There's no Persona 5 on PSP, and it's illegal to distribute ISO files, thus prohibited here

You could always just use play P5 on your ps4 and use remote play with a Ps Vita.

not really too difficult, but i think the fact they're asking about psp means they have neither a ps4 nor a vita
