Back in the day, we had none of this due process crap. The criminals would commit the crimes and the authorities would take the criminals away to be publicly beheaded later. Now I ask you, how can a process get more due than that?
Personally for the truly heinous crimes I believe the criminal should be burned at the stake under a fire lit by propane, and never butane, cause no civilized person would be caught dead using butane.
