Heyo, I'm unsure if you're playing Royal, but if so, if you want the true ending you need to reach level 9 with Doctor Maruki, Level 8 with Goro Akechi, and level 5 with Kasumi Yoshizawa. Besides that, just stick to your convictions, don't take the obvious dumb answers with anyone and you'll be good (Edit: The end involves delving to the depths of mementos, if you haven't done it, don't worry, it's not gonna prevent you from doing anything, (I didn't get there before it told me to go down) so just make sure you're prepared by that point!)

Thank you for your answer , but no i'm not playing to Royal for now :/ . I hope i'll get it soon , but i'm playing to the "old" Persona 5 And i haven't seen those type of conditions , are they the new conditions for the true ending in Royal ?

All the confidant requirements are specifically for Royal, for vanilla P5 all you need to do is just pick correct answers like don't sell out your friends to Sae Nijima or cut a deal with a certain someone and finish all palaces before the deadline, but that's easy enough, there are no requirements for mementos as it'll just tell you to do to the bottom, hope that helps!
