Using personas, honestly I think it would be a pretty even fight. In a fistfight, I think the Phantom Thieves would have it down until Chie, who has some actual melee training. The real question boils down to Makoto VS Chie in a fistfight.

fist fight ide have to give to investigation team because of Chie and Kanji.... Though then they would probably get arrested since they are adults beating up teenagers
