Persona 4 fic we read long ago.

iSonic is legendary, and for those who don't know, the Persona 4 fic Teddie mentioned is called "The Third Dojima" on Quotev. Both are great to read with friends.
