A rise in L-based imposter scams has led Police to issue a warning for travelers in Yongen-Jaya, Shibuya and Aoyama-Itchome. Anyone with information on these imposters should contact authorities immediately.

- Calling Card Issued?
Calling Cards addressed to one Thotiah have been seen posted across the city. The cards, from a group calling themselves 'The Phantom Thieves of the Phansite' seems to be a copycat of the Phantom Thieves of Heart. Thotiah, which is presumed to be a fake name, has yet to issue a response.

- Increase in Stray Cats.
Drivers advised to beware of stray cats, following a recent increase in black-furred, blue-eyed cats.
