*on a somewhat empty edge of the city can be found an amusement park. It's gate is small, containing a ticket booth and only enough room for one person to pass. An employee is stationed there, making sure no one sneaks by. In fact, you can see him doing his job as he scolds a young boy.
The park itself is small and poorly-maintained, with the paint peeling off the sign and many of the rides. The park is surrounded by a cheap chain-link fence, there's a small hole around one side of it, large enough for some animals, but no people*

*the scolded child soon walks off, grumbling*
Stupid adult... Always saying "don't do this. Don't do that. Where are your parents."

*The child soon spots a hole in the fence and grins before silently kneeling down near it*
