Wanted: A Place to Live
I've made plans to move here. However, it appears that the house in Suginami I bought appears to be absent from this dimension. I've already sold my old home too, so I have nowhere to sleep until I can save enough to afford interdimensional travel. I'm trying to create a character in advance. Do you have a skill list, or should I just take the skill list from Persona 5? Also, are Synchro Attacks a thing that a character has one of, or do you make one up whenever you use it?

It feels like 5 rank points are too much for the character I'm planning. Can I choose to invest less than 5, and if I do, do I just have to accept the statistical loss for the sake of roleplay, or do I get something else out of it?

Forgive my constant questioning, but I'm a bit confused about how Social Links work. Does each PC have their own S-link with each other? Does each PC have unique S-Links for each arcana, or does each arcana only have S-links with certain party members?
