An Icy Portal in Shibuya
*In the middle of Shibuya a blue icy portal appears, it emits snow and a cool breeze, inviting adventurers to enter the portal,

(Welcome to the Snow Rangers RP! We will be using a part Narrative part Update! Putting in more details into your attacks will be beneficial! At any rate I will accept as many people as possible! The RP starts in 30 minutes!)

*A child can be seen chasing a butterfly near Shibuya. The child laughs and occasionally calls out to the butterfly, though of course the insect never answers*

*Gin approaches the portal*
This it, Sam?
Sam: Yeah, that's the anomaly I detected. Ice and snow. Right up your alley.
Gin: I suppose

(A man in a white lab coat walks up to the portal, inspecting it, and typing on his laptop.)

I wonder if this could be related to Kyurem... or perhaps it could give me a hint as to a more humane way to control it's power...

Welcome Adventurers! My name is the Curator! And I have come here seeking assistance in a matter! Its fairly simple and should be off no problem for people like you! Simply enter to portal and well! Solve the issue in my Data World!

Sam: *gasp* A world made of data. I... want it.
Gin: Sam, No!

*The butterfly flies past the Curator, leaving Kuu to stare at the Curator*

I.... If you're sure. I... I guess I can help you mister cloak guy.... W... When do I start?

Simple! All you need to do is to enter the portal! Have fun! Dont die!

Interesting. A world made of data?
I suppose it wouldn't hurt to investigate it. It might even be an informative experience!

(The man walks up to the portal, and sticks just his hand in it, feeling around, before fully entering it.)

*Gin enters the portal, losing all communications with Sam in the process*

*Kuu looks around concerned, but after seeing the others walk in, hesitantly enters the portal*

*The party steps into the portal and appear on the other side, in front of them is the exit of a cave, the air is cool and icicles are forming on the roof of the cave

(He looks around for a bit, before walking towards the exit of the cave.
He seems fairly used to cold temperatures.)

What a lovely temperature.
*Gin exits the cave, breathing in the cold snow filled air*

*Kuu looks around nervously, before jumping towards one of the nearest icicles in vain*
P... P.... Pretty.... I want it. Come closer ceiling thing.

Achroma
Icicles are water that condenses and then freezes on the ceiling, and as more water gathers on it, the larger they become.

(He looks at them while walking to the cave exit.)

However, I will admit that they are quite beautiful when the light strikes them properly...

*Achroma and Gin walk out of the Cave and are met by 4 Snowmen, they have sticks for arms and eyes of coal, however their smile is creepy, meanwhile Kuu and Bona admire the icicles, a few icicles are on the cave floor, crystal clear and looking quite sharp

I wonder who made these?
*Gin investigates one of the snowmen*

*Kuu runs over to the nearest of the icicles on the floor, and attempts to break it off*
Y.... Y.... Your coming with me pretty icicle thing. Then we'll catch up to those other guys.
Achroma
They're just snowmen. But... I do think whoever made these snowmen clearly had an... odd design sense.
Perhaps we should move forward. I don't personally think there's much to see here.

(He looks around the area beyond the cave for a path forward.)

Achroma looks around, however the snow seems to block his view, he can only seem to see around him


Gin inspects a Snowman they burst to life, eyes going red and they strike at him with their arms, the other ones jumping up and begin to surrond Gin

*Kuu plays with the icicle as he walks off towards the cave exit, occasionally giggling as it refracts the light*

(He notices the snowmen going in towards Gin, and pulls out a ball from his coat, throwing it towards them. It opens up, releasing a blue eel-like creature.)

Eelektross, hit one of them with Flamethrower!

(Eelektross points it's mouth towards one of the snowmen, and it releases a wave of flame that flies towards it.)

*As Gin pulls out his sword, it becomes covered in red binary, shocking Gin as he tries to strike, the same happens to Achroma and his ball, even Bona gets shocked by the red data, then a cheerful tone chimes in, its the Curator!

Oh! Forgot to mention! You can't use your abilities you have learnt outside of the Data World! Purity of information sorry! You'll have to use whatever you can find!

*Kuu then steps outside and sees the 4 evil Snowmen, they all walk up to Gin, sprouting legs and getting an even more evil smile

*Gin attempts to sweep the snowmen's legs. Medium phys damage to all*

*Kuu looks at the evil snowmen, and starts to panic, looking at the snowmen*
P... Purple haired Guy!!! B... B... Be careful..

*Kuu bravely tosses his icicle in the general direction of Gin and the others, it probably won't reach the snowmen, but might be useful*

(He returns the ball to his coat, and looks around for something to use to defend himself.)

That's a cheap trick, you know. Not everyone here has training in combat.

(He then decided to make a snowball from the snow on the ground, and throws it at one of the snowmen.)

*Gin sweeps at the Snowmen, they all get hit! However they stand tall and laugh at the strike, the audience gasps!

Kuu throws the icicle! Will it assist our daring heros?

Bona grabs the icicle and stabs a Snowman! Toppling it from the damage, as it falls down its eyes go black and it doesn't get up! A crowd claps at the strike!

Achroma throws a snowball and hits a Snowman in the face! It shakes from the strike but keeps going!

The Curator speaks out of nowhere again!

C: Well it aint my fault! If you use those weapons the Virus will get worse! It'll just make it harder on you in the long run! I recommend team strikes! Combo your attacks!

(He begins making a large snowball and rolling it in the snow, making it bigger, until he eventually rolls it at fully speed into one of the snowmen, attempting to get it stuck in it.)

Bona slashes at one of the Snowmen, however, the blow seems to deflect off, the crowd boos at the poor strike,

Achroma rolls a giant Snowball! Striking at a Snowman, destroying it in a single blow! The crowd cheers!

Gin, attempts to slam a Snowman in the face, however it survives the strike, however it seems to be weaking, the crowd seems contempt at the strike, neither cheering or booing

Kuu continues to roll the snowball! Crushing another Snowman! The crowd seems estatic at the strike!

A single snowman remains, it seems to be falling apart on its own as it barely stands up, throwing its arms at everyone, scratching everyone in the way!

*Kuu looks around for the source of the cheering, before he's struck by the snowman and gets annoyed*

H.... HEY!! S... STAY AWAY FROM ME.

*Kuu jumps back and, after a short moment where his arm is shocked by the red data, dashes towards the snowman and attempts to take one of the snowman's arms and thrust it through its chest*

(Colress stands back and watches as the rest of the group maims the last snowman.)

*As Gin and Kuu decimate the remaining snowman, a figure rushes in, slipping on the ice before getting back up, its wearing a white suit and is equipped with a laser blade, as it takes off its helmet its revealed to be Pancake Knight!

Hey! Who are you guess? Are the monsters giving you trouble?

PK: Eh? Snow thing? Your going to have to be more specific kid! And yes, my name is Pancake Knight! More importantly I'm the leader of the Snow Rangers! Didnt know we were getting new recruits...

*stomping sounds are then heard in the distance, they seem to be getting closer and closer...

PK: shoot, there will be too many for me to handle on my own.. okay! Your going to have to trust me for a second! Here take this!

*PK then tosses a gray gem with a SR engraved on each of them,

PK: Grab onto one of then and it will teleport you back to base! Quickly before they get here!

*Gin tries to use the gem*

Snow Rangers? OH yeah, I think I remember that now. It was the big snowball fight. You're recruiting?

PK:Alright then! Lets do this!

*PK then dons his white helmet as he does an intricate hand symbol and wails his arms around, the act seems reminiscent of a childrens TV show, before a beam of light encompasses the area, blinding every one, when the light goes away everyone has appeard in a room with a giant computer, on a screen appears the Curator, however it seems somewhat different somehow

PK: welcome to HQ! You might be a little confused to ill try to explain everything! This is the Commander! He taught me everything about how to be a Snow Ranger!

Commander: Welcome recruits to the Snow Rangers HQ! The first step to being a Snow Ranger is picking a color and transforming for the first time! Simply put your gem in this slot and select a color on the terminal!

*A terminal then lights up, revealing a hole

OOOOH. ME FIRST ME FIRST
*Kuu runs up to the terminal and puts his gem in the slot. If its an option, Kuu's choosing Green*

*The gem fits perfectly and the terminal lights up! It accepts green as a color and after a few seconds the dull gray gem is wrapping in a green light before popping out back into Kuus hands as a bright green gem

*Kuu accepts his gem and walks around the base, tossing the gem back and forth between his hands as he stares at it, amazed.*
Gin
Interesting. My turn, I think.
*Gin puts the gem in the slot, choosing Silver*
The_Curator
*The gem is slotted in! Machine lighting up before accepting Silver as a color! The gem spins in the slot, generating a bright light before popping out into Gins hand, a bright silver gem!

*Gin flips the gem and catching it.*

Aww man, kuu took green! So I'll take the next best thing. *inserts the gem and chooses purple*

*The grey gem fits like a glove! The Machine lights up and revs up! It accepts purple as a color! The gem is bathed in a blue and red liquid as it changes colour! It then pops out into Bonas hands as a Purple Gem!

Well, I suppose I'm last up.

(He inserts the gem into the slot, and chooses Blue.)

*The gem fits like a good pun that would go here! The machine works wonders and lights up! The Gem seems to float around in a deep blue liquid before spinning around and popping out! Right into Achroma's hands are a blue gem!

(He puts the gem up to light and looks at it.)

So... what is this? What is the purpose of these gems?

*PK then steps up grinning at the question, pulling out a white Gem with a 4 on it

PK: Glad you asked! These gems allow us to Transform and fight back the monsters that infest the realm! At the moment those gems should have very little power in them! But they should have a 1 written on it!

*The gems in everyones hands seem to glow and emit a 1 on PKs command

PK: Lvl 1 will allow you to transform and bring out your weapon! Just strike a pose and yell out a weapon! And it'll materialize in your hand! Try it now!

*Kuu thrusts forward his right arm, gem in hand. and moves the other out to the side to keep his balance as he stands on one leg*

*The gems in everyone's hands then seem to glow before exploding in a cascade of colors, enveloping everyone in their chosen colours, the light then seems to harden around everyone as it forms into giant clunky suits, then weapons fall out of the sky, a katana for Bona, twin blades for Gin, a glove for Kuu? And a gun for Achroma, PK then smiles and speaks up

PK: Alright! Your all naturals! That number on your gems will glow when you can transform again! It glows brighter the cooler your attacks are! So make em count to gain tons of power! At any rate its time to show you your target!

*A hanger door then seems to open behind the party, blasting the room in a cold wind

Sam. He's my technician and an inventor. You might have met him when he was wandering around the Nexus during the last week or so.

*Kuu tilts his head as he continues staring at Gin*

I don't know any guy named Sam. But I did see some guy who loved talking about some weird mechanical stuff. Is that who you're talking about?

Incredibly likely. If he was blond, had a metal arm and wearing a lab coat, then yes it was.

*Mig was wandering through Shibuya when she came upon a portal*

Hmm.... this screams loot.... and cold, hopefully not of the Gamma variety.

*Kuu looks up for a moment, hand on his chin, before turning back at Gin*

Yeah.... I do think I met him once. in some kinda weird desert. He talks to himself a lot.

*Once Migrant is off, Kuu breaths in deeply before bounding up, back on his feet*

Its ok pretty lady. You're not THAT heavy. But we were just about to go on an ADVENTURE. Its just like one of those video games.

*Kuu looks a little bored again, so he starts walking around the base aimlessly*

PK: I forgot to tell you this was a flying base! Don't worry! The suits will survive the fall! Ill see you on the ground!

*PK then jumps off the base, sky diving and screaming, you can't tell if its terror or joy,

*PK lands on the ground without any injuries and bows to the audience! Bona, Kuu, and Gin fall on the ground harmlessly! Inari also appears by the group, clad in Sunburst gear and a katana, Mig is still in the air, approaching the ground quickly as PK speaks

PK: Okay everyone! We just have to cross a lake and climb a mountain! I hope everyone is ready!

You just strike some silly pose and yell out the thing you want and you get it. Its actually kinda fun, though maybe while airborne is a bad time to do it.

*Mig transforms just in time! Hitting the ground still hurts a bit but doesn't deal any major damage!

Curator: Very impressive! Quick reminder that doing cool stuff lets you level up faster!

*PK then walks ahead, leading the group over to an icy Lake, then, the ice cracks, and from the cracks are giant Ice Fish! 5 of them infact! Fight with your new equipment everyone!

PK: they are Salty's minions! Its time to get seasoned!

Kuu jumps over to a fish before slamming it 6 feet into the water! Granting bonus morph exp to the party!

Gin slashes into the fish! Is there a special on mystery food X?

Inari unleashes his inner demon! Slashing into the fish leaves major wounds!

PK charges at the enemy but slips at the last moment!

The fish seem to cower at the brillant display of skill and passion! But they don't give up yet! They all shoot a giant ice dart at everyone! Hitting their suits for major damage!

*Gin slides under a fish, slashing the underside of a fish and launching it.*

*This time Kuu attempts to slide under one of the fish, punching it while underneat and knocking it into the air for someone to finish*

*Gin and Kuu have the same idea and launch the fish into the air!

Bona then charges an energy wave and cuts through the fish! Slice and dice!

Mig stabs her rapier through a fish! Wonder if we'll get barbeque!

Inari then throws his katana into a fish! Cutting it clean in half! That's one down!

PK then jumps off into the air! Cutting the 2 fish that flew into the air before kicking em back at Bona and Gin!

The gems in everyone's hands then glow and emit a number 2! Its time to morph and get stronger!

PK: it's time for level 2! Morph and gain extra speed!

The 2 remaning fish that aren't stunned panic and rush at the group! Slamming their bodies into the party!

OH!!! I've got it. Let's Go, EMERALD FLASH.

*Kuu kicks it into overdrive and relentlessly pummels one of the fish as his gloved arm glows green*
