GYM: Central Training
*He walks up to a building grinning*
Hah I finally got that bloody key!

*He unlocks the door and flips the closed song to open before going behind the counter*
Now I'm actually in charge of the place... As much as anyone can be.
You just gave me a great idea for a closed song
[Followed by Gouto as usual, Raidou steps into the building. He adjusts his hat, and greets Tatsuya with a smile.]
*Kazuya walks in casually, looking much better than he did yesterday and earlier during the dungeon.*

Hello everyone.
[Raidou begins drinking his usual choice in beverage, and notices Kazuya come in. He remembers that the boy is in fact a Devil Summoner as well, and asks him how exactly he summons demons without tubes.]
*He waves at Kaz and Raidou*
Hey guys who's it going? And Gotou I see you're still stuck with the talking, *he smiles at them* so can I help you two with anything or here to chat?

*He glances at Roy*
And why is a puppet walking around? Well whatever nice to meet you I guess, Tatsuya Suou here.
Shall I delet?
Oh, right!

*Kazuya points at the Mod.COMP on his wrist, similar to a gauntlet.*

Well, a long time ago, it was discovered that digital data and real being were really similar, at least in my world...and so, people started to experiment with this new found knowledge.
Like...teleportation, but during one of those tests a portal to the Expanse or Abyss was opened and demons invaded Japan.
So!
A man created a special program to storage and communicate with demons, which I use through this device.
Does that answer your question, Master Kuzunoha?
Yeah, delete it because people aren't susposed to know it exists
[He presses his hand to his chin and nods. Raidou at least has a grasp of how the gauntlet works. Gouto tilts his head.]

From what we say, you're certainly not weak. How exactly did you get so strong, kid? Nobody gets like that by just messing around.
Easy peasy!
Well...I had to learn from one moment to another how to fight with a sword, with the sudden invasion of demons I just...had to survive somehow...

*Kazuya rubs the back of his head and looks down, as the memories are still very clear, as if they had happened yesterday. He does his best to hide his current inner turmoil.*

I had to recruit many demons and fight even more for almost two months, practically 24/7 after the ICBM dropped...even powerful ones like Thor, or the archangel Michael and the demon Asura.
It's been 5 years since then, and...well...I still have to deal with some demons from time to time, so yeah...
[Raidou seems honestly impressed. He explains the rigorous training he went through for a majority of his life, and the many trials he went through while protecting the capital city of Japan. Gouto seems impressed as well, and thinks out loud.]

Wow, I was going to have Raidou train you, but at this point I think it might end up going the other way around!

Train me...? B-But please!
We're talking about Master Kuzunoha here, and that last name is really popular, and almost everyone knows about it now that demons are part of our daily life.
I'm sure there is a thing or two I can learn from him!

*Kazuya's eyes show some sort of child-like excitement.*
*Kalib walks downstairs from his apartment. As he reaches the bottom level he yawns before his eyes widen in shock.*

Yaaaaaaaaaagh~! Eh? Carp how long have I been asleep?!

*In a tizzy, Kalib fixes his bed head and moves behind the counter, doing his best to look busy.*

Hello all, and welcome to GYM! Hahaha!

*He lets out a booming laugh as he smiles widely.*

OOC: lunch is almost over. Glad to see GYM is well.
[Raidou stands up, clearly up for a fight.]

You've done this for about the same amount of time Raidou has, but I can only assume you've been through a lot worse. You could probably teach each other more in a scuffle than you ever could just talking.
*Kazuya walks towards a nearby wall were wooden sword are lying. After taking one for himself, he tosses another one to Raidou.*

It's best if we use those...it's not like we should use deadly weapons for a spar. I don't want to hurt Master Kuzunoha badly, and so...!

*Kazuya takes a battle stance, ready to move at any moment.*

I failed to protect Tokyo and the entire world because of my inexperience. Please, show me the resolve of a great hero, Master Kuzunoha!
[Raidou takes the sword, holding it in front of him with both hands. He waves the wooden sword toward himself, gesturing for Kazuya to attack him when ready.]
Right...!

*In what appeared to a second, Kazuya manages to be right in front of Raidou's face. His sword is ready, as he attempts to hit him with a fast, downward strike.*
OOC: Click to load youtube video
I said I would

[Raidou reacts to the swing fast, and slams his own sword against Kazuya's with a loud clack. He keeps eye contact with Kazuya, his face as stoic as ever.]
*Kazuya keeps eye contact with him as well, although with a slight smile covering his face. The young man immediately goes for a powerful headbutt, trying to get some distance.*

[Raidou is caught off guard by the headbutt, and takes the brunt of hit. He reacts calmly though; taking the safest option he leaps backwards, creating a fair amount of space between the two.]
*Kazuya takes the opportunity to dash at him again, but before being right in his face once more, he takes a sidestep, going for his left side. From there, he goes for a horizontal strike aimed to Raidou's back.*
[Raidou ducks, rolling to his left side and drawing his gun. He has surprisingly kept from any demon summoning yet, and instead fires twice at Kazuya's chest. The bullets were apparently pre-loaded, as they are indeed rubber.]
H-Hey that hurts...!

*Kazuya takes a few steps back due to the sudden attack. He cannot attack from a distance, and his Mod.COMP is not really an option right now, and so, he decides that the best course of action is to run at him and throw the wooden sword directly into Raidou's face.*
[Raidou jumps to the side, the sword still hits him very hard in the side though. He avoided what would have been a fatal stab to the head for sure though. He then decides to stop messing around, and draws a tube from his harness. It's green glow encompasses the entire room, but it will take a turn to finish.]
A summoning...!

*Taking this one opportunity, Kazuya launches himself against Raidou and attempts to punch him in the face with his right hand. Then, he takes a step back taking the sword he threw. He is now preparing himself for whatever he might be summoning.*

[The punch lands, and Raidou's head slams against the ground. Losing his focus, he drops the tube. It rolls away as the summoning completes, and from the green light, Tsuchigumo emerges. The spider-like creature looks at Raidou with concern as he struggles to his feet, and at Kazuya with anger. Despite the advantage he may hold, Raidou gives Kazuya a "go ahead" motion as if to tell him to summon a demon of his own.]
*Kazuya takes a minute to ragain his focus as he sees Tsuchigumo. He then looks at his own COMP...and it's still not on due to yesterday's Black Viper. "It should be on soon" he thinks. And seeing he can't do much right now, the young man beings to charge magic around his body.*

C'mon...
[Raidou sighs, not one to fight unfairly. He draws a second tube from his harness, and whispers orders to obey Kazuya for a while into it, before it glows green and produces the Cerberus from yesterday. Though nothing like Pascal, it is powerful. The demon parts with Raidou for the time being, and stands next to Kazuya.]
*He nods with gratitude, as he attempts to speak in the demon language, ordering Cerberus to distract Raidou. And so, Cerberus runs towards his summoner, jumping at him.*

A-Alright...!

*Kazuya checks his COMP and notices is almost done, just a couple more minutes are needed. After this he smiles, and runs towards Tsuchigumo and the magic he was charging leave his body violently.*

Crescent Slice!

*The attacks with two powerful slashes at Tsuchigumo's legs. After this, Kazuya appears...surprisingly tired as he hold his left arm for a moment. After a few seconds, he goes back to his fighting stance.*
[Tsuchigumo leaps out of the way of the first slash, the second slashing at three of it's four left legs. The spider flies ungracefully through the air, and is just about to land right on top of Cerberus. Seeing an opportunity, Raidou holds his ground, and reacts to Cerberus' leap with a wide slash.]
*Taking this chance to do attack, Kazuya dashes at Raidou as his body is covered my magic once more, and as he gets closer and closer, his breathing get agitated. Kazuya feels his grip on the sword get weaker, but he doesn't stop, and forces himself to land this once hit.*

F-For now...!

*Kazuya uses the bizarre language once more, and order Cerberus get rid of Tsuchigumo, or keep it far away from Raidou.*
[Alarms go off in Raidou's head, and he tries to find any way to avoid that attack. He knows that getting hit by it could mean losing the match, or worse. If he used the wrestling demons as a shield it might work, but there's no way he's putting them at risk to save himself. Instead, he takes the risk, and a light engulfs him and Tsuchigumo. Raidou's sword cracks with lightning, and he charges at Kazuya with everything he has. His companion on the other hand is busy dealing with Cerberus' offense. Though the spider is tough, it can't move through Cerberus' onslaught of bites and slashes.]
*Kazuya gets closer and closer, and nce he reaches the right place, he prepares to deal the slash. But something is wrong. He feels a sharp pain in his left arm, and the magic he was charging goes away completely due to him losing focus and his body not being able to take it anymore. He ends up tripping, falling flat on his face and finds himself being completely unable to move.*

I-I see...m-my body hasn't fully recovered after all...

*He laughs weakly, trying to remind himself to never use a spell as powerful as Black Viper so carelessly again. Ironically, his COMP turns back on the moment he hits the ground.*

I-I'm very sorry, Master Kuzunoha...
[Raidou kneels down, and extends a hand to the tired boy. The demons stop fighting, and return to their tubes, positioned neatly on Raidou's chest.]
*Kazuya takes his hand with difficulty*

It...it was really fun, the way you kept your cool the entire time was so admirable...
[Raidou lends the boy his shoulder, and leads him to a seat. He puts a bottle of water on the counter for him, and commends him on his performance as well.]
*He opens the bottle of water and drinks from it.*

Yesn thank you so much Master...but next time I'll definitely beat you...!

*Kazuya types on his COMP and summons Pascal. Kazuya get on his back and the demonic dog beings to walk away*

I-I have more than a sword and demons...
I'll...s-show...!

*Kazuya is beat, and ends up falling asleep on Pascal's back. After this, the Cerberus walks out and head towards Kichijoji, more specifically, Kazuya's home.*
*Mig, coming direct from the earlier Heist, practically kicks open the door and storms into the latest GYM. Her target? The fighting dummies, as she delivers a beat down that would make Makoto and Chie look calm.*
*walks in* meh, I'm bored. Should probably spar someone...
*pulls out the VBV1 and takes a nap on a floating couch*
(A man in a white lab coat enters the premises of GYM, enthralled by it's atmosphere. He seems to be looking for something.)

So, this is where that signal was... I wonder what it could've been. It might've helped in the progression of...

(He begins mumbling to himself and pondering something before taking a seat, looking towards the front desk a bit.)
*Has proceeded to destroy nearly a dozen dummies before just kneeling down and curling up on the ground..... it's probably a very odd sight for the latest scientist to appear at GYM*
*wakes up* ahh... nothing like a short nap to keep me up a bit longer.
(The man eventually notices the young woman curled up on the ground. He stands up from his chair and walks over to her.)

Excuse me, young miss, but are you okay? This is quite an odd place to be performing such an act.
Do I look okay!? That stupid Gamma.... he's right half the time, a jerk the other half, and evil all of it.

And I just can't beat him!
Oh, are you struggling with your lack of power? How funny, I'm under the same concern for myself!
How is it that you see yourself lacking strength? Is it physical, or is it perhaps a mental barrier you've formed by yourself?
A mental barrier...?

Who even are you to ask me that?
Oh, excuse me for not introducing myself! I am a scientist. My name is Colress. The theme of my research is: "Bringing out the power of Pokémon."
Click to load youtube video
Bringing out the power of Pokémon! Is it possible to bring out their maximum power through the bond they share with their Trainers? Or is there some other, different method? That is my research.
Er, perhaps you may not understand what it is I refer to. I apologize for any confusion.
Hmm.... actually I think I heard that phrase before. The Pokemon thing.

But I do know what you mean by bond. Honestly it's what drove a wedge between Gamma and I...
Oh my, so you're saying your bonds drove you two apart? Interesting... would you care to explain?

(He pulls out a laptop and opens it, ready to type down any information Migrant gives him.)
Well he seems to believe that bonds only make us weaker. That in the end we're all alone, and relying on others means we won't become stronger....

But I know that's a lie, and he's proof. Without people to cheer him on and believe in him.... he's become cold, literally, and willing to kill people just because they turned out to "not be fit to rule."
Oh, that's very interesting...

(He types down Migrant's information, word for word.)

I certainly can see where both sides come from, however I'd personally like to talk with this Gamma myself and get his input...
So, you've got some fairly strong bonds, yes? And how has that been for you? Do you believe it's brought out your full potential?

(Colress eagerly awaits Migrant's response.)
I mean, I guess they've made me stronger, but... it's still not enough to beat his ice trick....

I don't even know if I'm at my maximum strength yet.... according to Dr. Ver I have some crazy high potential. And that's without getting into this crystal thing.... *she puts a crystal, that had been dangling around her neck, into her hand for a moment before letting it return to dangling*

I suppose, in the end, I still need more training.
Dr. Ver... could he be the one behind that signal..?

*He phases into deep thought, before returning his attention to Migrant.*

So, you say you need more training, yes? Is that why you're here, to train? Well, it seems to me like not many people are around to train with...
Why come here? There must be dozens of other spots to train at.
Honestly, because the two people who run this place I consider friends. That'd be Tatsuya and Kalib. I figure if anyone could help me become stronger, it'd be them...

But... what was that about a signal?
Oh, there was a signal emanating from a structure below this building. However, if the owner isn't around, I suppose I have no way of identifying it further. It's a shame, I had hopes it could lead to some furthering of my studies...
A signal, huh...?

I have to admit I've never tried going down there. All I know is Ver came up from down there once....

I wonder if that other guy, Eggman..... if he has a lab there as well...
Oh, so you say this Ver indeed does have a laboratory here? Splendid! I do hope to speak with him eventually.
Say, you came here for training, yes? I myself am in need of some training, or perhaps I should say my comrades are. What say you to a little practice match?

(Colress pulls a small red and white ball from inside his coat, smiling happily at Migrant.)
Your comrades?

*Tries to remember where she'd heard the phrase pokemon before.... before realizing, like most weird things, it was Leblanc.*

You mean like that clown-nosed seal thing?
Clown-nosed seal? Oh, do you perhaps know someone who uses a member of the Popplio family?
Ah, Alola simply is a fascinating region... I do remember my trip there fondly.
Mmm.... Prim-something I think was its name? Either way, they seem a bit dangerous for people to fight.

Though I do know of another monster tamer that comes around here sometimes. He's called Tai or something like that...
*A dark portal opens in the center of the room and Roxas steps out stretching his arms*

Man been a while since I've come out here, wonder what all's going on around the Nexus?

*He looks at Mig and starts walking over to her*

Oh hey Mig how ya been? *He laughs* Sorry I haven't been around much lately... *His face lights up with a grin* I've been practicing some new tricks, got a little caught up in it.
Interesting. Perhaps I should meet with these trainers and see their view on the matter...
Well, if you wish to back down from my challenge, then so be it. However, I do believe you'd be a match. I've seen the abilities some of you have, and you're even half of that, I'd reckon you'd stand a very good chance.

(He turns to the boy exiting from the portal.)

Oh, and who might you be? That was quite an entrance, after all.
*He chuckles*
Name's Roxas Mr uh? *He looks Colress over* I'm sure we haven't met now, and yeah I guess so? *He shrugs* Most people around this place take it in stride, but dark corridors are a bit odd.
Dark Corridors? Is that what that ability is called?
Oh, and I suppose I should introduce myself. I am a scientist. My name is Colress. The theme of my research is: "Bringing out the power of Pokémon."
I'm not sure if you understand that, however I shall say it none the less!
A lot of weird stuff here people take for granted. Like the amount of Scientists that show up here. Or how Inkopolis apparently got pulled in by Star, rather than the Nexus.

Anyway.... it's been a rough time. Mostly Gamma's doing, freaking villainous jerk that he is.
I have no clue what a Pokemon is but bringing out power makes sense! And yeah they're called Dark Corridors Colress.

basically works by cutting through the Realm of Darkness then coming out in the Realm of Light.

distance is all kinds of wacky in there so a few minutes walk might take you to another world.

*He looks over at Mig in concern*

Gamma? He didn't seem all that... *His face goes a bit dark* Okay he said some stuff that put me on edge, Mig he didn't try to attack you or something did he?
He tried to kill Mammon is what happened.

I tried to stop him, and he tried to attack me.

*sighs* I thought I could handle him but he's still too strong.... I guess Joker and Shinji were right about me leaving this up to everyone else....
*He smiles at her and summons Oathkeeper in his right hand*

Hey come on, just because he beat you once doesn't mean he will every time, there's only one thing to do now and that's get even better!

*He smirks at her*
I bet I could teach you a thing or two that might do him no favors next round.
(Colress chuckles a bit at Roxas' idea.)

This could be interesting to watch. Perhaps I could even join in myself! I'm always willing to learn something new...
Hmm I guess I can show you a few tricks, *he looks at Colress curiously* How much do you know about magic?
Er, excuse me, magic? I'm sorry, I'm afraid no such thing truly exists where I'm from. For the most part, everything can be explained logically.
You could...?

Well, that would be good. What did you have in mind?
*He laughs and raises his hand out before an orb of flame appears in it* Well I've been to plenty of worlds like that, magic isn't something that's insanely hard to understand or anything...

*He rubs his chin in thought* I guess I'd say that the trick is understanding the key is using your emotions I guess, well that and Mana but that just comes with time and practice using it.

*He grins widely*
Well first I need to know what he's weak against and what your Persona can already do, that'll give me an idea of what will be good to learn.
Well Gamma uses mostly ice.... and I can throw out wind, psi, and light....

I wonder if fire is the way to beat him?
Ice? Well, where I come from, Fire, Steel, Rock, and Fighting are types that have an advantage over Ice...
Perhaps that could give you a good starting point.
Fighting....?

Well in that case we should sic the Pancake Knight against him. Apparently he's' a professional boxer now or something.
*He laughs at the good fortune*
Well that's good! Fire and light are the only magic I'm actually good at so yeah that's convenient for us, now then what emotions do you think are associated with fire magic? *He looks at them with interest*
Fire? Well... I'd imagine it's more than just anger and such, since that's cliche and the cliche is that fire always means more than just destruction....
On the contrary, my friend, fire is an essential to life! I suppose in that way, it represents both life and death at once...
*He nods at Colress*
Yeah, anger and all that could do the trick plus honestly it's pretty easy to run most things with rage...

Anger is definitely the quick way, *he claps his hands* It's also not really a good way to learn so instead let's focus on that idea of life.

the gist is that emotions is kinda broad when it comes to magic, just take whatever you can associate with life and run with it.
OOC: I'm trying to explain something that gets hand waved in canon in a way that makes sense. Halp!
Any emotion associated with life, huh...?

So fire is life, is what you're saying?
*He nods at her*
Yeah, I mean there's other ways but well I don't like playing with those... *He frowns for a moment* Let's just say that's the most sane way to look at it. The other trick is learning how to actually use Mana though.
Mana.... Shinji mentioned that as well with his magic. Guess that's something of a universal concept.

Well, it for sure is in the Nexus.
Hmm I'd wager ours a little different though, kind I use comes from within the caster... His is like floating around the environment or something?
Fire is something that gives us as human beings so many possibilities...
From the simple act of warming up the body in frigid temperatures, to creating steam within steam engines... Fire can be seen in all part of life as a way forward...

(Colress notices the other two have moved on and laughs at himself.)

How careless of me. I began speaking without noticing the world around me. I apologize.
*He smiles at Colress and shakes his head*
Nah, you're fine. And that's a pretty good way to see it yeah.
No, it's fine. You do bring up a good point.

Anyway.... killing two major baddies has me rather tired.... maybe you can explain using mana another time...?
Ah, you must've had quite a day.
I suppose I could always find another to test my theories.

(Colress takes a seat nearby, and begins typing on his laptop.)
Yeah I guess so, Kinda need to test my new tricks out in a match too honestly.
(He looks to Roxas, a glint in his eye.)

Say, young man, would you like to partake in a small practice match? It seems to me we'd both gain from it.
Hmm a practice match? *He stares back with a grin* Yeah that sounds good to me! So I'm guessing you use these Pokemon right?
Indeed.

(He stands up, closing his laptop and pulling out a small red and white ball once more.)

If I may, I shall show you the results of my research into bringing out the power of Pokémon!
*He starts walking over to the back door and goes into the yard*

I hear we're supposed to spar our here! Something about not destroying the building?

*Another blade Appears in his left hand as he drops into a fighting stance*
I'm ready whenever you are.
(Colress follows Roxas to the battlefield.)

I'm most certainly ready.
Click to load youtube video
Magnezone, assist me!

(Clicking a button on the center of the ball, it expands into being more baseball-sized. Colress throws the ball into the air, and out pops a large UFO-like creature with magnets and screws on it's body.)

Use Thunderbolt!

(The Pokémon revs up, spinning it's magnets, before jolts of electricity fly out of them, combining into a beam the shoots directly towards Roxas.)
*He smirks and raises his Keyblades up to block the bolt... Which goes through them into Roxas causing him to stumble a bit clearly somewhat harmed*

Gahh right metal conducts electricity.

*He shakes his head to clear it and looks Magnazone over for a moment before dashing into melee range and swinging both blades towards Magnazone's front*
(Striking at the Magnezone, Roxas' attacks seem to do very little to it.)

Interesting... so those are weapons...
Magnezone! Use Flash Cannon!

(Forming once more from the magnets, a large beam is fired by Magnezone. Now within a close range, it seems unlikely for Roxas to avoid the attack.)

-OOC-
I'm considering Flash Cannon to be Heavy Physical damage based off the user's Magic, if you're curious. It also has a low chance to inflict -Defense for 3 turns.
Also, Thunderbolt was Severe Elec, if you're also curious about that.
OOC: Severe? Sounds more like Thunder but fair enough, I'm usually pretty loose with damage but I'd say that was just medium physical twice. Didn't really expect OOC, but going for fire off the bat seemed eh.

*The attack slams into him sending Roxas backwards as he purposefully tumbles with it to gain distance*

Jeez you hit pretty hard... And physical attacks don't seem to do much either. Firega!

*His eyes light up as he points his Keyblades at Magnazone and a pair of homing fireballs soar through the air the air right for Mag*
(At the fireballs strike Magnezone, it makes odd noises, before beginning to fall towards the ground, but suddenly returning to normal and hovering back at it's normal height.)

Ah, so that still works the same...
Alright Magnezone, use Electric Terrain!

(Electrical zaps can be seen all over Magnezone, and suddenly it releases a large wave of electricity that covers the entire battlefield.)

I suppose I should explain. Electric Terrain is a type of field condition you see. It increases the damage of all Electrical based moves for friend and foe, and also gives a little shock to those standing on the ground, preventing them from falling asleep. Now then, let's see what you have for me!

-OOC-
I chose Severe because I figured Thunder would be more of Colossal, actually. The Pokémon also have low health pools, so really another effective strike would finish it off.
OOC: That does make more sense, glass cannons huh? I can work with that, and given its low accuracy in game Thunder does make sense for Colossal. I'd say Firega is heavy, it's strong but not really top tier.

Boost electric attacks eh?

*He starts to raise his key blades before stopping short as fire covers Oblivion and he hurls it towards Magnazone*

I was thinking about using my own lightning but that seems unwise!
(The Keyblade strikes the Pokémon, causing it to fall to the ground, it's face showing defeat. Colress points the Pokéball to it, returning it.)

Very impressive, young man. You certainly do have some strong abilities.
However, I'm not finished yet! Go, Eelektross!

(Colress grabs another ball and throws it onto the battlefield, revealing a long blue eel-like creature, which floats above the ground.)

Okay Eelektross, use Flamethrower!

(The Pokémon looks towards Roxas, pointing it's mouth to it, and suddenly a large blast of Severe Fire damage heads in it's direction, scorching the ground beneath it.)
*He chuckles and dashes over to the left to evade the fire before leaping up to the ceiling and then kicking off it with his blades pointed at the mon* Hope this one takes raw force worse than the last!
Well, depends on your definition of worse! Alright Eelektross, catch it!

(The Pokémon readies itself after hearing the order, and catches Roxas' blade between it's large clawed hands.)

Well, you said it yourself: metal conducts electricity! Eelektross, use Thunderbolt!

(On command, Eelektross sends a wave of electricity through the Keyblade and into Roxas.)
OOC: Then I remembered we're outside, RIP.

*And be celling I mean air, and he just falls down towards it*
-OOC-
I guess that means a slower falling speed, and therefore a greater chance of my action happening.
*The blades vanish after a few seconds of electricity flows into him before he raises his hands up and tosses an orb of light at it's face as he pants in strain* Whew this is a pretty good work out! *He smirks* At this rate I'll need to use something ta heal!
OOC: Yeah, of course they can disappear too. Seldom useful in a fight but I try to consider my options.
Heh, indeed. I believe my Pokémon are enjoying themselves...
However, I believe it's time for a change of plans.

(The orb of light hits Eelektross, and it stumbles backwards. Colress puts up it's Pokéball, and it returns.)

Beheeyem, go!

(Another ball flies out of his hand, and this time a strange almost alien-like Pokémon appears, with colored dots on it's hands.
Colress points his hand towards Roxas.)

Use Heal Block!

(Beheeyem points its arms at Roxas, the colors on it's hands swapping between each other. Roxas is then covered in a green light that slowly fades to grey and sinks to the ground.)

-OOC-
Oh, I know my Kingdom Hearts. However, I disagree with saying it's not useful very often, but that's a talk for another day.
*He groans* I don't need ta know your world yo say what that does... *He smirks* Guess I just gotta do better then!

Now then Sonic Blade! *His Keyblades reappear as he slides across the ground in a blur towards Beheeyem dealing 7 attempted stabs before coming out about 30 feet away and raising his guard*

OOC: Sonic is only light Physical each for obvious reasons. Honestly even that feels a bit much but still least it's single target.
(The Pokémon puts it's arms up to guard, however it ends up taking heavy damage and flying baclwards, catching itself and readying for another attack.)

Oh, what an extraordinary attack! You must be quite strong to strike that quickly!
Beheeyem, use Psychic!

(Beheeyem puts it's hands up to Roxas, and the colors on them flash. It then picks him up with telekinesis, not allowing him to move at all, and throws him directly into a wall, before releasing him and letting him fall.)
OOC: I'd say we're outside but the building has walls so that's fair.

*He jabs his Keyblades into the wall to break his fall before hitting the ground*

Tch that's a pain. *Rings of light form around him as he floats into the air before launching a barrage of Light magic orbs towards the Pokemon* Holy!

OOC: Like miniscule damage 10 or so times? I dunno Holy is really hard to balance.
(Colress notices the large amount of incoming attacks, and decided to whip something out finally.)

Alright Beheeyem, use Protect!

(Beheeyem once again puts it's arms up and they flash, and a barrier appears around it, protecting it from the 10 attacks before disappearing.)

Ah, what a spectacle! I'm more than satisfied with this battle. Now, if you may, please attack once more!
*He grins and darts over to the Pokemon... Before simply standing at the ready as though waiting for something* Think I'd rather test something.
(Colress chuckles at his choice in actions.)

Very well. Beheeyem, use Calm Mind.

(Beheeyem backs away from Roxas a bit, before closing it's eyes, and focusing. It gains a purple glow around it.
Beheeyem's Attack and Defense are buffed for 3 turns!
Also, by this point, the Electric Terrain has faded away.)
*He chuckles and raises one hand to make a bring it gesture while advancing* Come on scared to attack me or something? *A light seems to shimmer around him for a moment*
(Colress squints at him, then laughs.)

I'm sorry, do you really think I'm that naive as to fall for that old trick? I know you're planning something, and I'm not about to let it happen.
Beheeyem, use Heal Block once more!

(The Pokémon once again put's it's arms towards Roxas, and the same green to grey energy as before flows around him, extending Heal Block.)
*He sighs*
Darn it, and here I was hoping that would work... *He slams his left hand down as dark energy forms above the Pokemon and lowers down trying to crush it* Graviga!
(The Pokémon is squished by the force of Graviga, but is still able to move, if barely. Colress smirks at his attack.)

Beheeyem, now's the time! Use Psychic, full power!

(Beheeyem focuses hard, but rather than picking him up with telekinesis, it instead sends a massive wave of psychic energy directly at him.)
*He raises his hand up and shimmering wall forms in front of him to block it* Aww man, I didn't have time to prepare.

*He smirks* Otherwise that damage would go right back at ya but reflect takes time. *He tries to rush in and deliver a few strikes*

OOC: Reflect is kind of a pain, lemme know if it seems over the top cause I've had trouble figuring out to make it work. Just blocking if you don't ready it before hand is my latest idea.
(Beheeyem, still under the force of Graviga, cannot escape the damage from his strikes, and falls over, defeated. Colress returns it to it's Pokéball.)

Ah, most excellent! You've defeated another of my Pokémon. You sure do have plenty of trick, young man...
Eelektross, return to the battlefield!

(Colress sends out Eelektross' Pokéball, and it roars to life as it enters the battlefield.)

Alright, this is my last Pokémon, so let's begin with something fresh! Giga Drain!

(Eelektross launches a green ball of energy from it's mouth towards Roxas, which, if it hits, would do Heavy Bless damage, then return half the damage dealt back to Eelektross' health pool.)

-OOC-
Nah, as long as it isn't spammed. It's pretty much Makarakarn + Tetrakarn plus the whole need to be ready thing, which is fine by me.
Also, I chose Bless as a good translation for Grass, since there's not really much else. Of course, against someone like Primprim for example, I would count it as Grass.
OOC: Yeah spam is something I try to avoid in general, it's not as though Roxas doesn't have plenty of moves anyways.

*He attempts to dodge but the ball still hits part of his right side doing somewhat less damage from being off center*

Heh, I'm getting pretty worn down over here... One or two more good hits is it like this.

*He backs away from the Pokemon before sprinting full tilt at the wall of the gym and running up before landing on the roof* Now then time for a switch!

*Oblivion vanishes as he tosses Oathkeeper into the air and it comes down to his hands in the form of a pair of pistols before he fires a few rounds at Eelektross* Hope these things work out!

OOC: Light gun 3 times, and yeah I'm using KH3 Keyblade transformation, it just looked too fun not to.
Eelektross, dodge it!

(The Pokémon attempts to dodge the attack, but it's speed only allows the slow Pokémon to dodge one of the strikes. It then looks up towards Roxas.
Colress does the same, before pointing a finger at him.)

Alright, Eelektross, use Hyper Beam! Let's finish this.

(The Pokémon builds up energy at it's mouth, before releasing a Colossal Almighty damage purple and black beam that tears across the battlefield before eventually reaching Roxas.)
*He raises his blades up to block... Before it slams through them and sends him flying off the building* Okay I'll consider that one your win!

*He staggers up from the ground and walks back into the gym... Slowly.
Geez that last attack was something else. Heh, I guess I shouldn't be surprised though, you guys really surprised with that psychic stuff.

*He smiles*
That was really close though, next time I'll come up with something even better!
W-where am I? Is this... an Idolasphere?
(Colress smiles, before offering his hand out for a handshake.)

Well, I'm just as surprised at how fast you were! And honestly, if it wasn't for Heal Block, I would've been easily defeated.
And I do hope you come up with something even better next time! I'll be sure to do the same.
*He shakes his hand and grins*
Yeah I'm looking forward to it, and sure heal block did me in but winning fights with healing is cheap anyways.

*He laughs* If someone's in danger I don't care about honor. But for something like this? There's no fun to it if you just go at it like a real fight!

*He yawns and pulls out a cellphone to check the time*
Anyways it's been fun Colress but man am I tired. I'll see you around though!

*He raises his right hand and an inky black door appears which he walks into with his hands behind his head and smile on his face*
OOC: I'm also leaving because it's 3:30 here and I need to go to bed before 6AM tonight, Phansite is not great for getting sleep oftentimes.
(Colress smiles as he sees Roxas head off, before exiting GYM and going on his way.)

-OOC-
It's late for me too, and I should probably sleep. Apologies, TMS RPer.
*Kalib finishes stocking and looks around.*

Who the hell was that?
