@-Queen- Akechi has been a great help throughout my campain, due to his investigations, he has helped me narrow down suspects for the Phantom Theives.

To answer the second question, I would firstly enact a policy that would truely make it so that anyone could live a good life, if they tried hard enough. Most of my new policies would try to help those in need.
