Angel is easily able to return to the base the way he came with Flareon. A few guild members are playing cards outside.

A meowth that's already been eliminated from this game finally notices the duo's arrival. One toss of a bucket full of glowdrops later, Flareon is soaked but gradually recovering. He'll be unpleasantly woken up by this. "There ya go! I was waiting to do that. Not much else to do when the game goes on forever."

The meowth takes all of this chaos with a relaxed shrug. “Only when ‘mons screw up. Actually, it literally rained pokemon during that one typhoon... That was wild. Froakies for days.”

Archen, speaking of him, is just talking the ear off of whatever poor guild member was nearby. He’s still excited about his adventure.

Indeedee doesn’t waste words. With the swiftness of an expert, he pours some fermented juice into a glass and slides it all the way down the counter. He gives Angel a small nod when the sigilyph arrives but still refrains from speaking.

Archen leads the way to the Pickup Shop with a skip in his step. As usual, sitting at the counter is good ol’ Zigzagoon. Being an older ‘mon, she’s not used to being up this late, but she gives the two a smile. “Hello, dearie. Are you looking for something?”

Niko arrives at the inn without trouble. Its tables are mostly empty. At the counter an indeedee is polishing a glass. His butler-like appearance is rather fancy for a place like this.
