God Complex: Out of Time
It would start with silence. A figure would linger high above the city of Shibuya. An empty feeling but an ever present one with a touch of death mixed in. A pale figure would be looking down, a calm smile forever present of their face and eyes that looked to be dead but were still twitching with excitement. "Such a beautiful site. Mortals truly are breathtaking aren't they... To think they've built so much without even a hint of divine power. I'm not here to see such things though. Let's see...Yes, those positions seem to be the most likely." Suddenly, there would be the feeling of twisted divine power being spread throughout the city. It almost felt to be everywhere but in fragments rather than as a wave. It would be overwhelming at first but slowly each fragment seemed to vanish along with a presence disappearing as well from somewhere within the city. The reason would be because these fragments were actually doorways that seemed to serve the purpose of allowing someone entree into Elian's competition. Before anyone could react only 4 more gateways remained. One would be behind a tree at Kosei High School, some may remember this location. One would appear within the establishment known as GYM though what could be noted was that this location was closed at the moment. Between two bookcases at Tokyo's Metropolitan Library there's be another gateway emerging. Finally, one would appear just outside of anyone's view at the Reiko Airlines. The gateways themselves would appear as rifts that would seem to bend time around them, it was as if the pure essence of time itself was slowly pouring out of them, causing anyone who didn't have at least a basic protection against divine power to freeze in place if they were to approach them. "I should be going too. I have plenty of guests to entertain now. How troublesome that most aren't very welcomed company." Elian himself would begin to dissolve bit by bit until nothing but ash being blow in the wind remained. His body for all intent and purpose was gone for now.
God Complex: Last True Angel
For the most part everything seemed normal... At least, things would seem normal to the everyday men and women who roamed the streets. It was business as usual within Shibuya but for those who held the power to sense such energy a large amount of divine aura would be leaving a trail throughout the entire city. By no means was this energy normal, it seemed to waver and contort to pester the view of those who held a similar presence and it seemed to reek of death in a way that would be almost natural. Of course, it wasn't only the divine who could see it but anyone with even a minor amount of detection for the strange might be able to pick up on it as well, as the energy wasn't exactly trying to remain invisible. The end of the trail would lead to an empty lot that had yet to have anything built on top of it. There was an unnatural shifting of matter within the area that seemed to mostly be subtle and effect nothing but anyone looking could see the floor shift slightly occasionally and the air sometimes rapidly decrease in temperature before returning to normal. A crowd of strange looking individuals would already be gathered. They all seemed to either have a divine or otherwordly aura of their own and also it would seem they were drawn to this place by the same thing. Among them an especially strong presence could be felt from some. Of note were a young man with red hair and tan skin. His eyes were narrow and he seemed to have a permanent smirk on his face. A small crowd had also already gathered around him as he leaned back against a wall surrounded by people who seemed to stand as if they were with him. Another would be a rather odd gentleman who already had a portable shop parked outside the lot, he'd be announcing his wares to anyone nearby. Mostly he seemed to sell things most would consider part of a scam but a small amount of energy could be felt from his products suggesting more to them. Finally was an almost too perfect looking women who stood a little away from everyone else. Her hair would be an unnatural mix of many colors and she would simply have a bored expression on her face as she looked everyone present over. Above all things seemed to be the fact that everyone was waiting yet none of them knew exactly what for.
Meeting of E.V.I.L.
Elian would seem to smile calmly as if the suggestion was perfectly normal. "A plan is a plan, as long as it brings us closer to our end goal. There's no such thing as inconsequential actions. To point out as well that helping with something like this in exchange for what you offer seems like a wise deal to me, especially when I have nothing to lose." Elian would pull out a gun with a grim design. The gun would almost look mystic in nature as a power devoid of any life poured out from it. "That being said, I wonder how much destruction I could actually cause if I tried?"
Meeting of E.V.I.L.
A pale man with the color seemingly drained from their hair enters...through some means. It was as if he entered from nowhere yet anyone who pondered how they entered had vague memories of him doing so, as if they were insistent that they saw him come in despite not recalling how. He wore a simple black outfit, nice by normal standards but store plain in design. The air almost seemed still around him as if it dare not move in his presence yet there was a smile on his face that seemed both pleased and sad at once. "I see, perhaps one who I am searching for is here. There are certainly those on the level around me though. That much is plain to see."
Meeting of E.V.I.L.
Elian would nod. He seemed to be listening only vaguely though a knowing gleam could be seen in his eyes. "Yes, I'm in agreement. The elimination of 'heroes' would be a good way for me to meet my own goals. I am Elian by the way, in case I forgot to mention. You don't have to worry about me. I'm actually quite dead despite how it may appear." As if to prove his own point the man would pull out an odd looking knife and cut off his own pinky finger on his right hand. It wouldn't cut immediately though either as his skin seemed to be harder than usual. Once he sawed the finger off it'd crumble to dust revealing his insides to be hollow. "Oddly, being like this is more convenient than naught but I am nothing to fear."
Meeting of E.V.I.L.
Elian would just...disappear again. Without warning he'd appear right next to the trio as they flew overhead. Oddly he'd just be smiling with a calm expression and even speak without hostility. He seemed to almost just stand on thin air as well. "Hello, might I ask what you're trying to do to my companions and I? Lightning is quite rude to the unwary."
(edited by Elian)

Meeting of E.V.I.L.
"Timepiece...?" Elian would almost seem afraid to ask as his expression showed worry after that horn went off but he'd remain calm non the less. "What exactly would a Timepiece of Horror do? I may not seem like much but I'm actually somewhat of an expert when it comes to time."
Meeting of E.V.I.L.
Elian looked at the angel undisturbed by its presence. "Of course, I already foresee them bringing me closer to my true goal. Whatever, it takes." Elian would disappear once more but this time he simply wouldn't reappear as if gone with the wind itself.
Meeting of E.V.I.L.
Elian...wouldn't have left. He'd just have continued smiling as the solider accumulated. Despite this though, he'd meet the others outside, perfectly fine. "I have to say, this is sounding like the most fun I've had in centuries. Almost reminds me of...never mind, I lost my train of thought."
Meeting of E.V.I.L.
Elian would once more appear next to Rafaam, except he was standing on the alley wall...sideways. He'd just smile as usual before speaking. "I feel like I didn't do much honestly. Though with the sudden bombardment I think it was chaos either way. Still, couldn't hurt to see what you're offering if you are still that is."
Meeting of E.V.I.L.
Elians eyes would dart over to where he detected a lack of death in empty space, specifically in the sky. Despite this however, he'd ignore them being able to clearly tell they weren't what he was looking for anyway.
Meeting of E.V.I.L.
Elian would finally frown a little as he spoke once more. "ignoring me is quite rude. I didn't even make any moves against you so would you mind answering a simple question?"
