In [City] there was a sudden Cafe that showed up, it definitely wasn't there before. Walking inside can see a smol rat dragging a body behind a wall, with a giant rat the size of a person, both rats looking extremely high. The giant rat would then say: "Oh, welcome to the rat cafe, where theres no ratd only hamburgers."
