Does Futaba's palace remind anyone else of Sonic 06?

That music feels it was ripped straight from Sonic 06

Almost all music in Sonic 06 is like a smooth rock+jazz hybrid with the same "flow" (it's hard to put into words), but all kinda sounds the same. When I heard the music in Futaba's palace, Sonic 06 INSTANTLY came to mind.
