I don't get why rp is an option in the forum.
I mean, I don't see why we need it

I don't think there'll be much threads if RP is prohibited on the phansite.

It kinda keeps the site alive in a way.

In truth that thread narrowly avoided being killed at that point, but it had ended by then anyway so I let it slide. In terms of things to spill, I won't be doing that right now. Just letting you know that I know the TRUTH.

Anyway, on the the big point. While I don't RP all the time, IamThou has a point. RP has been around since the forum has, really. Telling them to cut it out of the blue would be really stupid. At this point, it's part of what goes on here and it isn't going to magically poof away. Marsh's thread the other day about slowing things down and doing other stuff? Hell, it might just have worked better than our message a few months back. These past two days have been really fun and I think an okay balance between RP and memes has been reached and I hope it keeps up.

In short, RP won't stop. Ignore and post what you want if RP isn't your cup of tea.
