Debating Calling Out of Work
Despite threats from my mother of eviction if she happens to discover that I did so (I'd be making around $30 today if I DO go to work), I'm considering it highly, in no small part due to the fact that my shoulder is now still in pain for the third day in a row.

I will be, no matter what, going to physical therapy at least three days this week if possible.

For reference, I work food service, at the grills, etc. I'd be working for 4.5 hours.

In my humble opinion, I suggest going due to the eviction threat (and money). But if you're going to damage your shoulder then you might wanna take it easy. Depends on the kind of work you're doing, though.
Well, if it doesn't hurt that much, maybe you can manage working for the day?
@Cait_Sith: That mostly depends on where I'm needed- but I work at a McDonalds, in the grill area. So cooking meats, making sandwiches/muffins, making eggs, so on for 4.5 hours straight, while my shoulder (and now back, due to attempting to use our massage chair to help the problem) are in pain.
@IamThou: For all of yesterday I could barely move it without going into extreme pain. Today, it hurts similarly.
Hmm... Maybe you can let your boss know about the current state of your arm? They may be able to give you a designated job/area that'll put less strain on it.
That...that could work.

Well, time to take my meds, put on my work pants, and get going, I suppose...
I wish you luck!
