I'm getting ready to play my final song, aria of the soul, that is, until i see a butterfly in front of me, and I'm teleported to a strange room I've never seen before.

i look around and it looks like i'm in a concert hall, except everything is blue, and on stage, is a long nosed man, sitting at a desk in the spotlight.

OOC: So uh... How are we supposed to slide in? Its not really what we usually do so just wonderin' where you were going.

ooc: we each are our own different character, but im just waiting for an igor to welcome me to the velvet room.

The vision of the concert hall would only play for a few seconds until the violin player finds themselves in a tokyo burned and ruined with violence and chaos. A man with unkempt hair faces them. "I'm the son of a fisherman but I am afraid of fish!"

OOC: In all honestly Wolfrya, it's kinda bad form to just assume people will take up the role of a specific character at random. Even more so given that nobody knows what kind of plot you're going for here or how Igor might fit into it. It's kind of assumed that whoever starts a thread will be the one "running it" and thus doing any needed NPCs and such.

OOC: That, and bold of you to assume we have an Igor around. People who rp canon Persona characters are either elusive, don’t have the character you want, or meme accounts. Don’t count on ‘em unless you’re in contact with them.

ooc: sorry...i've never really roleplayed in a forum before, i've only ever roleplayed in discord DMs and on amino...so i guess i'm just not used to it yet...

OOC: Ah, yeah. I can see the issue then. DMs are private so you usually already have someone who's got the same kinda idea what's happening and is ok with it. Main difference is that since a Forum is more public pretty much anyone can join, but they don't have as much knowledge going in so a thread-creator needs to make their goals clear. Usually they're making a sort of encounter like you might find in a tabletop game, but other things can work too if you lay out the groundwork ooc.

OOC: Nah I've done my RP on forums almost exclusively. Still you can search my account on the site's PM and send me a message that way. I'll get to it when I can.

OOC: Okay, let´s actually try to get an actual story back in place now. Jessica, a resident of this room(Velvet Attendant), with the usual Attendant hair and eye color (white and yellow(plus her usual fox ears and tail)), wears an outfit similar to Lavenza´s Uniform, stands to Igor´s left, awaiting instructions and/or orders.

"W-Where am I?" I ask the strange, long nosed man on the stage, while i look around confused. "Welcome to the velvet room" the man says before i feint, and end up waking up back on the stage surrounded by the worried faces of the people who normally work behind the scenes, making the real magic happen during my concerts.

Jessica, under Igor´s orders to keep an eye on their new guest, stands off their side,ready to help if need be.

ooc: I could probably extend rp tutorial time into another thread if need be, but basically Phansite rp is a learning process. I've described it as getting run over by a truck then getting pulled into the back for the ride. It's an oddball of a site. If you need any help, feel free to ask us! We don't bite. I sit up, still in a slight daze, and begin to look around, and see the face of someone who I don't recognize at first, until I remember where I saw them from. She's the woman from the so called 'velvet room' that was standing next to the long nosed man. "what happened?" I ask everyone, still slightly confused
