Honestly? The entirety of the intro all the way up until Kamoshida finally confesses. From then on, the game sloooowly loses me, tho not by much.

I liked it when Joker banned Mona for being cringe

I actually haven’t finished the game yet, but so far, it’s probably any scene with akechi talking. His voice is just so perfect for his character and I’m dazed every time I hear him. Personality wise he’s not my favorite but I love hearing how well he phrased his dialogue and so forth

Ah, I see that's one entranced by Akechi's, thick, buttery voice like well-made maple syrup, with the smooth, silken tones that dance across the ears as if... Um. Anyways. My favorite moment. Big spoiler so.... I liked during the final fight with Yalbadaoth how they begin with Mishima cheering for the phantom thieves before getting into all of the social links you've done so far to cheer everyone on.
