I don't know if Gil from God eater counts,
he first had a bit edge, but I like that he actually has a soft site,
most of hte characters I like are hard on the outside
and soft on the inside.Shinjiro falls into that category as well.

Hm...I'm gonna say Kiritsugu Emiya. The guy is by far one of my favorite characters in Fate/Zero, but I have to admit he can be a real edgelord when it comes down to it.

Velvet Crowe is one of my favorite video game characters ever. And her "edginessz"is 100% justified. Tamers Beelzemon is also amazing and probably the first edgy character I liked. Even before Shadow. Dark Pit and Kiritsugu are great too. Eizen is cool, but he's far from edgy.
