This leads me to believe that Goro Akechi will be resurrected by tightly locked door in P5 arena, however, that is all pure speculation. This also leads me to believe that it has access to the sea of souls, as it needs somewhere to retrieve lost souls from. The dimension warping ability fits with this theory as it would likely be able to access the sea of souls. The sea of souls is also where persona originate.
